Nevada Sent More Than 200K Mail-In Primary Ballots to Wrong Addresses

What a clusterf**k. Which is exactly what the democrats want – election chaos.

Mail-in voting is by far the greatest threat to the integrity of our elections. It guarantees that the Democrats will be able to commit voter fraud in a huge way. Team Trump must continue to fight this with everything that they have.

Nevada Sent More Than 200K Mail-In Primary Ballots to Wrong Addresses

One-sixth of Clark County mail-in ballots were sent to outdated or undeliverable addresses

By Washington Examiner, August 8, 2020

More than one-sixth of the mail-in ballots sent to voters in Nevada’s largest county during the 2020 primary went to outdated addresses, according to a new watchdog report.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation, an election integrity group, reviewed the 1.3 million mail-in ballots Nevada’s Clark County sent during the June primary. It found that more than 223,000 of the ballots were sent to outdated addresses, leading the postal service to designate them as “undeliverable.” The undeliverable ballots accounted for 17 percent of all ballots mailed to registered voters. Nearly 75 percent of Nevada’s total population resides in the county, which includes Las Vegas.

“These numbers show how vote by mail fails,” said J. Christian Adams, PILF’s president and general counsel. “New proponents of mail balloting don’t often understand how it actually works. States like Oregon and Washington spent many years building their mail voting systems and are notably aggressive with voter list maintenance efforts. Pride in their own systems does not somehow transfer across state lines. Nevada, New York, and others are not and will not be ready for November.”

“The addresses that we used were provided by the voters when they registered,” Dan Kulin, a spokesman for Clark County, told the Washington Free Beacon. “If they no longer reside at the address they provided to us, then we would expect that mail to be returned to us, which is what happened.”

The new figures come as Nevada takes center stage in a debate over mail-in voting. President Donald Trump’s campaign sued the state over its plans to mail ballots to every registered voter for the November election. As Democrats across the country push for mail-in voting amid the coronavirus pandemic, critics have said the practice can lead to a number of problems such as lost ballots. Recent reports also showed that 84,000 mail-in Democratic primary ballots cast in New York City were disqualified.

PILF communications director Logan Churchwell said the Clark County elections department asked the county commission not to send ballots to every registrant on file, cautioning that it would be “a costly exercise of sending mail to addresses that were sure to bounce any parcel.” The county sent out the ballots despite the election department’s warning.

“Nevada’s voter rolls aren’t maintained to the standard required for an all-mail experience like Oregon or Washington,” Churchwell said. “The Nevada governor is foolish to think he can replicate his regional neighbors’ years of development and practices with mail voting in a matter of months with a weekend emergency bill.”

The debate over mail-in ballots has led to a massive influx of cash. Political donors, many of them anonymous, poured more than $100 million into efforts supporting and opposing the practice. A network of liberal groups, including billionaire George Soros’s Open Society Foundations, contributed at least $59 million in support of mail-in voting.

For a DEM state this comes to my mind —– SNAFU.
It’s a way of life for them.

No, because I have no idea what you’re talking about. Care to rephrase in a rational sentence, what you actually meant?

I’m sorry that you are too ignorant to comprehend the comment. Ask a 3rd grader to explain it to you in terms that you might understand.

I guess I’m NOT the sharpest knife in the drawer with an I.Q. barely over 140, but I never understand comments made that point to sexual content or something vile that my Messiah would abhor. Sorry about that. And I would pray no 3rd grader would understand either. Those who would are apparently products of the destruction of America’s morals.

That being said, I find it sad that someone would wantonly insult a person for asking for something to be made easier to understand. Perhaps you should check the possibility of decline of your morals as well?

I’ve agreed with most of your comments in the past and given you upvotes for them, but apparently some are conservative voters, but not conservative in their lifestyles. Sad.

Your hypocritical religious pious is really uplifting for my morals. And if saying wet dream is making you uncomfortable then you can make up your own name as many libturds do so they feel safe. And it’s great that you feel that you have an IQ over 140 as I have been told that I do also. I really don’t care as I’ve lived my life and have also served this nation over 32 years in Military and civilian service so that I feel that I can say what I like. And I really don’t care if I fit your idea of a conservative and do acknowledge that you have agreed with some of my post in the past. But that doesn’t mean that I will change how I describe facts about the libturds.

I never said a word about religion, so that must be another thing on your hate list. Your morals are definitely in need of renovation, however.

I’m an Army vet, so I served as well. But I don’t brag about the fact that I did my duty and served my country. Your effort should be to EDUCATE liberals, not say filthy things about them, that just makes them worse. A mature person would understand that.

Really???? “but I never understand comments made that point to sexual content or something vile that my Messiah would abhor.” Maybe with that 140 IQ you would be able to comprehend what you write in your own comments? And I never need to qualify my spiritual relationship to anyone or defend my morals. You really believe that your are on the high ground I see.

I am not just a vet my wife an I are retired and earned our rights as well as were born with them. But do tell which libturd that can be educated. Half of my family are libturds and won’t talk anything but hate of Trump so you actually believe any other libturd will comprehend facts and truth about the situation of this country? And no I don’t require an answer.

I do not doubt their sincerity, and am definitely pulling for them to hold Nevada’s feet to the fire. And every other state that tries to shove this down everybody’s throats.

What is most unfortunate, which will play into the hands of leftist rats, is the organization’s name, and its initials, and how the acronym is pronounced. Watch out for leftists claiming each person who supports this group is a “PILF-er.” Which they would doubtless conflate with the definition of that word – “steal (typically things of relatively little value).”

It’s a mistake for ANY state to allow mail in voting and that includes Florida. DeSantis is making a mistake in taking this route. By doing that he is endorsing it for other states. Trump can’t afford to keep giving up on states… He needs some blue states with DEM governors…. It’s going to be a MESS!

“…….outdated or undeliverable addresses”
‘Outdated’ I can understand – people move.
‘Undeliverable – means the building has been demolished or the original names and addresses registered were FAKE to begin with! Sounds like a carryover from the previous election where thousands of FAKE VOTERS were registered to support dear Hilary! (and she still lost!)
223,000? Bloody Hell! These criminals deal in telephone numbers!

Yep, it’s absolutely incredible!! THAT is a perfect reason why we should NOT have mail-in voting! And here in Oregon, it’s been legal for decades :-
