Naturally the Liberal hack Wolf Blitzer wouldn’t challenge Speaker Pelosi on how her party encouraged tens of thousands of people to riot in every city in America, at a time when the spread of COVID-19 was actually slowing. Or when Pelosi encouraged tourism in San Francisco’s China Town, weeks after President Donald Trump closed the U.S. border to China. Or how the Democrats were pre-occupied with impeaching President Trump when the virus first arrived in the United States. Pelosi is one evil and contemptible human being. She is also very ill. Rational American’s must see to it that Pelosi is voted out of office in November.

She claims that if Trump “had said months ago let’s wear a mask, let’s socially distance instead of having rallies and political whatever they were…” What is she talking about???
April 3, 2020: “President Trump on Friday announced new federal guidance that encourages Americans to use homemade cloth face coverings when in public, a new effort intended to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus.”
And they’ve been recommending social distancing since March! Again, what in the heck is she talking about?
Pelosi is a nasty woman and she knows the media will let her get away with this garbage because they all hate Trump. Anything goes for 2020, lies and all!

I am simply shocked, regarding single family home sales .. and prices.
Mortgage delinquencies are off of the charts … and unpaid rents are through the roof. If mortgagors don’t play catch up fast and, if we ever return to a world in which people are held responsible for their own action(s) ….. I’ll be picking up foreclosed homes like I did between ’07 and 11.

We saw this in the last cycle, commencing ’04, Prices continued to skyrocket while repossessions were through the roof.
When a homeowner is faced with a mortgage that they cannot pay, but a high resale value …. They don’t simply let the house go into foreclosure. They sell, pay off the mortgage, pocket the difference, and walk away.
We’ve yet to see any wave of foreclosures, but if they occur … you have a false as hell market. One that needs patience to sit, wait, and THEN pounce upon like nobody’s business.

As someone that has purchased more, than a few, individual family homes in the suburbs …. When I see delinquency rates as high as they are, I’m waiting to buy a few more. Exceedingly HIGH property taxes be damned.

Those that have the money and able to, are fleeing the major cities. Others are defaulting on their rent and mortgages to new buyers and renters. It’s a buyers market.

Supply and demand are pushing up the prices as well low interest rates for those with pent up demand. Low interest rates will offset that in the beginning but as demand escalates, the prices go up and bidding wars happen in the desirable areas.

Someone should ask her if, when she was young, she slept with Bill Clinton. That should make her stutter and lose her false teeth. After all, she was a big fan girl of his when she worked for the Party. Also ask if she contracted VD or something from him.

The Associated Press reported:
Scientists at Connecticut’s public health laboratory say they’ve discovered a flaw in a manufacturer’s testing system for the coronavirus that’s used by labs around the country. So far, it’s resulted in 90 people – mostly residents of Connecticut nursing homes and assisted living facilities – recently receiving false positive tests.
State public health officials are now reviewing whether nursing home residents who received false positive tests were grouped with other residents with accurate positive tests, given the state’s recommendation to cohort nursing home residents who test positive for COVID-19.
“We don’t know that yet,” said Josh Geballe, Gov. Ned Lamont’s chief operating officer, noting that a team from the state’s Department of Public Health has been reaching out to every clinician responsible for those individuals, as well as the facilities where they live, and compiling data on the situation.
Last week FOX 35 investigated and found out that countless labs were reporting 100% COVID positivity rates.
Most Florida labs have not reported any negative test result data to the state!
For example, one lab in Orlando, Centra Care, reported that 83 people were tested for COVID and ALL tested positive — this is IMPOSSIBLE!
