Witnesses Convinced that Cuomo Is Intentionally Hiding Actual Number of Nursing Home Deaths

The New York State Assembly and Senate gave New York Health Commissioner Howard Zucker plenty of chances to tell them the number of nursing home residents who have died from COVID, but all he could muster was that he’d “get back” to them. How can that be, the lawmakers wondered. As Democrat James Skoufis noted, even California has managed to share that statistic. He said it “perplexes” him that Zucker couldn’t be just as forthcoming.
The catalyst for Monday’s hearing was Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s nursing home mandate back on March 25 that ordered facilities to accept COVID patients who had been discharged from hospitals. Families who have lost someone in a New York nursing home the past few months have no doubt in their mind that Cuomo’s dangerous policy put their loved ones in the grave.
Asked by the panel if he felt he was “being heard” by the state government, Long Term Care Community Coalition executive director Richard Mollot said, “no.”
How right he was. Zucker didn’t stick around to hear testimony from folks who were directly affected by the administration’s order.

If he had stayed he would have heard some horrifying tales. One by one, witnesses explained how their loved ones had been mistreated in New York nursing homes, who were following the guidelines of Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s administration. By now most are aware that Cuomo mandated that long term care facilities accept COVID patients who had been discharged from hospitals. For Mary Beth Delarm, she hadn’t even been notified that her mom had died in one of the facilities. As she explained in her written testimony, she learned of her mom’s death by reading about it in the newspaper.
As questionable is why New York State is not demanding an external investigation on why any family member experiencing serious issues with a nursing home patient would be denied assistance from the department of health or Attorney General. For our state leaders to turn their backs from protecting citizens from neglect, abuse And death, is alarm for reform from the top lawmakers down to the individual employee. Major news stories appeared on Diamond Hill and other failing homes disgusting conditions and poor patient care pre-Existing and ongoing Covid. As the nursing home failed to communicate with me on my mom’s condition throughout Covid, I watched fatalities rise on the news, gleaning if my mom could be one affected. Five days after the fact I learned from the newspaper my mother had died. It was tragic. Not only was I not informed of her death but That my mom was cremated within 24 hrs without being tested for Covid is astonishing. The failure to obtain actual numbers of Covid cases without testing patients and instead labeling death certificates as ‘natural causes’ is unacceptable.
She, like so many other witnesses, don’t believe the Cuomo administration when they say they don’t know the actual number of nursing home deaths.
“An external investigation should be done as to why State would accept this, as they’ve excepted so much of the abhorrent Mal treatment to patients,” Delarm said. “Covid related infections and death numbers noted by New York State from any hospital or nursing home or health assisted facility are obviously higher. Much higher. I’m hearing from authorities they’re thinking close to 20,000.”
A group of siblings had a similarly tragic story to share. NYPD detectives Haydee Pabey and Aida Pabey, along with their brother Sammy Pabey, an NYC Corrections Officer, are convinced that “nursing home negligence” and Gov. Cuomo’s nursing home mandate are to blame for their mother’s death.
“Even with our combined 48 plus years of experience and in dealing with different types of tragedies, we could not help save our mother, Elba Pabey, from falling victim to this pandemic, from suffering of nursing home negligence, or from becoming a casualty of Governor Cuomo’s March 25 order.”
“The only communication they had with their mother was through staff who they say gave them very terse explanations of how she was doing. When they learned their mom was in grave condition, they rushed to the home but were denied entry.”
My belief is the following: My mother died because she was starved.My mother died of dehydration.My mother died because of lack of PPE, therefore, the staff never entered her room to provide care or fear of getting infectedMy mother died of COVID-19 although she was never tested so precautions were not takenMy mother died of COVID-19 because residents where not properly isolated.My mother died because proper infection-control protocols were not followed.My mother died because the nursing home accepted positive patients from the hospitals as per Governor Cuomo.My mother died alone, isolated from her family and drowning in abject misery.According to Governor Cuomo, coronavirus in a nursing home was like “fire through dry grass” and that the seniors were his top priority. He lied. He let our seniors die. He let my mother die along with 100 of her peers at Isabella.There was no obligation for Isabella Geriatric Center to maintain a high or even standard level of care, to retain proper staffing levels, to retain proper medical records, to provide adequate personal protective equipment, and to keep up with proper infection-control protocols. Immunity given to the nursing homes by Governor Cuomo resulted in the deaths of thousands of precious lives in New York State.
Another common denominator in these testimonies is a question: When will there be a real, independent investigation of how Gov. Cuomo’s mandate affected nursing home deaths in the state of New York?
The next New York nursing home hearing, this time focusing on upstate NY, will be on Monday, August 10.

We’ve been warm and humid … i.e. much cooler than normal. On Wednesday our high was 68F … and that’s on my carport … not 75 yards away in my little wood on the back acre. I have no idea what the official record shows (too tired to go through the hassle of looking it up), but the radio weather reports have gone to only reporting “realfeel” or “feelhot” equivalent temperatures … knowing the majority don’t know it’s not a real number.

Actually, I have a better idea of how will go because I did regulation promulgation, permitting, compliance, and enforcement as an environmental regulator for the better part of a decade – and election law is *totally* different – except that it’s an administrative state enterprise – so the operation of, and interpretation of the regulations guiding enforcement will be the same …
… up to and including the Lefty logic and Democrat bias.
That said, this is a dumpster fire, and it’s not just because of the politics. You can see that they’ve bit off more than they can chew.
Now – disclaimer – I totally believe our Right-wing narrative – that the Democrats totally cheat, and want mail-in ballots because they can steal the election. It’s obvious to any objective observer that that’s what’s going on. It’s safe to shop at Walmart, buy your weed and your speed, pick up your liquor, go burn and loot while mostly peacefully protesting, but you can’t vote due to Covid-19. Anyone who can’t see the Left’s strategy there is a liar, a moron, or both.
… but you can see the dumpster fire they’ve got themselves into here.
We on the Right are used to the idea that the Lefties pull a 2000 page wad of legislation out of their back pocket at the drop of a hat – all prepared on our time, discussed at conventions on our dime, and focused grouped by NGOs or PACs …
… but Mail-in ballots for the whole nation? They’re not prepared for this. First, they didn’t anticipate it. They’ve been planning a plandemic for at least a decade, but they could not prepare the apparatus – the actual, physical logistics of Mail-in ballots on this scale – without giving away the game.
It’s not like ‘absentee ballots’ – which go to a fraction of the voters – a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of the registered, which are only a fraction of a fraction of the eligible adults. And never mind the illegals – a sizeable fraction of whom are illiterate in both languages. Don’t ask – you know I’m not guessing or speculating on that one.
Which brings me to the possibility of a different narrative.
The Left does not believe in reality. They refuse to accept it, and they work to recreated data to prove their fantasies are *their* truth. Well, we on the Right know this, but what else do we know? We’re all tucked in our own little worlds. We know the Left is 100% wrong, but do we know what the reality really is?
What if these Democrats actually do send out, say 200MM ballots. And let’s say they manage to get most of them to registered voters. Let’s say a good percentage go to illegals and criminals willing to fill them all out and send them in for Democrats, and – by and large – Republicans fill out only their own ballots. Let’s say the Democrats throw away ballots from Republican zip codes, and count ballots from Democrat zip codes. …
… i.e. let’s say the Democrats get everything they want.
Will they win?
What if we conservatives are wrong again? Like we have been before.
What if the silent majority – the 50% that don’t vote in a 4 yr election or the 70% who don’t vote in a 2 yr election – actually voted in any percentage in a 2020 mail-in ballot election …
… maybe they really were lazy … maybe they’re angry … maybe they see what the Democrats are doing, and they don’t like it, or maybe they think it’s a great idea … who cares?
When the dust settles … if 200MM votes are cast … will the Demokkkrats win? I’m not so sure.
The Left has lied so long, I think they believe they have an actual majority, and not just a political majority. And we on the Right have no data to determine the truth. Logic and a few back of the envelope calculations will tell you the Left’s cheating is awesome, and their political advantage is undeniable, but … they don’t have anything like a majority.
Only about 20+% of ‘Americans’ – legal residents – believe all the Left’s Kool-Aid.
The actual majority of Americans are not Leftists … they’re just people who don’t vote for the Right because they don’t believe in the Fake Conservatives, the GOP Establishment, or the Conservative, Inc. – that have given us endless wars for nothing – and otherwise done very little about our schools, jobs, crime rates, or stealing our IP – much less defending the American Dream.
This dumpster fire could be a God thing … want some more rope? want some more cheat codes? want some more advantage? want some mail-in ballots you can print out of thin air? … want something that will backfire in a spectacular and unexpected fashion sort of like 2750 tons of NH4-NO3? … in every election office in the nation?
And remember – they don’t control all of the election offices. Election offices are run by counties … and we control far more counties than they do 😉 If it were otherwise, we would be in year 50 something of the United Soviet States of Amerikkka …
See where I’m going … put it all together.
If millions of Americans suddenly receive ballots, and they know they can fill out and return those ballots in an entirely consequence free environment for any candidate they choose. The vast majority of those ballots will be received by people who have never voted before.
… and who do you think they’re going to vote for?
I’ll repeat my disclaimer before the conclusion – I believe our Right-wing narrative. The Left can and will cheat. Mail-in ballots would in effect terminate our society.
But the Left isn’t ready to take full control. If they demand mail-in ballots now before they can destroy all ballots returned from American-controlled zip codes, and only count the ballots from *safe* anti-American zip codes. …
Then they may be hit with a tsunami of ballots from the silent majority … for Trump!
Mail-in ballots in 2020 could be the political equivalent of the Jihadi terrorist who blows himself up with his own dam bomb.
It would be a one-time exception. The Left won’t make this mistake again, but it could happen this time because they did not understand the scale of the undertaking. For every million ballots they mail to illegals, convicts, and government serfs … they will be mailing 3-5 million ballots to ordinary Americans … half of whom who did not get off the couch in 2016.
What if we’re wrong? What if … after the Demokkkrats cast 15MM fake votes, and collect another 25MM from illegals and nursing homes to add to the criminals and the government serfs… giving them maybe 80-85MM votes … and Trump gets 115-120MM?
The. World. Would. Change. Overnight.

You are an older senior citizen and you can no longer take care of yourself and need Long Term Care, but the government says there is no Nursing Home care available for you, what do you do?
You may opt for Medicare Part G.
The plan gives anyone 75 or older a gun (Part G for gun) and one bullet. You may then shoot one worthless politician. This means you will be sent to prison for the rest of your life where you will receive three meals a day, a roof over your head, central heating and air conditioning, cable TV, a library, and all the health care you need.
Need new teeth? No problem. Need glasses? That’s great. Need a hearing aid, new hip, knees, kidney, lungs, sex change, or heart? They are all covered! And, as an added bonus, your kids can come and visit you at least as often as they do now!
And, who is paying for all of this? The same government that just told you they can’t afford for you to go into a nursing home. And you just got rid of a useless politician. And now, because you are a prisoner, you don’t have to pay taxes.
Is this a great country or what?

My brother has Downs, and this whole *kill the elderly in nursing homes* policy guidance – which we’ve been following now almost from the get go in late March-early April – has my mother just in a tizzy.
she remembers … the Natzees came for the ‘life unworthy of life’ first.
In fairness, I’ve told her it’s too soon. They’re not ready to use that kind of power yet. Maybe 10 years? Maybe 20? But – I absolutely believe they will get to it. I’ve dealt with them, worked with them, resisted them, talked to them up close … and … they’re nut jobs who need to be on meds in a facility … not running NGOs and political parties or propaganda outlets …

Both great movies. We are definitely headed for Soylent Green, but Bill Gates would love to see us headed for Logan’s Run. In the book that Logan’s Run was based on, everyone died at 27, which would make Gates giddy. In the TV show, the Francis character was told if he brought back Logan, he would get the opportunity to live past 30 and avoid renewal. I hope you had a Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year. In the Will Smith movie I AM LEGEND, the plague that wipes out almost everyone(or turns them into vampire like creatures) is caused by Emma Thompson’s character coming up with a supposed cure for cancer. What better way to get everyone to die than telling them there is a vaccine for cancer(or covid perhaps?)

The number of deaths, reported, was not in question. Rather,. the number of NY deaths, in long term care facilities, was being questioned.
Of course, a PRETEND engineer, that didn’t even know the requisite qualifications to become an engineer, would hardly be able to grasp that.

First of all, Geller Report doesn’t have reporters or journalists. They post articles from other often dubious sources and then blog about them.
Second, let’s try a basic logic exercise. Try to follow:
New York is misrepresenting their reported Covid deaths. New York is part of the United States. Therefore, the number of Covid deaths in the United States is being misrepresented.

The article did not claim that Covid-19 deaths, in New York, were underreported. Rather, it dealt with the number, out of the overall number, of long term care deaths not being broken down into the actual amount(s).
Moreover, the number of overall deaths should be directly attributed to Governor fredo and mayor Warren Wilhelm, Jr.
Little mohoe did NOT ever see the inside of a college classroom. It’s a very poorly educated little thing.
We should truly pity it.

There is a lot of leeway for confusion and bad choices in the earlier days of the virus BUT the pushback against Cuomo on the nursing homes was ferocious and desperate and ignored. This is the equivalent of someone who knowingly builds a faulty dam that gives way and drowns thousands. He should be politically DEAD in the water.

Based on the number of deaths per 100,000 people, Cuomo has killed the most citizens during the planned-demic. Governor Charlie Baker (RINO-Massachusetts) has tried, but again, based on # of deaths per 100,000, he finishes in third place in the nation, behind Cuomo and NJ’s Murphy.
(NY: 281 per 100,000….NJ: 178 per 100,000….MA: 125 per 100,00 ***rates per CDC COVID Data Tracker)
But Gov. Baker (rhymes with FAKER) can lord it over ALL others as MA leads the nation in Unemployment Rates at 17.4%. (Courtesy US Bureau of Labor Statistic). Take a bow, Charlie….YOU’RE # 1 at something !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
