Trump Campaign Files Lawsuit on Rejected Arizona Ballots

By Sandy Fitzgerald | Newsmax Saturday, 07 November 2020 07:02 PM

Story continues below advertisement

President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign, along with the Republican National Committee, have filed a lawsuit against Maricopa County, Arizona, that accuses poll workers of improperly rejecting in-person votes on election day.

In their lawsuit, the Republicans claim, when an overvote was detected on a ballot, poll workers were to inform voters and allow them the opportunity to fix the error, reports NBC affiliate KPNX in Phoenix.

Instead, the lawsuit claims, when issues with the vote tabulation machines happened, the poll workers would push a green button to override the error, or voters were asked to push the button. This caused an override that resulted in the vote not being counted.

The lawsuit states:

“Qualified electors casting ballots in person on Election Day in Maricopa County submitted their completed ballot to an electronic tabulation machine. Numerous voters were alerted by these devices to a facial irregularity in their ballot—frequently an ostensible ‘overvote’ — but were induced by poll workers to override the tabulator’s rejection of the ballot in the good faith belief that their vote would be duly registered and tabulated. In actuality, overriding the electronic tabulator’s alert automatically disqualifies the putative ‘overvotes’ without additional review or adjudication.”

The campaign says several county voters have complained about the issue.

“Poll workers struggled to operate the new voting machines in Maricopa County, and improperly pressed and told voters to press a green button to override significant errors,” Trump 2020 campaign’s general counsel, Matt Morgan said in a statement. “The result is that the voting machines disregarded votes cast by voters in person on Election Day in Maricopa County.”

The lawsuit demands overridden ballots be inspected manually, in the same way elections officials examined mail-in or drop-off ballots that were overvoted, KPNX reported.

The campaign contended voters’ choices were disregarded in those races, saying new voting machines were used on Election Day on Tuesday. The lawsuit suggested those votes could prove “determinative” in the outcome of the race between Trump and Democrat Joe Biden, who was declared the winner Saturday by major television networks.

The Maricopa County Elections Department and a spokesman for Biden did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Biden currently leads Trump by 0.65%, or just over 21,000 votes in Arizona.

The Trump lawsuit, whose plaintiffs include the Arizona state Republican Party and the Republican National Committee, cited declarations by some poll observers and two voters that claimed the problem led to rejected votes.

Things need to be sped up! It’s clear fraud went on….The more this drags out the more people will start accepting a Biden win…. We’ve already seen how public sentiment has been over ruling our rule of law on other issues….

I’m simply so tired of other nations laughing at us. I have no idea how people, with whom I used to work, ran down my Kakao Talk contact, but I have been flooded with people asking me how America can be THAT stupid?

I have no leg to stand upon. Americans ARE THAT stupid.

If Biden/Harris pull this off we will officially be a banana republic with no rule of law. This is not just about Trump.

We will do it in stages …. Brazil and then eventually like Venezuela under a communist rule. The lawless psychological coup will be complete. DEMS will control us unless there is a civil war.

It will happen quickly. They know to strike while the iron is hot. and we are reeling with emotions. They will overwhelm us just as Obama did…

They will continue where Obama left off using the “Cloward-Piven Strategy”.

This seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.

It’s all part of the Alinsky movement that Trump pushed back on.

Already brainless Joe is announcing the EO orders he will do on day one.

Yep, and most of Alinsky’s ideas came from Karl Marx. They also really like to be like Kloward and Pivens.

Don’t forget Saul Alinsky’s 12 Rules for Radicals

Here is the complete list from Alinsky.

* RULE 1: “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.” Power is derived from 2 main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood. (These are two things of which there is a plentiful supply. Government and corporations always have a difficult time appealing to people, and usually do so almost exclusively with economic arguments.)

* RULE 2: “Never go outside the expertise of your people.” It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone. (Organizations under attack wonder why radicals don’t address the “real” issues. This is why. They avoid things with which they have no knowledge.)

* RULE 3: “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.” Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty. (This happens all the time. Watch how many organizations under attack are blind-sided by seemingly irrelevant arguments that they are then forced to address.)

* RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)

* RULE 5: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. (Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to create anger and fear.)

* RULE 6: “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.” They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones. (Radical activists, in this sense, are no different that any other human being. We all avoid “un-fun” activities, and but we revel at and enjoy the ones that work and bring results.)

* RULE 7: “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” Don’t become old news. (Even radical activists get bored. So to keep them excited and involved, organizers are constantly coming up with new tactics.)

* RULE 8: “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new. (Attack, attack, attack from all sides, never giving the reeling organization a chance to rest, regroup, recover and re-strategize.)

* RULE 9: “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.” Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist. (Perception is reality. Large organizations always prepare a worst-case scenario, something that may be furthest from the activists’ minds. The upshot is that the organization will expend enormous time and energy, creating in its own collective mind the direst of conclusions. The possibilities can easily poison the mind and result in demoralization.)

* RULE 10: “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.” Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog. (Unions used this tactic. Peaceful [albeit loud] demonstrations during the heyday of unions in the early to mid-20th Century incurred management’s wrath, often in the form of violence that eventually brought public sympathy to their side.)

* RULE 11: “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.” Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem. (Old saw: If you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem. Activist organizations have an agenda, and their strategy is to hold a place at the table, to be given a forum to wield their power. So, they have to have a compromise solution.)

* RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)

Keep these rules handy!

Thanks Felix. I still think unions were a good thing, how mine workers and agricultural workers and factory workers were treated in the 19th and 20th centuries was atrocious — incl. child labor.

Why is Trump playing along with obvious voter fraud?

Trump is validating the Demo☭rat dirty tactics hoping that ‘legal’ Trump votes will overcome ‘illegal’ Biden votes salted across America.

Win or lose he leaves the criminal Demo☭rat machine intact and unpunished.

This election should be thrown out completely and run again using “ONLY” Vote-In-Person rules next spring after the Seditious Demo☭rat election officials are arrested.

Trump’s legal team and the GOP are dangerously naive!

Where is the DOJ and SCOTUS on this? …Complicit?

The DOJ is Fat Willy’s DOJ. What else is to be expected.

My question remains, what president appointed Fat Willy?

Trump did and the swamp confirmed him.

Prior to this Barr had a decent reputation and did finally end the Mueller investigation. We were deceived by Barr….I have no doubt that Trump wants justice on many outstanding issues. Trump isn’t the kind of guy to sabotage himself on purpose. Trump is not part of the swamp and that is the core problem.

Hi, felix1999. I believe that you will recall the negative heat that I took when the president announced that he was appointing Barr. All that one had to do was to look at the man’s history and character and KNOW that he was a foul, filthy, and vile creature.

However, when that thing has done SO much harm to this nation … “I told you so” is simply a hollow response.

If I knew what that thing was, why didn’t the president?

I don’t know….but I do know one thing, Trump is not trying to sabotage himself and does want justice. Not many are standing up for Trump that matter….or maybe they are just being ignored or censored. I also know this is moving along too slowly….and the longer this drags on the more a Biden win will be the outcome.

This election is all due to Russian interference. Three and One Half Million U.S. Yankee Greenback Dollars … wired to hunter, the pedo rapist, is VASTLY more evidence than anything that they ever dreamt about having with Trump. Time to call back “The Mule”?

Rudy Giuliani: Trump campaign has enough evidence to change Pennsylvania election results
by Anthony Leonardi, Breaking News Reporter
November 08, 2020 12:34 PM

(Youtube rejected this video see it here )

https://www.air.tv/watch?v=8498gP9VRomxRkdWYql_sg

In a Sunday interview with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, Giuliani said the lawsuits being filed by the Trump campaign might reveal that up to 900,000 invalid ballots were cast in the state of Pennsylvania, a key election swing state several news outlets projected presumptive President-elect Joe Biden would win. “Do you believe that you have enough to actually change the fate of the election?” Bartiromo asked.

“Well, I think we have enough to change Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania election was a disaster,” Giuliani said. “We have people that observed people being pushed out of the polling place. We have people who were suggested to vote the other way and shown how to do it. I’m giving you the big picture.”

Giuliani described details of its investigation in Pennsylvania, which may translate to new lawsuits this week, as early as Monday. He alleged Republican observers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, were “kept out of the room or kept away from the room” for 24-hours where mail-in ballots were counted, adding that 135,000 ballots were counted during that time period.

“Even though we went to court, and we were allowed to move 6 feet closer, the Democrat-machine people moved the counting place six feet further away. This is documented on videotape. There are upwards of 50 witnesses,” Giuliani said, which would be the subject of a Monday civil rights lawsuit on Monday.

Giuliani said the Trump team was also looking into whether ballots were cast in the name of people who are already dead and if ballots were “back-dated.”

“We have evidence now, from not only the Post Office but from others, that there was back-dating. I can only tell you right now that that amounts to about 2,000 or 3,000 votes,” Giuliani said.

Twitter, Facebook Censor Trump’s Posts About Election
By Ella Kietlinska
November 8, 2020

A number of social media messages posted by President Donald Trump in recent days—namely those about the election results, as well as problems and irregularities with vote counting, election observation, and lawsuits filed—have been censored by Twitter and Facebook.

Since Nov. 5, more than a dozen messages posted or retweeted by President Donald Trump have been censored by Twitter. Some messages posted by Trump were hidden by Twitter on Trump’s timeline and covered by labels saying, “Some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process.”

Twitter also disabled the functionality of censored posts. If one attempts to reply, like, or share censored posts, Twitter displays a message saying, “We try to prevent a Tweet like this that otherwise breaks the Twitter Rules from reaching more people, so we have disabled most of the ways to engage with it. If you want to talk about it, you can still Retweet with a comment. Learn more.”
https://help.twitter.com/en/rules-and-policies/enforcement-options

In order to retweet censored messages, the user must enter a comment on the censored Tweet; otherwise, the message can’t be retweeted.

Rep. Greg Steube (R-Fla.) proposed legislation on Oct. 30 that would require big tech companies to adhere to the “First Amendment standard for their content moderation practices.”

(It never went anywhere. The tech giants are donors to both parties.)

https://www.theepochtimes.com/twitter-facebook-censor-trumps-posts-about-election_3569688.html

Section 230 has to go and Trump can’t EO it. It has to be done through legislation or maybe thorugh rule changes at the FCC. The swamp does nothing about it but occassionally huff and puff with no changes.
