John Kass, who has been on Page 2 of the newspaper for 23 years, wrote in his July 22 column that it is “the big cities run by Democratic mayors, where murder and gang shootings are out of control”.
How dare he tell the truth? He should know better: that’s not the role of a journalist in 2020!
Kass adds that these cities once had a strong economy, and vibrant downtown areas are on their way to becoming ghost towns. But these Democratic cities are also where left-wing billionaire George Soros has spent millions of dollars to help elect liberal social justice warriors as prosecutors.
He remakes the justice system in urban America, flying under the radar.

“The Soros-funded prosecutors, not the mayors, are the ones who help release the violent on little or no bond.”
On Monday, Tribune editor-in-chief Colum McMahon announced that he would reorganize the placement of the newspaper’s columnists and separate news coverage from opinion columns. Kass will also lose his title of lead columnist.
But Kass is not only right, he is factual right.
Kass is not expressing an opinion. His post doesn’t belong to the opinion columns. Kass merely reported the facts: it is true, and well documented that Soros financed the campaigns of far left-wing judges, and it is true that the cities where the violence is most virulent are run by Democrats, often for decades.
The news was first broken by independent media blogger Robert Feder.
- Kass, 64, has appeared on Page 2 since the death of Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist Mike Royko in 1997.
- He has been with the newspaper for 37 years, starting as a copy boy.
Kass posts, according to the ADL, mostly allege without evidence that Soros is funding riots across the country, and that he is backing Antifa, the terrorist network of fascist activists. Kass doesn’t say that, but since when the left cares about the truth?

People forget that Soros’ son was a active user of Epstein’s ‘services’. When the truth comes out it will be devastating for the Soros family. In spite of everything, people still hate pedophiles, and their high mortality rate is not an accident. For example, people dispute Epstein’s’ cause of death, but few people regret his passing.

Once again, there is hardcore proof; if one wants the truth do not count on the MSM. It is not happening merely by chance, fake news or anyone daring to speak the truth will suffer severe consequences. It matters not if it is the Chicago Tribune or any other Leftist rag, censorship, intellectual integrity is dead. This Tribune story, of course, is not an anomaly; it occurs more often than not. The enemy within is the MSM, whether in print or digital. George Soros is an untouchable, as are copious others doing their utmost to destroy America. Fearing the column was anti-Semitic, as Soros is Jewish, is utterly deceitful. George Soros is a self-loathing Jews, a base Jew/Israel hater. A man whose sole intent is to bring on the downfall of America. He and the Democrats work in tandem with the aspirant and genuine Marxists’ legions within the ranks of this subversive movement the Leftists adore, BLM.
One cannot discount Soros’ financing the radical elements trashing not only Chicago but Main Street America. ANTIFA, as well, numerous factions of Anarchists and other malcontents. The editor-in-Chief, McMahon may be on Soros’ payroll, too. It is a certainty McMahon sides with the radicals, the criminals, and gangbangers who are murdering innocent Chicagoans day-by-day. Kass suffered the consequences of speaking the truth. There are not many journalists practicing journalism in today’s media that do so. Kass’ paying the piper for his honesty and factual reporting is unjust. The man who should face demotion is McMahon; however, the radicalized Left runs the media.

Soros really does own the mainstream media. Almost every person that has aspired to be a “journalist”, has come through a college program, or/and a post college think tank that prepares one to work for a major print or broadcast media outlet, that Soros owns, set up, or heavily donated to. This is one of the reasons print and broadcast journalists won’t write about him, except to heap praise or deflect from what he does.

Actually, no he isn’t. He’s a self-loathing Jew who claimed the happiest time in his life was when he was 17 and the Nazi’s used him to steal valuables from Jews during the Holocaust. And BECAUSE he was so willing to help, they allowed him to live. They knew he was a Jew – and he still is. But one thing most people don’t understand about God’s chosen; When a Jew is bad, he’s worse than any other person could possibly be. There is no middle road. And I say that AS a Jew. So I know!

A traditional journalist reporting news has no place in modern journalism, which is primarily activist propaganda.
It takes years of training in journalism schools to be able to do this,
so they demote people who can’t toe the line.
