Joe Biden is now the subject of an active federal criminal investigation into his role in the CI probe directed at Trump’s 2016 campaign.
Recall, Joe Biden was in a January 5, 2017 secret Oval Office meeting discussing General Flynn’s phone calls with Russian Ambassador Kislyak with Obama, Yates, Comey, Rice and Brennan and 7 days later he sought to unmask Flynn.
Then-Vice President Joe Biden sought to unmask General Flynn on January 12, 2017 — the same day David Ignatius published his WaPo article about Flynn’s communications with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.
The criminal investigation into Biden also includes his actives in the Ukraine.

House investigators on Tuesday joined the Senate in asking the FBI to look into the Biden’s criminal history.

President Trump on Wednesday accused Biden, Hillary and Obama of leading a “treasonous plot” and said Biden shouldn’t even be allowed to run for president.

Last week the Senate released a report on the Bidens and notably Hunter Biden’s actions while his dad was Obama’s Vice President. FOX News reported:
“I look at Hunter Biden today, where he stole millions of dollars, stole millions,” Trump claimed. “His father should leave the campaign because his father was in on it.”
He added: “His father knew everything.”
The president was referring to an interim report released by Republicans on the Senate Homeland Security and Finance Committees on their months-long joint investigation into the younger Biden’s role on the board of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, as well as his alleged “extensive and complex financial transactions.” According to the report, an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden, Rosemont Seneca Thornton, “received $3.5 million in a wire transfer” from Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of the Russian capital.

Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) on Wednesday sent a letter to CIA Director Gina Haspel expressing frustration with her failure to disclose Russia probe documents they requested more than 2 months prior. “We are becoming increasingly disappointed by the CIA’s continued inability to timely respond to our legitimate oversight requests,” the letter (pdf) states. “Your staff met only once with our staff to discuss these requests, and CIA has not produced a single document in response.”
“Further delay is unacceptable.”

The 25th Enables Congress to remove a very sick President.
Careful Nancy, if you become interim President, the 25th can be used on you too.

The Vice President and a majority of his cabinet … NOT Congress (House or Senate), unless a law is passed. Which, of course, the president can veto.
Refer to Section Four of the Twenty-Fifth Amendment.

“Section 4—Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.”
“or of such other body as Congress may by law provide” – this explains why Pelosi is setting up a “Commission on Presidential Capacity” to asses fitness for office. She is going to hijack and bypass the rest of section 4, and control everything from the House
I think the phrase, “such other body as Congress may by law provide” means that Congress has the lawful authority to do this. I don’t think they need to pass a new law to enable this authority. But I may be wrong.

Not as bad as it used to be. A few decades ago, first phase Parkinson’s was treated with drugs, some of which had a psychotropic effect. Imagine that you’re already suffering from some short-term memory problems and are worried about dementia. Then, taking a few hits of blotter acid …. That’d putcha over the edge.

Well Trump has not done it yet. That is just a proposal for the new term. And any spend by Trump has to pay for itself in the long run.
That’s a general rule for him. SO blacks will have to benefit so much, that they pump new money back into the economy, to eventually pay off the ‘loan’.
At least that’s how I think Trump is planning things, he is not really a free handout kind of guy. But you may disagree. We don’t need to worry about that now.

An obvious quid-pro-quo deal. But what kind of political influence was Hunter Biden able to provide his Ukrainian employers through his father’s political connections? Burisma is the leading private natural gas producer in the Ukraine, why would they need an influence peddler in D.C.? The entirety of its products are sold in Ukraine.
