Fantastic. Let these self aggrandizing morons learn that insulting millions of their customers is bad for business. The NFL’s bottom line will take a huge hit for needlessly going anti-America. The owners of these franchises must be dying.

NFL Ratings Crash over 16% for Woke Season Opener

The NFL had high hopes for its long awaited return on Thursday night. Though, the league’s social justice themed season opener was evidently deemed non-essential as fans chose to quarantine themselves on other channels.
According to Deadline Hollywood, “…the Kansas City Chiefs pummeled the Houston Texans 34-20, and the ratings were down — a lot. In early numbers, the primetime NBC game scored a 5.2 among adults 18-49 and 16.4 million viewers between 8-11 p.m. ET.
Now, those numbers for the 8:25-11:30 p.m. ET game will certainly be adjusted upward later, but right now they mark a 16.1% drop over the spectacle of the September 5, 2019 season opener in the advertiser-rich demographic. In an America and a NFL still adjusting to the new normal of live sports in the era of COVID-19, last night’s game also fell 16.1% in total sets of eyeballs from last year’s fast affiliate results.”
The ratings dive amounts to a 10-year low for the NFL and NBC.
“On a field bordered with the words “End Racism” and fans booing as players from both teams linked arms before kickoff in a sign of solidarity with those fighting social injustice, the ratings and viewership decline could be an ominous sign for a league and the networks,” Deadline reports. “The stellar numbers of last year’s opener, the Green Bay Packers’ grinding 10-3 victory over the Chicago Bears, kicked off a tightly run season that seemingly had reversed years of weakening numbers. Now it could be a case of déjà vu all over again.”

Why can’t they just play the game and leave the social justice warrioring somewhere else? We haven’t watched the NFL or the NBA at our house for years now and have just added SOCCER, NASCAR and HOCKEY due to the social justice warriors lecturing us. Goodbye and good riddance!

The sport pundits were appalled by the fans’ booing. They and the NFL, not to overlook others sports, don’t get it or want to get it. The sport overlords, the mega-million dollar players prefer to blame America, the police, Trump for all that ails the Republic: Not the hardcore Marxists BLM, ANTIFA, and every fringe anarchist faction in the nation. One’s being White, one is deemed privileged, no excuses; whites are the evildoers the sole racists in itself an out-and-out lie and racists.
Ironically, there are more black players in most sports but for perhaps hockey. That surely will become the past-tense when the NHL overlords bow to to the demands of BLM and Tsar.Fans, even the addicted, will leave in droves putting pressure on the real racists to look in the mirror, maybe. Instead of blaming and calling the disaffected fans racists and look in the proverbial mirror. .

(1) APOLOGIZE.
(2) Remove ALL political statements ..
(3) APOLOGIZE AGAIN.
(4) Cancel ALL player contracts, then renegotiate at 30% LESS.
…… They caused this. They can accept the consequences of shaming and mocking their fans.
(5) APOLOGIZE AGAIN.
(6) Free admission for all games though 2020, free concessions. No more $12 beer …
(7) Free PARKING at all stadiums. If the franchise does not own the parking, pay for fans.
(8) STAND for the NATIONAL ANTHEM and then stand for the PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.

Some years ago while I was coaching schoolboy football, one of our black athletes, who had a head full of hate, asked me, “You ever notice that all the good players in the NFL are black?”
I replied, “Did you ever notice that the guys who sign their paychecks are all white?”
That conversation never came up again.

Restating their Challenge: How much would their average customer pay to attend their athlete protest.
It is like they want people to stay away. I expect a new ‘walk away’ movement from advertisers whose reason to take part is being eroded by these woke athletes and the management that is too stupid to even realize that an actor protest is not what their customers support.
