At this point, a corn stalk is his only surefire voter.
Clearly, Biden can’t hear or even see what’s going on around him.
His mental health has gotten so bad, that not even the liberal media can defend it any longer.

There is plenty of cause for concern. Biden recently announced “I think we can win back the House” and promised to ban the “AR-14.”
He mistook Super Tuesday for “Super Thursday,” and forgot the words of the Declaration of Independence, saying “We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women are created, by the, you know, you know the thing.” In South Carolina, he misstated what office he was running for, declaring “My name’s Joe Biden. I’m a Democratic candidate for the United States Senate.”
On three occasions last month, Biden declared he was arrested in South Africa trying to visit Nelson Mandela in prison — an incident his campaign later admitted never happened. He earlier described meeting a Navy captain in Afghanistan, but The Post reported that “almost every detail in the story appears to be incorrect.”
He claimed to have worked with Chinese leader “Deng Xiaoping” on the Paris Climate Accord (Deng died in 1997)/. He claimed during a debate that “150 million people have been killed [by guns] since 2007” (which would be nearly half the U.S. population).
He said he met with Parkland victims while he was vice president even though the shooting took place after he left office. He has declared that Democrats should “choose truth over facts” and that “poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.” He pledged to use biofuels to power “steamships.” He repeatedly gets confused about what state he is in; called “Fox News Sunday” anchor Chris Wallace “Chuck”; said his late son Beau “was the attorney general of the United States”; and confused former British prime minister Theresa May with the late British prime minister Margaret Thatcher.
The list of Biden’s mental blunders has become so long that it’s now gotten to the point of becoming disturbing.
This man clearly needs help.

Rep. Ken Buck (R-Colo.) joined a growing number of lawmakers calling on the Department of Justice (DOJ) to carry out an investigation into Netflix over the recent release of the controversial film “Cuties” on the video streaming platform.
In a letter to the department on Monday, Buck and Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) expressed concern over the “potential exploitation of children” in the film, which was released by the streaming service on Sept. 9.

Biden is NOT ELIGIBLE For Office Unless He Can Prove He Is Mentally Competent
This could be argued before SCOTUS, because the 25th amendment enables the removal of incompetent presidents. Therefore logic dictates that incompetent presidents can’t be elected either.
Biden must at least be able to pass a standard and simple test of cognition like this one:

If he flunks the GPCOG or similar, he must withdraw. There is no logical justification for permitting a candidate to run, if he will be immediately disqualified under the 25th amendment. This logic becomes obvious if both candidates were incompetent in some way. Then no matter who won, the winner would be removed upon taking office, and the USA would have no elected President. The Vice President would take over, but they were not elected to be President. The Vice President should have run for President, if they intended to be President.
Therefore, It is illogical to run incompetent candidates in the first place.

Stephen: Yes, but the Constitution never intended a back door to the Presidency. It is illogical to let Vice Presidential candidates run for a de facto Presidential position. I know the Dems don’t care about logic, but SCOTUS might.
I know this is a long shot, but an illogical government is a shhtty government. Logic is based upon reality, and governance should also be based upon reality.

The evidence is clear – The DNC absolutely does not want to win this
election. Even Obama who endorsed Biden speaks against Biden and now Bernie
Sanders also regrets his endorsement. Consider VP Running mate Harris when she
was in the DNC presidential primary was unable to raise sufficient funds and
could not secure the black vote! This is all a pretense, a fake election run,
whose only purpose is to avoid looking like they gave the election to Trump.
Nominating two unelectable contenders, Deliberately and injuriously harming all
the voters in all the Democrat Blue States and City’s over COVID in an election
year – that is how you deliberately lose …not how you win. Even Pelosi saying
she wont give America any more COVID financial Aid because it will make Trump
look good for the election ??? notwithstanding ti makes the Dems look worse.… They
are doing this because Obama so wrecked the future economic prospects for
America and the world – the Dems expect the system to collapse in 2021 and they
do not want to be in the drivers seat of the nation they have sent crashing.
They want to lose, and later come back later pretending to be saviors to a
devastated nation.
