Police Seize Gun From St. Louis Couple Threatened By Mob by Order of Soros-Backed Democrat Prosecutor

51

Authorities in St. Louis executed a search warrant Friday evening at the home of Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the couple who made headlines last month when they took up arms to defend their home from protesters. During the search, police seized the rifle that Mark McCloskey was shown holding during the June 28 incident, KSDK-TV of St. Louis reported, citing information from a source.

Our Second Amendment rights are guaranteed by the Constitution.  What better use of that right than defense of life, limb, and property from a violent mob?

This is a supremely unjust and illegal seizure of our most fundamental rights by corrupt, power-mad Democrats.

Police Seize Gun From St. Louis Couple Threatened By Mob

Police reportedly executed a search warrant Friday evening, seizing a gun from the St. Louis couple who defended their home against a mob in late June.

Sources told 5 on Your Side, an NBC News affiliate, that police seized the rifle seen in footage of the central west end duo, Mark and Patricia McCloskey, both personal injury attorneys. The couple told police that the pistol brandished by Mrs. McCloskey was in their lawyer’s possession.

When a mob of people stormed through the McCloskey’s neighborhood early last week, in what the media described as a protest en route to the home of St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson, the pair wielded firearms in front of their private residence to defend themselves and deter rioters.

“It was like the storming of the Bastille, the gate came down and a large crowd of angry, aggressive people poured through,” Mark McCloskey described the scene to local outlet KMOV4, saying he and his wife, both supporters of Black Lives Matter, were fearful for their lives. “I was terrified that we’d be murdered within seconds. Our house would be burned down, our pets would be killed.”

Mr. McCloskey told CNN’s Chris Cuomo that his private residence is not in fact on the way to the mayor’s house. “The mayor’s house cannot be reached through my neighborhood,” McCloskey said. “No single media outlet has ever mentioned the complete falsity of that statement.”

Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner announced last week she was investigating the couple, saying she was “alarmed at the events that occurred.”

“We must protect the right to peacefully protest, and any attempt to chill it through intimidation or threat of deadly force will not be tolerated,” Gardner said.

Many, including the corporate media, have criticized the couple for waving the firearms at protesters, calling their actions reckless and dangerous. Others have noted that amid rampant lawlessness, efforts to defund police departments, and an absence of strong local and state leadership, the Second Amendment empowers private citizens to protect their lives and their property.

“You have to have this in the context of St. Louis,” Mr. McCloskey told Cuomo. “On June 2 of this year, I watched the city burn. I watched the 7-Eleven get smashed in, looted and burned for 40 minutes on live television with nobody showing up to do anything. And I realized at that time, we’re on our own… I was defending my house, my life, my wife, and what I’ve spent 32 years building there.”

Pathetic that those “law” enforcement officers would obey such a blatant unconstitutional. order. Perhaps we do need to defund the police if they are not going to protect the law abiding citizens

Well there are some cheap, safe, proven Covid-19 treatments out there. Zinc may or may not help, and it is cheap, and well-known to suppress viral growth. Dexamethasone is an old drug that reduces inflammation in the lungs, and it is proven to reduce Covid-19 mortality. It is safe, cheap, and well-proven. Azithromycin is an old, cheap generic antibiotic that suppresses bacterial overgrowth in the lungs. It is usually combined with the hydroxychloroquine.

And we need to watch the Colchicine results carefully. That study will soon be done, and it looks good so far. Blood clots are serious problem with Covid-19, and Colchicine is a cheap and well-known drug that may stop the clotting.

The great thing about the cheap and common drugs is that they can be used to save lives anywhere in the world. If we can get the mortality and morbidity rates down below the flu, we will have the thing under control.

That is supposed to be a “stand your ground” and “your home is your castle” state. Also, do what you must with trespassers to defend your home.

Now that it is public knowledge that they are unarmed, will the goons show up again? What happens and who pays if their home is damaged or destroyed? What if they are injured or killed? If something untoward happens to this couple, will Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner be held responsible for her actions leading up the event?

No police. No authorities to stop the mob. So what are you supposed to do? They broke through a metal gate onto a private road. They threatened the family (and the dog). Other than an idiot everyone would believe that they were in imminent danger and do what they must to keep the hoard at bay. Then along comes the sanctimonious Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner. How would she feel if a group of Trump supporters would peacefully and silently protest in front of her home? Bet the police would be there very, very quickly for her.

Since in his teen years when he was working for the Nazis finding Jews hiding places and turning them in for money….I would say he’s more interested in the USA rounding up the Jews and sending them to “camps.” Nevermind he was born a Jew.

The trouble is that little brain power and courage exists in Washington. Nothing happens to people conducting insurrections and the courts favour the criminals. The whole scene if pathetic. Does anyone have a plan? Give me a few good South African mercenaries and we will sort it out. There’ll be a lot of bodies, judges and prosecutor among them, but you will have peace.

In the picture in the article on the right hand side, you can see what appears to be a “protestor” in a white shirt, carrying a red sack and pointing what appears to be a gun at the couple defending their property.

It appears to be a camera. I don’t know what purpose the pointy thing serves – my guess is that it’s a microphone – but there is definitely a screen next to it. There’s always a lot of expensive video equipment at these spontaneous protests. It’s too bad nothing seems to happen to all that video equipment even as everyone else’s property gets destroyed.

Kimberley Gardner is a black woman who supports the lawlessness of the BLM movement. She is also a Soros shill-owned and operated by him. Taking away this couple’s Constitutional Right to defend themselves and their property is a case that should go before the Supreme court. When that is done she should be removed from the bench.

How did this ‘spontaneous’ mob break down that gate? I heard they busted two of them and they were substantial iron gates. I saw a picture of one and it was completely destroyed. Did they use a vehicle? Did they use explosives?

Some of the agitators in the photo have turned their backs to the couple and are working the crowd, so certain are they that they won’t be shot. Some of the mob members are looking down at their devices. Other are milling back and forth. Some of them are carrying bags that look quite heavy.
