This is pretty much the case. Islamic societies are like this, women defended maybe by her family, or not. But Western and other societies can expect a skyrocketing of rape cases by Muslim men, just as a fact. It is considered by them as a bonus of conquering a nation for Islam, to rape Non-Muslim women, to kill, and to steal. Even dealing drugs to non-muslims is just chemical warfare in the cause of Islam.
