Biden vows to end Trump travel ban, ‘Islamicphobia’ in call with Linda Sarsour

Story continues below advertisementJoe Biden railed against what he called “Islamicphobia” and vowed to end the Trump administration’s travel ban on his first day in office during a call Monday with the nation’s largest Muslim-American PAC — including anti-Israel activist Linda Sarsour.
“If I have the honor of being president, I will end the Muslim ban on day one, day one,” Biden said during the “Million Muslim Votes Summit” call hosted by Emgage Action which endorsed his White House bid in April.
The travel ban signed by President Trump in January 2017 blocks most immigrants and travelers from Iran, Libya, Somalia, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela and Yemen.
But Biden didn’t stop there, also lamenting that US schools don’t teach more about Islam.
“One of the things I think is important, I wish we taught more in our schools about the Islamic faith,” he said, while accusing President Trump of “fanning the flames of hate.”
In a rambling speech, the presumptive Democratic nominee also railed against what he called “Islamicphobia” in the call attended by a handful of Muslim political activists — including anti-Zionist Sarsour who told Americans to rise up against what she called a “fascist administration.”
The correct term for prejudice against Muslims is Islamophobia.
“Under this administration, we’ve seen an unconscionable, an unconscionable rise in Islamicphobia and incidents including kids being bullied in schools and hate crimes in our communities,” Biden said, repeating the misnomer over and over.
“He’s named people with a history of open Islamicphobia — open, straightforward, who have no business serving in high positions in our government — to key leadership roles in our Department of Defense and the US Agency of International Development,” he continued.
The PAC has committed to turning out one million Muslim voters for Biden and promised to “deliver” him the battleground states of Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Florida in November.
Sarsour, a Palestinian-American activist and Bernie Sanders surrogate with a history of anti-Semitic remarks, gave a tepid endorsement of Biden at best.
“This is not about who you like and who you don’t like, it’s about whether you want to defeat fascism in America,” she said.
“This election for me is not about Joe Biden,” she continued before quickly steering the conversation toward the Palestinian territories.
Brooklyn-born Sarsour was dumped from the Women’s March movement she helped found in September 2019 after her views were made public, including her praise for Rasmea Odeh, a Palestinian terrorist convicted in 1970 for her role in the bombing of a Jerusalem supermarket.
She is also an ally of Jew-hating Nation of Islam chief Louis Farrakhan and is a fan of the boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel.
“Our community is committed to ending the occupation of the Palestinian people, our community is committed to Muslims who are oppressed all over the world,” Sarsour said, vowing to push Biden to support her anti-Israel agenda.
“We want to see Joe Biden in the White House but we also want Joe Biden to know that we will hold him accountable to our communities,” she continued.
“We will be at his doorstep to ensure that we are heard in this administration and we will fight for the things that we believe in and we are not going to end our work on election day,” she said.

Using reason on a communist is slightly less effective than using reason on a ferret. However, if they had a scintilla of brains they’d realize “sharia is based on moving woman’s rights back about 500 years.” We’re talking about pre-Columbian rights, where a woman was – literally – property.
These idiots believe that you can promote sharia while simultaneously containing it to “only the people who want it.”
Sometimes I fantasize “You know, it might be fun to watch all of these Karens and AWFL’s get rounded up, beaten and ‘indoctrinated.'”

I have to say I have been very unsettled with the craziness going on. I went over to the Conservative Tree House and Sundance of all people, wrote about part of his trip to D.C.. and it was not uplifting. It looks like he is back and wrote about other experiences there that were more uplifting and suggestions.

Right now those who wish to “fundamentally change” our nation are waging a full frontal assault against our constitutional republic. The bombardment seems overwhelming.
Leftist city and state leaders have abandoned rule of law in favor of supporting the mob effort to destroy our sense of unity. Political activists, left-wing ideologues under the guise of democrats, and a host of media allies are conducting an information war on behalf of their objective. Big tech social media companies are attempting to remove the voices of those who are fighting back.
There is a great deal of purposefully driven anxiety and fear amid our nation as this multi-faceted internal war takes place. However, there is a primary element to this effort that each person can shield themselves from, and act to counter. Do not let your sense of self succumb to this assault. Do not let them win the battle for your peace of mind.
It might, heck, -check that- it does seem overwhelming at times. But that is the nature of this collectivist strategy. That is the purpose of this bombardment. We must hold strong and push back against their lies and manipulations. If you look closely at their attack, it is weak and much of it is psychological bait. Do not fall into the trap of despair.
When I share the message “live your best life”, it is not without purpose. Every moment that we allow the onslaught to deter us from living our dreams, is a moment those who oppose our nation view as us taking a knee. Do not allow this effort to succeed.
You might ask yourself how can I, one person, a flea looking into a furnace, retain an optimistic disposition while all around me seems chaotic and mad.
That’s the point; it ‘seems’ chaotic and mad because it has been created to appear that way. There are more of us than them; they just control the systems that allow us to connect, share messages and recognize the scale of our assembly.
Every second that you live your life with thankfulness for the abundance within it; every moment that we CHOOSE to engage with fellowship; every day that we accept guidance from God – however you define him to be; and every moment we cherish this time to be a beacon of optimism; is a moment that we withstand that barrage and hold the flag in place. It is a genuinely patriotic position not to succumb to the attack.
If you allow yourself to be drawn into crisis and despair, you allow them to win. If your center of normal is based around this overwhelming onslaught, you will eventually concede liberty in favor of peace. Once we stop living in liberty, we no longer have peace.
It took me a while to fully understand just how damaging empty streets, soulless eyes, the lack of smiles, shuttered businesses and the absence of joy would become. But as I travel around trying to deliver a very specific message to a very specific audience, I now recognize just how much damage is being done; not just to our nation as a whole, but also to every individual within it – personally.
We must shake this mindset. We must withstand this onslaught and rally to the origin of our true national spirit. We must rally to a standard of Americanism and accept this is not that. In essence, we must individually take a stand. Purposefully, deliberately and with forethought, we must engage those around us to get rid of this sense of foreboding.
This approach is how we win the larger battle.

Cockroaches–like Linda Sarsour (cockroach)–are everywhere. If you squash them….their eggs still spread, eventually bringing MORE cockroaches. But stomping them can still be fun. Linda Cockroach needs to be stomped on. Repeatedly.
