Real Fascism: L.A. Mayor Garcetti authorizes city to shut off power, water to buildings hosting gatherings

The left belch the word  fascism all the time – in what is nothing short of classic projection. The right wants freedom, the left wants slavery.

COVID is over — the numbers are similar to seasonal flu. But the Democrats have seized upon like the Nazis seized on ‘epidemic disease.’

L.A. Mayor Garcetti authorizes city to shut off power, water to buildings hosting large gatherings

OAN Newsroom, August 5, 2020

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti has authorized city officials to shut off water and power services to buildings that are hosting large gatherings amid the pandemic.

His announcement followed a deadly shooting at a house party near Beverly Crest. Monday night’s incident left one person dead and two others injured.

Some have questioned the legality of the move, but the mayor claimed these unauthorized large gatherings are just as dangerous as the already banned nightlife scene in the city.

“While we have already closed all night clubs and bars, these large house parties have essentially become night clubs in the hills. Many times, the homes are vacant or used for short-term rentals. Beyond the noise, the traffic, and the nuisance, these large parties are unsafe and can cost Angelinos their lives.” – Eric Garcetti, Mayor of Los Angeles

Los Angeles County has recorded more than 197,000 coronavirus cases as of Wednesday.

Funny as I thought the libturds claimed landlords or utility companies couldn’t shut off power of people that were delinquent on their bills. So a mayor can shut off utilities now? BS!

….there are more than just one little “hitlers”. And it’s getting worse every day.

The “little hitlers” on the city boards and commissions are telling the Blacks in Memphis they can’t vote about whether to reduce the police force or not…..in an already violent city; especially the Black neighborhoods. They told them THEY WILL DECIDE THAT FOR THEM.
VERY RACIST CITY LEADERS HERE.

He’s going to turn off the power (if he manages to be successful) on the wrong house and may come to realize this was the stupid of all stupid moves he’s done.

Isn’t this an overstep of his authority?

How does he justify being accuser, prosecutor and judge, sentencing people to not have water, power or what would be the essentials of daily Western life?

What next, will he overreach his authority and block or appropriate their bank accounts, or confiscate their homes?

Man with a bit of power thinking more of himself and acting above the law. I wonder, has he had friends over to his home? You know, a dinner party, a party, or just hanging out watching a video.

Do the victims have to continue to pay their water and power bills while they’re shut off?

…by law…the most that could be done is giving them a citation.
This is what real Totalitarianism looks like.

You either stop it now…..or it will only get worse.
You folks out in Cali ever heard of a “RECALL” ?
You should try it.

These so called “safety measures” in dem states have nothing to do with keeping anyone “safe” and everything to do with sowing chaos in peoples lives and the economy. All to make Trump look bad. I’ve taken care of my own health for my entire life and have done a pretty good job of it, and I do not need the government all of a sudden telling me how to take care of myself.

Agreed. I’m a 72 year old Vietnam veteran who lifts weights every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday interspersed with other exercises. I take one-half a tablet for cholesterol and no other meds.

No sense stopping now.

Why anyone would want to remain an L.A. city resident, is baffling. So, if someone’s power is shut off, (without due process), can they then with hold their property taxes, since the government removed their ability to enjoy home ownership. Garcetti may be able to get away with that sh*t in the lower income neighborhoods but, the wealthy will likely push back.

I lived in Culver City, which while better than the city of Los Diablos was still located in that cesspit called the county of Los Diablos. There’s really nothing to brag about anywhere in the rotten state of Californication anymore though.

I guess Los Diablos, which means “The Devils” is so named for some real reasons.

Israel doesn’t do this to terrorists because it’s considered a human rights violation.

It would be denounced by the UN.

America’s Nanny State, with Amazonian iron fist: Obey our un-Constitutional edicts and decrees, or else! L.A., supported by crooked lawyers with twisted “law”books. Or Wuhan, under Red Communist overlords, enforcing the repressive emperor’s power-mad authority?

Hypocriteville Hollowood, fully supportive of cancel culture doctrine, already grovel’s before the Dragon Emperor’s censoring agents, panting like running dogs for mammon. Whining and whimpering for Red China’s (anti-homosexual) approval! *

Taiwan and Hong Kong, scrubbed from scripts and story-boards. Xinjiang and Tibet cancelled from history and geography. — HYPOCRITES! — May their snorting heat for greedy profit (as with the NBA’s whorish pandering), end in impoverished bankruptcy!

As I said about Deblasio: LA needs to kill Garcetti, before Garcetti kills LA.
It becomes increasingly clear that Democrats must be voted out. Only an imbecile
would vote for a democrat!

Garcetti was out In the streets ” protesting” with BLM and antifa in a crowd of hundreds tightly packed together a few weeks ago…do you think the rules he makes are for HIM and leftwing accomplices? The emperor has no clothes…

Oh, you better believe I shared that little highlighted paragraph on racial hygiene; I don’t think this is taught in school anymore. And here events are on the same WRONG ROAD AGAIN in less than 100 years. Same tactics: hate. Satan has studied that one well and boy does it work. Geller outdoes herself here, well done! Maybe you wake up many today.

….and I would add Totalitarianism. Very frightening.

However, once the illegals flooded Cali a couple of generations ago…who didn’t see this coming?
