Ilhan Omar Funnels 70 Percent of Campaign Expenditures to Husband’s Company
Firm has received $2.7 million from Omar this cycle

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D., Minn.) funneled an additional $1.1 million to her husband’s company, bringing her total payments to the firm to $2.7 million for the election cycle, new filings show.
Omar’s campaign filings, released Thursday, show that she sent $1.1 million more to the E Street Group, a political consulting firm owned by her husband, Tim Mynett. The payments account for nearly 70 percent of the $1.6 million Omar’s campaign has disbursed between July 23 and the end of September. They have helped cover advertisements, consulting, travel expenses, and production costs.
Omar has faced criticism on a number of issues since she entered Congress in 2018. Among other things, her lack of transparency about her past marriages has come under fire, and the Minnesota Campaign Finance Board has ordered her to repay thousands for a campaign finance violation.
She now faces a complaint for potentially running afoul of House ethics rules in relation to an advance she received for her memoir.
The freshman “Squad” member has showered her husband’s company with cash this cycle. The E Street Group is the highest paid vendor from the campaign, and Omar had already sent $1.6 million to the group.
With the $1.1. million in new payments, the firm has now received a total of $2.7 million from Omar’s campaign for the 2020 elections.
Prior to tying the knot with Mynett in March, Omar had long denied their romantic involvement. In August divorce filings, Mynett’s then-wife accused the congresswoman of having an affair with her husband.
Omar claimed at the time that she was not separated from then-husband Ahmed Abdisalan
“I have no interest in allowing the conversation about my personal life to continue and so I have no desire to discuss it,” she said.
Mynett, likewise, denied the affair and said his then-wife was attempting to “ruin his career.”
Omar’s campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Ilhan Omar has committed so many crimes and is a mockery of a fair and impartial judicial system. She needs to be removed from US Congress and prosecuted for her crimes. She should not get away with her crimes because she is black, a women and a muslim.

A quick search shows the 2020 payments to E Street Group totals $2,755,399, so it looks like Omar is basically funding her husband’s business, with donations to her campaign to the tune of 98%. Seems like this would be misappropriation of funds.

It is the Muslim way; women are second class to their male masters. I recall a Muslim complaining that his wife was now the boss, financially and otherwise. A very young Muslim girl, the Muslim version of Cinderella; her brothers did diddly-squat while she carried heavy loads of laundry or groceries home, even in the late-night hours alone. Ilhan Omar is no different than her Muslim sisters, dominated by the males of her ‘religion’ or cult. As do most Muslim men, her so-called husband is no more than a pimp living off the perks she voluntarily provides.
Meanwhile, the American sisterhood of women’s rights ignores this inequality, deeming it as cultural diversity. Neo-Liberals, Democrats cannot grasp nor dare not grasp Islam’s reality because they are one of the same. A sycophantic pestilence feeding-off corruption, perfidy, and injustice.

A contractor in Jefferson County, Ky., found 112 absentee ballots in a dumpster, leading to an investigation by federal authorities.
The ballots never made it to their intended recipients and had not been opened or filled out. Special agents from the U.S. Postal Service’s Office of the Inspector General said they also found two political fliers as they investigated the matter.

Voter fraud, especially involving the U.S. postal service is federal. Again, it’s up to the AG that the president appointed.
Voter fraud has nothing to do with a state’s election laws/regulations.
And, a U.S. senator has nothing to do with a state’s voter laws.
On either one, Senator McConnel can do nothing.
But, on fraud involving the USPS, it’s the president’s purview.
We have to start laying blame where it belongs.
