SCOTUS can’t simply ignore the case.
I’m not sure I’d bet on that…
But I hope they don’t.
So far they’ve only just ordered the Individual States (defendants) to preemptively submit a response to the claims in the Case.
That is not the same thing as hearing or evaluating the evidence directly by themselves, or having an actual Trial. They haven’t even read or heard the evidence yet. So all the State Governors (or SOS) have to do now is submit back some sort of response saying that the claims are unsubstantiated, or unproven, or without merit.
In other words, The U.S. Supreme Court is out there fishing for the language to use (provided by the criminals) that they will then apply to dismiss the case with. They have taken no action taken to show that they actually care about evaluating the evidence and the Constitutional questions. They are only showing interest in collecting the Individual States VERSION of events (i.e., the excuses) to rule on.
Now if they actually cared about a remedy for Fraud, they instead would immediately open the hearing and summon and haul all Parties into the Court Room immediately for a series of Marathon Court sessions to actually litigate the evidence. They are not doing this! Do you see the difference here?
There is no reason to think that SCOTUS would ever do anything so bold and so sweeping as to force or mandate an alteration upon the State Electoral College Vote (and there is no precedent for this). That matter is always left up to the Individual States themselves (who control the whole situation in those States).
The most that SCOTUS will do is hear the case, and then recommend that the individual States address their procedures and safeguards. The individual State Governors and Secretary’s of State will say “thank you”, and claim to address the issue for future elections … but really do nothing of consequence (there is no enforcement mechanism). Meanwhile the Clock will have run out on the Trump – Biden Electoral College Vote.
Only the State Legislations could fix that, but the Governors and Secretary’s of State will block any move for a Special Session remedy.
The Steal succeeds … because the individual States will refuse to “Fix” the very thing that they themselves were all complicit in perpetrating, and setting up to begin with.
.
They didn’t ignore it. They dismissed it as obviously unconstitutional.
its growing a big wave to finish the circus ….
The United States of America!
One nation under God. Never tired of writing this.
The article headline is not true. AZ did not join TX. AZ filed and is participating in a completely different suit with KY steming from previous fed circuit court decisions allowing usurping of states AG powers to enforce state laws.
This AZ kook AG will never join this election case. All he has to do is enforce the law in his own state and he would not do even that.
I am not sure you are totally correct, but may be half right, and this may be a 2-fold action by Arizona:
Nah. This guy is full of himself. His Tweeter statement on the matter is wishy washy. His filing is the same. Could be the reason, nobody else taking him serious. You can ask to be accepted. Doesn’t mean you will be.
Just think of it rationally. All he has to do is step up and enforce the law, subpoena the hardware/software, ballot boxes, people, beurocrats, and use state police if has to. This is his job.
Here is a TX AG Tweeter thread. As of last night, they are still counting on 17 states and AZ aint in it.
So, sounds like AZ AG is spreading something and trying to pull something here. I doubt, if it is anything good. Hence, we have the rumors and not facts. The Report should remove this article.

THE FALSE PROPHETS OF NATIONAL DECEPTION
“Two days late and playing “catch up,” mainstream media is finally covering the Texas lawsuit at the Supreme Court questioning election results in Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, but they are still calling the efforts “dubious” and “baseless.” CNN, for example, used unnamed “critics” to explain its long-held political position on the election: “Critics of the President and his allies say the case reflects an audacious and legally dubious gambit to keep the lawsuits flowing in order to prolong baseless claims that President-elect Joe Biden’s victory was somehow illegitimate.” CNN said that “although all 50 states have certified their election results” SCOTUS is now “grappling” with the Texas “bid.”
Fox News took a slightly different approach, jumping to the story that 17 states, led by Missouri, filed a brief with SCOTUS supporting the Texas lawsuit. Fox reported: “The brief mirrors the argument of the Texas suit in saying that the states acted unconstitutionally when either their judiciaries or executive branches changed their elections laws. The Texas suit, and the states that support it, say that only state legislatures may set laws regarding how states appoint their presidential electors.” The Fox story was straight down the line news explaining the who, what, why, where and when, although it also didn’t cover the story as breaking news, at least on its website.
Associated Press, which controls most news coverage as news outlets use the wire service as their source, had no mention of the Texas lawsuit or the 17 states joining it. AP was one of the first entities to call the election for Democrat Joe Biden and has repeatedly reported that election fraud challenges were baseless. CBS News skipped the Texas story and opted for a story headlined: “Electoral College is last long-shot chance for Trump allies to challenge election results.” The story reviews dates and processes for the seating of the electoral college and bemoans that Republican congressmen and senators have not acknowledged a Biden victory, in which he received 306 electoral votes. The story does not mention the Texas lawsuit.
NBC News wrote a brief story about President Trump having a closed-door meeting with state Attorney Generals “after filing a motion to join a Supreme Court challenge launched by Texas that seeks to invalidate President-elect Joe Biden’s election win in four battleground states.” The story links to an Op Ed quoting several law professors saying the case is “hopeless.” Reviewing these news stories, one can see the bias in reporting and how the news media seeks to move the public toward a certain groupthink mindset. These stories challenge common sense and discernment. 1 John 4:1 says, “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.” This is so true in so many ways! ” …..Bill Wilson, http://www.dailyjot.com
