Vandals Cut Down Flag Pole at 9/11 Firefighter Memorial
A flag pole at a memorial honoring four firefighters who lost their lives in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center was found cut down by vandals in Washingtonville, New York.

The defunct pole was discovered on Wednesday and, according to Washingtonville Police Chief Brian Zaccaro, a tool was used to cut the pole. Four to five feet of the pole was left standing in the ground and a message, which has not been released by authorities, was written on it with a marker.
An eagle figurine that sat atop the memorial’s flag pole was found at St. Mary’s Parish Center, which was also vandalized, about a half-mile away.
Washingtonville Mayor Joseph Bucco said the village will replace the damaged flagpole and placed a $3,000 reward for information about the incident and the suspects, according to the Times-Herald Record.
“There’s always someone sitting on those benches, from morning until night,” Bucco said, noting that the vandalism must have happened the previous night.
The memorial features five members of the New York City Fire Department that lost their lives, including firefighters Mark Whitford, Bobby Hamilton, Gerry Nevins, Batallion Chief Dennis Devlin, and Lt. Glenn Perry.
An investigation into the incident has been launched and authorities are now asking that people with knowledge of those who carried out the act please contact the police.

I believe Barr was involved with the murders of Randy Weaver’s wife and 15 yr old son. He can’t be trusted to go after the Deep State criminals or the current thug terrorists. He plays on both sides of the fence and will only align himself on the side of anticipated winners.

Mr. Weaver was acquitted of all charges, with the exception of Failure to Appear. And, service for a subpoena was never met, so he should have been acquitted of that as well.

I am tired of the games.….offering anesty to illegal DACA people as an EO along with EOing MERIT based immigration….to draw out the DEMS to get them to the table to talk when they won’t come. That EO will never fly with MERIT based immigration as a demand attached to it.
It’s a waste of time and I don’t see how an EO like that could ever be legal unless he would just did a stand alone EO to make DACA people legal. The swamp would love that.

That’s not exactly true. The current administration could readily enforce existing immigration laws. The Supreme Court of the United States of America has NOT ruled on existing law.
That’s simply an excuse to not uphold the law.
There is no rescinding necessary to enforce standing law.

The President has ben stopped by the Courts, upholding DACCA. DACCA is not law; it is an EO. President Obama stated he could not do it because it would be unconstitutional. But he did it anyway.
AND, I don’t blame him, because Congress would not fix the law, which only they can. They still haven’t.
Immigration law that the President can enforce, SCOTUS has upheld. Lower courts however continue to interfere, and not all cases have gotten to SCOTUS yet.

The Legislative Branch does not need to “fix the law”. The laws that DEMAND arrest, and deportment, of the DACA things … they’re already on the books.
This Administration attacked DACA, in an unlawful way, as opposed to actually ENFORCING EXISTING IMMIGRATION LAWS.

Did you miss something? DACCA is not law. It is an EO done by the previous President. ONLY Congress can fix Immigration law. The President cannot and the Courts cannot.

Existing law would have had the DACCA kids deported. DACCA stopped it. Trump tried to rescind that, but the courts said no. He could in theory ignore the courts, but imagine the media flame out if he did.

EO are not law, and therefore can be rescinded by the next Administration. However, liberal courts have stopped that, and the Chief Justice felt the paperwork was wrong so did not allow it either.
President Obama stated he could not issue an EO as he was being urged to do, because it would be unconstitutional.
He did it anyway.
The President of Venezuela, at least the one recognized, is so under the Venezuela Constitution.

When you look at what happened to the lawyer and his wife in Saint Louis, I think a lot of white people are worried the law is not on their side anymore. Every resource should be put in to finding who did this. Prosecution seems hardly adequate for a crime like this. There are some things that, traditionally, were considered sacred. Desecrating a memorial was one of them. It is now clear NOTHING is sacred anymore. Cities and the federal government, should immediately put surveillance cameras around every memorial and statue in the country. It may not stop the vandalism but, it will help them go after those that do it.

The two intruders who were shot and killed by a Wesley Chapel homeowner were identified by the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office as Luis Casado, left, and Khyle Durham, both 21.
A Wesley Chapel, Florida, homeowner shot and killed two out of three home invasion suspects Friday morning.
Fox 35 reports that the homeowner was playing video games when he heard glass breaking just before 1:00 a.m. He retrieved a gun and shot one suspect in a hallway, then fired again when a second suspect allegedly appeared in the hallway with a gun.
Sheriff Chris Nocco says the suspect fired his gun, then it jammed. The homeowner shot him. Then a third suspect appeared in the hallway. The homeowner shot the third suspect as well.
The homeowner’s gun then jammed and he went to grab another gun. When he returned he saw that the third suspect had gotten up and fled the scene.

The Tampa Bay Times reports that the first gun the homeowner retrieved was a Glock 19 and the second was a Kriss Vector 10mm semi-automatic rifle.
Two of the three suspects died at the scene. The third was hospitalized.

If these monuments cannot be guarded then why aren’t there cameras focused on them? They have become inexpensive now and the presence of cameras may be a deterrent. If not they may help to ID the perps unless of course they are wearing these mandatory masks which makes me think that this is one of the reasons for these stupid orders based on the assumption that people with no communicable disease are somehow a danger to society by simply breathing.
