BREAKING: Austin Police Confirm ‘Protester’ Shot and Killed By Motorist Was Carrying Rifle, May Have Approached Vehicle

The Austin Police said during a late night press conference that the man who was shot by a motorist during the Black Lives Matter “protest” was carrying a rifle and may have approached the vehicle.
“One adult male victim was located with a gunshot wound,” the press officer said, before confirming he passed away at the hospital shortly after. “Initial reports indicate that the victim may have been carrying a rifle and approached the suspect vehicle. Suspect was in the vehicle and shot at the victim. Suspect was detained and is cooperating with officers.”
The officer confirmed that there were no other injuries reported and there is no threat to the public.

The incident was captured on Facebook Live. It appeared that the crowd was blocking traffic and possibly surrounding the car prior to the shooting.
“Someone got out of their car and shot one of the protesters,” the livestreamer said.
The man who was livestreaming, Hiram Gilberto, wrote in a follow up Facebook post that “I was no more ten feet from the shooter and running towards his car. It was TOO CLOSE. Currently on my way to give a witness statement to APD. KEEP THOSE AFFECTED IN YOUR THOUGHTS.”

Senate Passes NDAA Despite Trump’s Threats To Veto

President Donald Trump has made it clear numerous times that he will veto the defense spending bill if lawmakers try to change the name of Confederate monuments or bases.
And on Thursday, Senate Republicans betrayed Trump and sided with Democrats to pass the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for 740 billion for military spending for 2021..
The measure passed in the GOP-controlled Senate by a vote of 86 to 14. Both the House and Senate have passed bills with majorities large enough to overcome a veto from Trump.
Now, all military bases named after Confederate figures will have to be renamed as well as other facilities and properties.
(This bill in the Senate was initiated by Elizabeth Warren and by a Republican lead committee agreed with her, shoved into a larger bill with stuff Trump wants such as pay raises for our military. The bases, which are in Southern states, are Fort Lee, Fort Hood, Fort Benning, Fort Gordon, Fort Bragg, Fort Polk, Fort Pickett, Fort A.P. Hill, Fort Rucker, and Camp Beauregard.
It includes a ban on the Confederate flag on military property—including living quarters, vehicles, and clothing and other military property that are not military bases and other facilities. It’s unclear if this will need to happen within one year or over three years. There was also and amendment in the House bill to strip Trump of the authority to use our military on our soil such as would be needed for the Insurrection Act. I don’t know if that was agreeable to the Senate. So the next time you want Trump to act like a dictator, understand HE DOES NOT HAVE SUPPORT FROM HIS OWN PARTY! Both parties would love to unseat Trump through an impeachment or see him lose to Biden. Also consider what kind of position this puts Trump in through the eyes of our foreign enemies and allies. They watch our news too !
Appreciate what he can get done even though you may not always agree with it or look forward to a cheat by mail ballot election with Biden as your next President.

Cases like this are where it is IMPERATIVE to help someone defending themselves.
If you are called for Jury Duty where the government is attempting to blame the person defending themselves remember you have the power to stop the government via Jury Nullificationn. All it takes is one or two people on a jury to use Jury Nullification and vote NOT Guilty to stop the government from defending the real criminals.

What America needs now is a bounty system in which patriots get a payment for each dead rioter. There should be limits to the numbers of kills, and the duration of each time segment for the bounty system.
Bounty hunters can operate alone or in tighhly-knit groups, and all will be deputized by sheriffs, police chiefs, mayors, or governors.
It’s either this or absolute mayhem or the use of federal military units. Police and military personnel could release names, photos, and other ID facts to guide the bounty hunters.
Without this system or something similar, we are headed toward a wild chaos of random shootings with no limits or responsible organization. I believe a dual authority of federal/state leaders would be the best approach, but the important issue is to eliminate traitors in as fair a way as possible, but with leeway for the concientious efforts of true citizens, who would need to apply for a bounty license and abide by a set of rules.
This type of system would eliminate the ridiculous system of justice in place now, where the traitors get all sorts of rights, doled out out by lawyers who ought to be right alongside their clients.
America does not need these traitors festering in prisons, getting out and then taking revenge on our nation in the future. Lets keep their futures short and sure.
