FLYNN CASE DISMISSED

28

In what can only be described as one of the gravest miscarriages of justice and abuse of power in American history, the terrible wrong of the political persecution of Gen. Michael Flynn has been righted. But the accessories to the unprecedented coup in the Democrat media complex remain at large, waging war in the COVID and BLM space.

U.S. appeals court orders judge to dismiss case against former Trump national security advisor Michael Flynn

A federal appeals court ordered a lower-court judge to dismiss the criminal case against Michael Flynn, who briefly served as President Donald Trump’s first national security advisor.

The appeals court ruling came in response to a request from Flynn’s lawyers, after Washington, D.C., federal district court Judge Emmet Sullivan did not promptly grant the Justice Department’s motion seeking to dismiss the case

A federal appeals court on Wednesday ordered a lower-court judge to dismiss the criminal case against Michael Flynn, who briefly served as President Donald Trump’s first national security advisor.

The appeals court ruling came in response to a request from Flynn’s lawyers, after Washington, D.C., federal district court Judge Emmet Sullivan did not promptly grant the Justice Department’s motion seeking to dismiss the case.

Instead, Sullivan had appointed a lawyer to make arguments to him about why the case should not be tossed out.

“But the accessories to the unprecedented coup in the Democrat media
complex remain at large waging war in the COVID and BLM space.”

Yes, all true. But the collapse of this case is key to destroying the ‘get Trump’ effort. It was so important that the judge was willing to do stupid and career-destroying things to hijack the case.

Flynn was/is key in opposing Obama’s war against Israel, and Obama’s efforts to empower Iran to attack Israel. So this victory is key, because the struggle against Iranian threats is not over. The next imminent threat is in October, when Iran will regain the right to buy nuke delivery hardware from Russia or China. [E.g., the Russian Sukoi Su-30SM aircraft].

POMPEO just posted this on twitter. The Sukoi Su-30SM aircraft can carry up to 8 tons of munitions. Although it is inferior to US aircraft, one could still get through to drop nukes on Israel.comment image

It’s heating up again.
They will throw anything they have at Trump to get him out!
Maybe Germany will change it’s mind on doing business with Iran?

Germany and the other Euro-weenies are doing very little business with Iran. They set up a funding system to circumvent US sanctions, but no one is using it. The big deal is the UN Security Council vote to extend those military sanctions on Iran after October. The USA will probably lose that vote. That’s what Pompeo is worried about.
Obama lied about the sanctions “snap back”. They won’t snap.

You are wrong about Germany.. We knew that snap back would be impossible when Obama was still President.

The U.N. has no control over OUR sanctions. We are a sovereign country and we do our own thing. The U.S. wants the sanctions on Iran to continue anyway….It’s killing Iran’s economy.

Onama lies about everything.

Yeah, you are right. Obama’s promises were baloney. I looked up the EU-Iran trade system [INSTEX], and found this:
Referring to the launch of the INSTEX financial mechanism by Europe, as well as the Swiss financial channel with Iran, the Iranian President [Rohani] added, “Unfortunately, these financial channels have not been effective yet and the European Union should take more active steps to activate these financial mechanisms.”

A German firm’s chemical and biological technology was purchased by Iran and allegedly used against Syrian civilians.
BY BENJAMIN WEINTHAL

FEBRUARY 5, 2018 21:24

Germany’s Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control approved a license for a company to sell military applicable technology to Iranian companies that were subsequently used in the Syrian regime for chemical weapons attacks, reported the German publication Bild on Monday.

The German company Krempel, located near the southern city of Stuttgart, sold electronic press boards to Iranian companies that were used in the production of rockets.

Germany Selling Iran Chemical Weapons Tech, Boosting Anti-Israel Efforts as U.S. Dems Block Trump Ambassador

German officials have declined to go along with a bid to crackdown on Tehran’s ballistic missile program, which includes scores of medium-range rockets capable of striking Israel and sparking a regional war.

Recent reports also indicate that Germany is likely selling Iran technology that is being used to help the Syrian regime replenish chemical weapons stocks.

“In talks with American negotiators, Germany has made it clear it does not believe Iran’s missiles should be subject to a snapback of sanctions waived by the nuclear deal,” the source disclosed. “Instead, the Germans say the West should simply keep waiving sanctions and offer to negotiate with Iran on its missile program by offering the regime more economic incentives in exchange for JCPOA-like concessions on missiles.”

In the latest kerfuffle, Germany has been blocking efforts by Israel to join the United Nations Security Council. Israel’s presence on the council could send a significant international message and help thwart efforts by Arab nations to delegitimize the Jewish state at Turtle Bay.

Yes, I saw that too. Iran continues it’s back channel trade operations. But the big volume Iran-Euro trade through INSTEX is pretty well blocked.
————
Your quote, “Germany has made it clear it does not believe Iran’s missiles should be subject to a snap-back of sanctions” is relevant, because a nuclear Iran with a bomb delivery device could hold Germany hostage. That Sukoi Su-30SM aircraft could reach Germany, and with an 8 ton bomb load, it could drop nukes on Berlin.
——-
Socialists are poor at consequential thinking. If German gives Iran nuke capability, and then Iran nukes Germany, should the USA nuke Iran? Germany seems to hope for USA protection.

He has a mixed history –

He was appointed to the bench of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in 1984 by President Ronald Reagan,

to the District of Columbia Court of Appeals as an Associate Judge in 1992 by President George H. W. Bush and

to the federal bench in 1994 by President Bill Clinton.

It’s no wonder the Bush’s and Clinton’s are tight. Both are corrupt!

WOOHOO ! FLYNN CASE DISMISSED! ……AND, A DOUBLE WHAMMY !
It EVEN Helps the President “”decide that further prosecution is not in the interest of justice,””

“If evidence comes to light calling into question the integrity or purpose of an underlying criminal investigation, the Executive Branch must have the authority to decide that further prosecution is not in the interest of justice,” Rao added.

When Flynn was head of the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency and afterwards, he blew the whistle on Barry & Hillary willfully helping Islamic ISIL terrorists (note the Levant part) to flourish in Syria.

That did not ingratiate Michael Flynn with the Deep State..

Christopher Wray fought to prevent the release of exculpatory evidence on Michael Flynn…

BREAKING:
Newly Released Strzok Notes Implicate Obama and Biden DIRECTLY Ordering Sham Flynn Investigation

By Cristina Laila
Published June 24, 2020 at 10:30am

The Justice Department released Peter Strzok notes from 1/4/2017 regarding the Flynn-Kislyak calls.

Last month it was revealed 2020 Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden was in a January 5, 2017 Oval Office meeting discussing General Flynn’s phone calls with Russian Ambassador Kislyak with Obama, Yates, Comey, Rice and Brennan.

Now we know that Obama and Biden were directly involved in the sham Flynn investigation.

Strzok’s newly released notes suggest a secret meeting before January 5th was the reason the Flynn investigation was not closed.

The Strzok notes show then-Vice President Joe Biden wanted to invoke the Logan Act against General Mike Flynn.

Strzok also noted that Obama DIRECTLY ordered an investigation into Flynn, saying “Have the right people on the case.”

Then-FBI Director James Comey said the calls between Flynn and Kislyak “appear legit” but they went ahead with the hit job against Flynn.

“Strzok’s notes believed to be of January 4, 2017, reveal that former President Obama, James Comey, Sally Yates, Joe Biden and apparently Susan Rice discussed the transcripts of Flynn’s calls and how to proceed against him.”

“Mr. Obama himself directed that “the right people” investigate General Flynn.”

John Kerry’s reasoning abut Iran is”’
“If we don’t let Iran buy the Nuclear material to Nuke who they want to Nuke then Iran WILL nuke who they want to Nuke. That is why we gave them billions in Cash so they could use cash to purchase nuke material and with cash we wouldn’t be able to trace purchases and we wouldn’t know what’s coming, so we could pretend it’s all OK and not upset the Iranians.
