Star of David deemed ‘hateful imagery’ by Twitter
Twitter users found themselves locked out of their accounts after using the Star of David in their profile images.
By Donna Rachel Edmunds, J Post, July 21, 2020:The Star of David has been deemed “hateful imagery” by Twitter, which is locking the accounts of users who display it in their profile pictures.
The Campaign Against Antisemitism has reported that several Twitter users have contacted them in recent days to report that their accounts had been locked by the social media platform. The reason given? According to messages they received from Twitter: “We have determined that this account violated the Twitter Rules. Specifically for: Violating our rules against posting hateful imagery. You may not use hateful images or symbols in your profile image or profile header. As a result, we have locked your account.”
The images in question ranged from a white Star of David in a graffiti style, to a superimposition of the modern blue star on the flag of Israel spliced with the yellow star Jews were forced to wear by the Nazis, to a montage of yellow stars.
Stephen Silverman, Director of Investigations and Enforcement at Campaign Against Antisemitism, said: “So often social media companies claim that they lack the resources to tackle hate on their platforms, but Twitter has put the lie to that claim by demonstrating that it does have the resources, but chooses to target the benign symbol of a victimized minority instead of the countless racists who use its platform with impunity.
“Twitter must immediately restore these accounts, apologize to the owners, and pledge finally to take robust action against the antisemites whom it has enabled for so long.”The Truth Must be Told

3 years agoOnly if they remove the Star of David, their accounts will be unlocked.
1st they come for the Jews. This is an ancient. 3,000+ year old symbol of the Jewish nation adopted some 500 years after our founding. They are outlawing/ criminalizing our IDENTITY.
Next will symbols of the CROSS, US Flag, GOP, DNC, MAGA… be hate speech?
BLM and communist signs are indicative of hate to me but that’s being promoted.
They will apologize for this mistake maybe. But this will become acceptable.This Orwellian reality is escalating too fast. No one even frames it this way in dystopian fiction novels.
It’s not about the Jewish thing. It’s about the advancement of …well you decide what. I’m concerned.
What happens if there is an attack on said group (like the Powey shooting) or an organization/country and it’s supporters want to post an image of solidarity? Every account can be potentially locked? This is a symbol displayed on a countries flag.
This is too much power and potentially fatal if it allows for suppression.
My family escaped Russia where being documented Jewish had all kinds of real risks. We suffered fr it.
My children’s other half is descended from European survivors. Today Jews are under threat and wouldn’t dream of wearing a Star of David or anything identifying in many parts of Europe and the Middle East.

Obama Alias Used For Cover At Chicago Gay Bath House?I am going to start this article by describing the context for which it, the article will be written. There is a subculture with in the African-American community that is seldom discussed and that is the activities of Black men who engage in homosexual activities while still in heterosexual relationships, ie.. living in the down low.

Some so-called straight people love to have their homosexual fantasies explored in many ways and places. Now obviously most MGM’s (Married Gay Men) cannot host his/their sexual encounters so he has to find alternatives. One of Obama’s alternatives for his Gay sexual encounters has been known to be a Bath House known as “Man’s Country”.
Now as Bath Houses go Man’s Country appears to be the Trolliest (new word I invented). Mostly older men frequent this establishment which is as past reported seems to be the kind of men Obama likes to play with. It has been noted that Obama enjoys/has enjoyed having oral sex with older men where he is the recipient of the oral copulation. Now whether he, Obama and Emanuel have ever played together that’s a different story all together, but that would be interesting. Who would be more dominant, Obama or Emauel.

The symbols of islam usually show weapons. The crescent moon is considered a symbol of hate by a good many around the world. Why aren’t those considered symbols of hate? After all, 270,000,000 have been murdered by muslims, including 80,000,000 Indians.
What about the crucifix? Muslims aren’t happy about that symbol.
And then there are the symbols of the Nazis. That OK?
