Hundreds of Donald Trump supporters gathered outside in Manhattan on Sunday morning as part of flag-waving convoy to wish the president well as continues his battle with COVID-19 at the Walter Reed Medical Center.
A procession of around 100 vehicles packed Fifth Avenue outside Trump Tower this morning, temporarily bringing traffic to a standstill as dozens of MAGA-supporting motorists honked their horns, cheered and waved ‘Trump 2020’ flags.
The supporters, from Suffolk County, Long Island, also chanted ‘four more years’ outside the president’s former residence.
Many were clad in Trump 2020 and Make America Great Again attire. Very few opted to wear masks, despite Trump’s diagnosis.
The gesture of support lasted around an hour and stretched for more than three blocks from 56th Street and beyond 59th Street.

Dozens of MAGA-supporting motorists honked their horns, cheered and waved ‘Trump 2020’ flags.

The group said their message is to stand behind President Trump and wish him a speedy recovery. They eventually cleared out and traffic began to move again around 9:45am.
The last several days have proved unpredictable for the Trump administration as they battled both illness and dwindling poll numbers just one month before the contentious November election.
It was confirmed early Friday morning that Trump and First Lady Melania tested positive following several days of campaign rallies and Tuesday’s debate with Joe Biden in Cleveland, Ohio.
Trump was given supplemental oxygen at the White House Friday morning, before he was transported to the Walter Reed Medical Center that evening, according to The Associated Press, citing a person familiar with Trump’s condition who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
Shortly after, White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows painted a much starker picture, telling reporters outside the hospital, ‘the president’s vitals over the last 24 hours were very concerning and the next 48 hours will be critical in terms of his care. We’re still not on a clear path to a full recovery.’
In an update Saturday night, Dr. Conley expressed cautious optimism but added that the president was ‘not yet out of the woods.’

Most of them claim an accuracy rate of something like ‘plus or minus 5%, 19 times out of 20’. A comically large possibility for error, if you think about it or do the simple math. Presumably that 1 time out of 20 lets them off the hook for being even more stunningly incorrect. This is science?

And it was SOROS who funded the ‘Alt-Right” white supremacists. Soros needed an enemy for commie street goons to fight with, so Soros created his own. And we don’t want that to happen again, with Soros funding the proud boys.

Well said, and your words are well supported by scientific research. There are 3 main parenting styles: laissez-faire, authoritarian, and authoritative parenting.
1. Leftists tend to use laissez faire parenting, where rules are rare, everything is fluid, and consequential thinking is suppressed, because the kids can get away with anything.
Liberties are so abundant that the child cannot manage them properly.
2. Authoritarian parenting is punitive, rules obsessed, and loveless control over all child behavior.
Liberties are stifled.
3. Authoritative parenting works best. Love is abundant, rules are as rational as possible, and everything is consequential. Discipline is restrained, mild, but frequent. Spanking is de-empathized, and stuff like time-outs are done instead. Kids have latitude and freedoms, as long a they follow rules, and are willing to accept the consequences of their actions.
Example: “Mom, can I go out out tonight? I finished my homework.”
Mother: “Yes, as soon as you clean up your room. And you must be back by 9:30.”
Liberties are earned, they are conditional, and they are limited by what is safe and healthy.

Most of the virus by far is contained in the droplets. If you think about it you may see other positive factors. That’s all I’m going to say–leave it to you to do some objective thinking. Hi Nabi: I know you are trying to stay straight on this mask issue, and follow the best evidence. So am I. Here’s a good up-to-the minute, science grade review of masks, and discussions about droplets, etc. The review IS pro mask overall, but there are many problems with them. One problem stands out hugely for me:
“The chance of catching COVID-19 from a passing interaction in a public space is therefore minimal.”
So masks may do nothing in most street-type public interactions, and they probably aren’t needed there. But that is the most contentious issue !

There is no scientific evidence indicating that God exists. We all
know that.
For example:
God has never left any physical evidence of his existence on earth.
None of Jesus’ “miracles” left any physical evidence either.
God has never spoken to modern man, for example by

Many of God’s supposed attributes should create evidence.
For example, the Bible says that God answers prayers. But we know
that the belief in prayer is a superstition. The lack of evidence
seen in the prayer realm acts as evidence that God is imaginary. So
absence of evidence can be evidence of absence, because it shows
that God is not doing things he has promised to do.
If you think about it as a rational person, this lack of evidence is
startling. There is not one bit of empirical evidence indicating
that today’s “God”, nor any other contemporary god, nor any god of
the past, exists. In addition we know that:
If we had scientific proof of God’s existence, we would talk about
the “science of God” rather than “faith in God”.
If we had scientific proof of God’s existence, the study of God
would be a scientific endeavor rather than a theological one.
If we had scientific proof of God’s existence, all religious people
would be aligning on the God that had been scientifically proven to
exist. Instead there are thousands of gods and religions.
The reason for this lack of evidence is easy for any unbiased
observer to see. The reason why there is no empirical evidence for
God is because God is imaginary.
