Janice Dean Holds Gov. Cuomo Responsible for Thousands of Nursing Home Deaths

53

Unfortunately, authorities used this “cull the herd” approach to novel infections during the AIDS epidemic of the 1980’s.

Dr. Anthony Fauci was also a principal then, as he has been recently with COVID.

There is hard evidence that exposing the most vulnerable to COVID was part of explicit policy. Nevertheless, Cuomo may be able to avoid responsibility by simply saying “It never happened”.

Janice Dean blasts NY Gov. Cuomo over claim he ‘saved lives’: He’s ‘erasing my husband’s parents’

FOX News, October 3, 3030:

“It’s hard to hear” New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo claim that his response to the coronavirus pandemic “saved lives” and he can “sleep at night,” Fox News senior meteorologist Janice Dean told “Fox News @ Night” Friday.

“So, the fact he is backtracking and he is erasing history, essentially erasing my husband’s parents and their deaths, that is what making our grief even worse.”

Bream noted that Dean is not a political person, but has sought bipartisan attention to and investigations of the nursing home issue. However, Dean’s efforts have been met with relative inaction from the Democratic majority in Albany.

Dean did, however, credit U.S. Rep. Tom Reed, R-N.Y., for inviting her to Washington to testify in front of the House Ways & Means Committee.

“I have been to many rallies where people and their families have gathered together to say that we need accountability here — we need a bipartisan investigation with subpoena power to get answers — and I think I need it from the federal level,” she said.

“I am asking lawmakers tonight on both sides to join me to get answers not only for New York State but other states that have that same executive order in place to put COVID-positive patients into nursing homes. COVID spread like wildfire and it killed thousands of our loved ones.”

It wasn’t simply “sending infected patients BACK to …” New York Governor Fredo gave a royal command to send many, many, infected patients into long term care facilities.

Does anyone remember that nineteen year old negro that beat an eighty (plus) year old veteran into a coma?

That nineteen year old was sent to an elderly care facility, under the royal command of Governor Fredo.

And, that wasn’t the only one.

Is that nineteen year old still allowed to breathe free air? Or, was he released ‘for his own good.’

As you may recall, that story never made the national news. However, what little that it was covered, they interviewed his father (who knows?). Of course the sire of that nineteen year old went through the normal, ” … he’s a good keed. He’s jest bin gittin’ his life on straight. But, he has hisself some “mental issues …”

Of course, NOTHING was done.

If this is the Michigan case, Hayden was charged:

Jaden Hayden, 20, was charged Sunday in connection with the beating of 75-year-old Norman Bledsoe at a Detroit nursing home.
Hayden, of Ypsilanti, was sharing a room with Bledsoe at the Westwood Nursing Center in Detroit. When he set up his cell phone in the room it’s alleged that Hayden severely attacked the defenseless man by repeatedly punching him in the head on May 10.
Nursing home staff rushed to the room and saw Bledsoe bleeding from both sides of his head. However, he led staff to believe he fell from his bed. He was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Hayden was arrested on May 21 by Detroit Police after an alleged video captured on social media caught the attention of Ann Arbor Police. It’s also alleged that Hayden stole Bledsoe’s credit cards.
As a result, Hayden has been charged with two counts of Assault with Intent to Do Great Bodily Harm, Larceny in a Building and two counts of Financial Transaction Device, Steal/Retain Without Consent.

Charged with various offenses. Of what ones has he been tried? And, of what ones, if any, was he convicted. Then, what was his combined sentences?

Any takers that he doesn’t serve even three months, wagers being accepted.

I only replied to your comment that “..NOTHING was done.
He WAS charged and Kim Worthy is the prosecutor. If you are familiar with politics in this area you would know that she is very aggressive and seeks justice in a non biased manner. Kim Worthy of Detroit is the opposite of Kim Foxx of Chicago.

I think you may be thinking of a Black 20 year old Michigan man (Hayden) who was sent to a Detroit nursing home where he beat White 75 year old Norman Bledsoe, who died some weeks later. And I have no doubt that his death was attributed to CV19, as opposed to the traumatic beating of his head.

Cuomo was clearly at fault, there is compelling evidence for this. Trump’s czar on retirement homes specifically criticized Cuomo when he was actually doing those transfers.

To “criticize” is one thing. To actually do something about it? Not so much.

Ach: Yes. My point is that the court cases will be easier to win if the experts clearly warned Cuomo about what would happen if he continued. So those warnings will hurt Cuomo in court. He could be charged with murder, or reckless endangerment, etc.

Cuomo was paid off to do those moves, because hospital owners did not want all those deaths happening inside their hospitals. Moving them to retirement homes saved money and reputation for the hospitals, and they ‘rewarded’ Cuomo.

There are long email chains, multiple email chains, between nursing home administrators and fredo’s personnel. They were BEGGING to not be sent covid-19 infected. They stated, time after time, how they were not equipped and had NO place to quarantine those that fredo had ordered them to take. And, recall … it wasn’t simply those being “returned” to long term care facilities … they were being sent infected people, under twenty years of age … and up (nineteen year old negro beating a late eighties veteran into a coma story).

No charges have been brought. As long as this administration is in power … none ever will. And, don’t expect any justice from a joey bidet administration. It will only get worse.

Nothing will ever be done. There are no honest, justice seeking politicians left.

Ach: Well there are various ways to see politicos. One method is that politicos are all bad, or all good, an ancient Idea. Like for example Alexander ‘the great’: was he so great? He was a hyper-militarist tyrant who steamrolled whole civilizations. But he wasn’t all bad either, he did a lot to civilize those countries, and build a whole new approach to government, that was better than the warlord systems that Alexander displaced.

So now we have the “no politico is all bad, or all good” theory. I like Aristotle’s simple idea, that politicos either work for their own benefit [tyrants] or they work to make the citizenry’s lives better [a Polity]. So that way, we can divide politicos into two categories, but still, there are worse and better tyrannies, and worse and better polities.

And that approach gives us some hope that we can improve politicos over time, by beating their asses if they try to wreck our lives. Aristotle gave us a simple measure: did the politico make our lives better? If not, he was a tyrant, and we was mainly bad.

Trump looks really simple in that framework, he is working to make our lives better. And that is making the tyrant’s lives worse, by preventing them from being tyrants. SO no wonder the tyrants fear Trump’s second term, because then he can steamroll those jerks with very little blow-back.

So that’s the end of the lecture, and we will now adjourn for free hot-dogs in the mezzanine.

“Trump looks really simple in that framework, he is working to make our lives better.”

I suppose if you’re a member of the “black community” that President Trump pledged half of a TRILLION taxpayer dollars to .. and …. an attendee of some “historically black college’ …

He must have your best interest at heart.

However, if you’re a taxpayer that isn’t from the “black community”, you might look at things totally differently.

I would agree. He has actually done some really good things. He put a big dent in the pedophile rings and they are hurting. Many of the Israeli issues (embassy to Jerusalem, recent peace deals with Arab nations) have helped move the end time agenda along (hallelujah), and other things.
But his later, not earlier (Fauci and Birx exempt), decisions on Covid were abysmal. Shutting down, ballooning the debt, widening the wealth gap – disastrous.
Pushing a dangerous vaccine and employing the military to administer it – what???

Earlier on, I would have had no problem saying he was completely against the globalists, but this recent stuff has played right into their hands. I would still vote for him, but my confidence in him now has taken a dive. Economically, a farm animal in the big chair would have as much chance at fixing the unfixable. Financial catastrophe awaits…MAGA…not even remotely possible now.

Last I checked NY state had the highest nursing home death in our country that could easily have been avoided. Trump had the the Navy ship, the US Comfort, sent there in record time – barely used. Franklin Graham was asked by another hospital to come and help out so they rushed up there, set up nice clean hospital tents that were barely used. DeBlazio’s main concern was Franklin Graham turning away LGBTQ+ people rather than being grateful for the FREE help. Samarian’s Purse would never turn them away in a situation like this. When they left, Samaritan’s Purse was TAXED for the time they were there providing FREE assistance. I don’t know who is more evil, Cuomo or DeBlazio.

Cuomo claims N.Y. has ‘one of the best nursing home systems in the country’
More people in New York State’s nursing homes — 5,000 and counting — have died from COVID-19 than in any other state.

In Victoria Australia the corrupt government passed a law that employers can be held criminally responsible for deaths in the workplace. They held an inquiry into the Deaths in Aged Care Centres (835 which the gov is liable for) and witness after witness (public servants) had collective amnesia and used the ‘Sgt Shultz Defense’ – I KNOW NOTHING! We are waiting with bated breath for the final report! PS. The Victorian Gov is the one that signed up to the Secret Belt & Roads scam with the PRC in direct defiance of the Federal Government!
