Yes he is. You are exactly right.. When I get my thoughts together, I will post on that. Right now I am preoccupied with the horror show going on with cheating. Hopefully Trump will win and IMMEDIATELY Wray and Barr must be fired and escorted out of their offices and charged.
If need be Trump may just have to use appointments rather than confirmations to get justice. That is where the problem is. He can’t get decent people confirmed. The swamp doesn’t want decent people in those positions. Invesigations may expose them too! They don’t want to be exposed….so they block decent people from those positions.

This is good. We all know they are doing it but you need evidence or a whistleblower with evidence to make a charge stick and bring about justice. There is no way Biden should benefit from this state. This would have been a Trump win. You can’t just charge people on speculation.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Conservative U.S. Supreme Court justices on Wednesday appeared sympathetic to religious rights claims against Philadelphia brought by a Catholic Church-affiliated agency after the city refused to use the group in its foster care program because it would not accept same-sex couples as prospective foster parents.
The almost two-hour argument via teleconference was the first major case to be heard by President Donald Trump’s appointee Amy Coney Barrett, who was confirmed to the court last week and participated in cases argued on Monday and Tuesday.
The case pits LGBT rights against religious rights. The nine justices heard an appeal by Catholic Social Services, part of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, which accused the city of violating the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment rights of freedom of speech and religion. Catholic Social Services is backed by the Trump administration in the case.

“If we are honest about what’s really going on here, it’s not about ensuring that same-sex couples in Philadelphia have the opportunity to be foster parents. It’s the fact that the city can’t stand the message that Catholic Social Services and the archdiocese are sending by continuing to adhere to the old-fashioned view about marriage,” Justice Alito said.
The Supreme Court legalized gay marriage nationwide in 2015 under Obama.

We will see if we have a bunch of bleeding heart social liberals on our high court or are they truly God fearing social conservatives. People may say who cares about this, there are more pressing matters going on such as the election outcome, but THIS immorality has always been a major part of the downfall of any country in history. It is immoral to live your life like that and to damage children compounds it and damages children. LGBTQ+ people should be given easy access to help with this emotional/mental issue but that is often illegal in states…. Judges have been ruling against therapy for this for those that want help.
Some don’t want help and just want to quietly live their lives and aren’t violent or in your face activists.They want to be accepted and have this normalized too but adopting straight children is a bridge too far. They are confused people. NO child should be viewed as a throw away child. These children have had enough emotional upheaval in their lives. Each one deserves an unaltered male and unaltered female as parents. No trannies should be allowed to adopt children either. Religious freedom is on the line.
Of course we know that anyone on that court has a worldview. It’s clear through the questioning of Amy Barrette, if your worldview is not in line with the godless liberal worldview, you are not acceptable.

Interesting how as they count, President Trump’s lead dwindles in every instance. It defies all logic and reason, yet we’re expected to believe this fraud.
It’s like watching a woman being violently gang raped in broad daylight and you watch the event on the news and a female reporter informs you: “Don’t worry folks, she’s just dating different men.”

Laura ingraham has some district profile late last night and it showed Biden got 23,000 votes to Trumps 0. Almost statistically impossible. Thus was in one if the contested states Ir one in count nit done I just do nit remember.
Also USPS union said months ago they back Biden.
