Watch Senator Cruz blast RINO Justice Roberts for supporting DACA

18

WATCH! The RINO Chief Justice Roberts is a relentless enemy of President Trump. In addition, Justice Roberts seems to have a total disregard for the United States Constitution and the rule of law. Expect Justice Roberts to rule in favor of forcing President Trump to release his tax returns in the coming weeks.

Roberts sparks backlash from conservative senators with DACA ruling

By The Hill, June 18, 2020

Conservative senators are fuming over the Supreme Court’s ruling blocking President Trump‘s plan to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, and, in particular, Chief Justice John Roberts, who wrote the opinion.

The 5-4 ruling was the latest blow to both the Trump administration and judicial conservatives on Capitol Hill, after a Monday decision that workers can’t be fired for being gay or transgender.

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) said Roberts was posturing as a “Solomon who will save our institutions from political controversy and accountability.”

“If the Chief Justice believes his political judgment is so exquisite, I invite him to resign, travel to Iowa, and get elected. I suspect voters will find his strange views no more compelling than do the principled justices on the Court,” Cotton said.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) railed against Roberts during a Senate floor speech.

“Judging is not a game. It’s not supposed to be a game but sadly over recent years more and more, Chief Justice Roberts has been playing games with the court to achieve the policy outcomes he desires,” Cruz said.

Roberts sided with the court’s liberal wing on Thursday when it blocked the Trump administration’s plan to end an Obama-era program that shields nearly 700,000 young undocumented immigrants from deportation.

Roberts also joined Trump nominee Justice Neil Gorsuch on the Monday ruling.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) said that the Supreme Court increasingly “appears to be legislating.”

“What really troubles a lot of people is that some of the folks that the Republican Party has put on this bench … because they say that they understand that their job is to interpret the law, not to write it, are becoming activists,” Rubio said. “It’s concerning.”

When a reporter noted that it sounded like he was frustrated with Roberts, Rubio added: “Obviously Roberts has been at the core at some of these decisions.”

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), in a tweet, said that it was the “most disappointing week” for the Supreme Court in years.

I WANT TO SEE THE TAX RETURNS OF EVERY JUSTICE ON THE SUPREME COURT and while we’re at it, I WANT TO SEE ALL THE TAX RETURNS OF NANCY PELOSI, CHUCKIE SCHIFF-FOR-BRAINS, JOE BIDEN, HILLARY CLINTON, GEORGE SOROS, AND A WHOLE LIST OF FOOLS WHO LIKE THE POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK!

I’d like to see Rafael Cruz’s finances. How do you “forget” about a million dollar “loan” from Goldman Sachs his money mule wife, Heidi secured for him working for Goldman Sachs. How about that dual citizenship? He’s a two faced, lying fraud like most of the others only he pretends he isn’t. That makes him even more despicable and as you can see, people want to believe he is something he is not.

This is how the corrupt swamp continues. We keep voting these wolves in sheep’s clothing in and expect a different result. I could go on and on about slick, “lying Ted” and if you like I’ll continue. Just say the word and I’ll check back later and add to it.

I’ve never been too much of a fan of Senator Cruz. However, looking at promises made and promises broken …

Seems as if this administration is DEEPLY entrenched into the swamp. FAR more so than Cruz.

I am very sorry to say but it is overwhelming. Cruz is no better than Javanka. He loves to say the word, “Constitution” and the Pavlov trained dogs jump with excitement peeing all over one another.

Look who Ted hung around with? Nutty Mark Levin who also hates Trump and Glenn Beck!. Now Beck has warmed alittle towards Trump as his “empire” crumbled. Look how devious Cruz was with Ben Carson – and his robo calls that Carson had dropped out of the race in Iowa and little Marco with his Bible edited video. Robotic Rubio is not as smart and under handed as Ted but they have the same mindset. How about Trump being accused of taking a woman’s home in Atlantic City when all he did was make an offer that turned out to be higher than what she eventually got from the buyer – Karl Ikan. He ran commericals on that LIE. That’s Ted Cruz for you. Yes I know, establishment Rush Limbaugh thought that was great….Ted earned the branding of “Lyin Ted”.

What kind of a person, loses a tough primary, then goes to the convention with the supposed intent of endorsing the winner, Trump, and then in grandiose language describes how he views himself, never endorsing Trump and ends it with, “vote your conscience”? Sure he eventually came around but there is no warmth from Ted towards Trump. Even when Trump campaigned for him for his Senate seat, you could see the resentment. The people were there to see Trump – not Rafael and he knew it.

It was also unanimous by vote in the Senate to NOT allow Trump to replace Sessions upon recess. Cruz slide back into swamp mode and voted for not having a recess so Trump could not replace Sessions during the recess. That was after Sessions recused himself and the Mueller farce went forward. Had Sessions not recused himself, the “Russian” investigation would have been stopped – it’s so ridiculous! Apparently defending the image of the institution is more important that carrying our transparent justice! So sad!

Cruz annoys the swamp. He is part of the swamp but plays people. All Ted has to say is the word, “Constitution” to activate what’s left of his base. Remember he introduced a bill for term limits? What a waste of time! He knew he would never get that passed. To make term limits law you have to CHANGE the CONSTITUTION with an AMENDMENT.

To add an AMENDMENT to the Constitution there are TWO ways of doing this.

1. Both houses of Congress must propose the amendment
with a two-thirds vote. This is how all current amendments have been offered and that was the path Cruz was pursuing. It was pure political theater. That will NEVER happen! The swamp will never vote themselves out of office and he knew it.

2.Two-thirds of the state legislatures must call on Congress to hold a constitutional convention and Ted has no control over this and not the approach he was taking.

BTW Rafael Edward Cruz was also the guy who was involved with the D.C. Madam. After Ted lost, all the accusations faded away…I have stuff on that but I need to stop here or I will go on and on and on. That is why money mule Heidi had a breakdown. She knows what Ted is…

I suppose what bothers me most about this swamp rat is his exaggerated, self righteous, condescending attitude and lying. He reminds me of Comey with his “Lordy” crap. Sure Rafael is more polished than Trump and knows his way around better in the swamp, but Trump loves our country and is trying his best to restore our Republic. For Ted it was all about Ted and always will be about Ted. You NEVER want someone like that having real power. He is finished for running for President. He had trouble retaining his Senate position. I am glad he did win but it is literally true that he is the lessor of the two evils. Beta boy would have been much worse. He just may be the one to run against Trump. So we saved a GOP establishment seat over an insane Demoncrapper.

I, most assuredly, do not defend Cruz. Judas, he’s a freakin’ Cuban-Canadian.

I am simply tired of those, defending the president, that seek to place blame on others. Place blame anywhere except where it belongs.

If the president actually wanted to declare antifa a terrorist organization, since that group is international in scope, he could simply ORDER the State Department to do so.

If he was serious about controlling the terribly high number of illegal aliens, that have invaded this country, his budget had MORE than enough to have arrested and deported tens of thousands, that he did not. You cannot place blame on others for that.

And, the list is quite lengthy.

This ain’t a Cruz v Trump, that happened four years ago.

Rather, this is taking a look at Trump and his administration.

Who runs his administration? Who chose the people to assist him in running said administration?

I will vote for him. That’s a given. He’s the lesser of several evils.

I understand that… I don’t like what is going on. There is no contest for me in voting Trump back in. I openly admit Trump could have done some things better. For example not bringing neocon John Bolton into his administration. He is atrocious. He has not chosen wisely in many of his hirings and that includes JAVANKA! Don’t get me started….

I’ll leave you with a few pictrues of the real Ivanka. She is opportunist, glorifed, liberal trash. pretending to be something she is not. Trump doesn’t see it. Javanka also likes the Kartrashians too…. We’re not supposed to know that….Mooch was a total disater and also a close friend of Javanka and their choice of hire that Trump went along with….

Roberts should be forced to resign. All the FISA abuse happened under his watch. Personally, I believe he directed the abuse. He approved these fraudulent warrants and has openly declared himself opposed to Trump.

Roberts must resign for his role in being a part of the conspiracy.

The special judges of the FISA court approved them. Roberts, scum, traitor, and thief that he is … had nothing to do with it.

You know the NOT so funny thing about this is IF a President can implement a policy with an EO then the succeeding President will NEVER be able to change it in the future. Shouldn’t this hold true to ALL policies from now on no matter where they are? Once in place it can never be changed? That would be total BS just like what the SCOTUS has done on these two decisions!!!! Time for term limits on the Houses and the SCOTUS!!!!!

While I don’t agree with the decision I blame Congress for sitting on its rear end and doing nothing thus creating DACA. Even Obama who I do not like, to his credit, stated he knew DACA was illegal when he signed it because it did not get addressed/passed by both Houses. So since that day Congress did NOTHING to solve the issue at hand. Maybe, just maybe, Roberts decision is his way of telling Congress to do their job. And frankly if Congress had done its job when DACA was signed by Obama we as a nation would not be dealing with it now.

Here’s a simple solution. Let the “Dreamers” stay, and encourage them to become citizens — say, by joining the military. But also pass a *ten year moratorium on all immigration into the US*. Anyone applying for “asylum” should be politely escorted to Argentina, which is eager to take in settlers to develop it’s southwest coast.

Honestly, I am just tired of all the TALK and absolutely no action…none. Never is and never will be.

We keep getting sucked in at every turn. Doesn’t matter if it’s this Senator or that Congressperson, all they ever do is talk and that goes for our un-elected officials as well (e.g.; Barr). What has he actually done? (other than spend millions on more investigations that bear no fruit for; We The People).

Now the LCUSA (Liberal Court of the United States of America) formerly known as SCOTUS has become a 3rd Legislative Party in our Government. Even IF they are attempting to ‘make Congress do its job’, that is not their function, their single sole function is to rule on the Constitutionality and Legality of the Law of cases brought before their Court. Something they seem unable to do since Robert’s ascent as Chief Justice or Grand Poobah which seems much more appropriate a title.

Roberts has been compromised. He should do the honorable thing and resign or maybe do it Japaneses style after being disgraced.

Yes Senators, the SCOTUS has been legislating…..and you guys haven’t.

Get to work and put some teeth and details in some of these things so you won’t have to leave it to a bunch of constitution academics.

Blasting RINO Justice Roberts for supporting DACA is of no use or importance unless it leads to him being removed, or “disappeared” permanently, comment image as is well justified by his treasonous behavior.
