The president’s re-election campaign wants the Biden campaign to allow a third party to inspect the ears of each debater for electronic devices or transmitters. The president has consented to this kind of inspection, but Biden has not, so far, sources said.
Over the last several weeks, the former vice president’s campaign has also requested two breaks — one every 30 minutes — to break up the 90-minute commercial-free program. But that request has been denied by their Trump counterparts, Fox News is told.

Biden doesn’t want people to notice that when one looks in one of his ears, he sees the world out through the other. He has nothing between his ears.

There is only one reason that Biden would refuse to be checked, that is that he was in fact wearing some sort of communication device. No matter because Trump beat him in the debate in spite of all the help he had even with Chris Wallace’s help. About 60% for Trump, and 40% or less for Biden. There probably was a significant percentage that saw it as a draw. Trump’s performance will only get better in future debates, if Biden has the backbone to show up.
