TAMPA, FL — A federal grand jury has indicted a 23-year-old Tampa man accused of purchasing guns and bomb-making materials and planning terrorist attacks at various locations in Tampa Bay on behalf of ISIS.Story continues below advertisementUnited States Attorney Maria Chapa Lopez announced the return of the indictment against Muhammed Momtaz Al-Azhari in the U.S. Courthouse in Tampa Friday.
On May 27, Al-Azhari was charged with attempting to provide material support or resources to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham and violations of the National Firearms Act.
The charges were handed down after the FBI, Homeland Security and other law enforcement agencies concluded an extensive investigation in which they discovered chat room conversations and emails in which Al-Azhari discussed carrying out mass shootings and bombings. The U.S. Justice Department said Al-Azhari researched and scouted such targets as Honeymoon Island in Dunedin, the Tampa FBI field office, Bayshore Boulevard in Tampa and the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Tampa where he told one informant he hoped to kill more people than Omar Mateen did at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando June 12, 2016.
Two days after the charges were announced, Al-Azhari’s 22-year-old sister, Heba Momtaz Al-Azhari, was shot to death after she attacked a Temple Terrace Police officer with a knife.
According to family members, she was distraught after learning about the charges against her brother.
According to the FBI, Al-Azhari is a U.S. citizen who grew up in Brea and Garden Grove, California.He and his father, Momtaz, visited Saudi Arabia in 2015. During that time, they were both convicted of planning to travel to Syria to participate in a jihad and join the terrorist group, Jaysh al Case, to fight the Syrian government.
He served three years in a Saudi Arabian prison before he was deported back to the United States in December 2018. He lived with his grandmother in California for more than a year, then relocated with family members to Florida in June 2019.
FBI agents arrested Al-Azhari on May 24 after he took possession of weapons, including a Glock handgun and silencer, that he purchased from a Texas gun dealer on eBay.

Muhammed Momtaz Al-Azhari is a U.S. citizen. I cannot find out if naturalized or native born. But, to be deported to the United States, he would have to be a citizen.

Princeton Removes Woodrow Wilson’s Name from Public Policy School Due to ‘Racist Thinking’

“The trustees conclude that Woodrow Wilson’s racist thinking and policies make him an inappropriate namesake for a school or college whose scholars, students, and alumni must firmly stand against racism in all its forms,” announced Princeton University President Christopher Eisgruber on Saturday.
“Wilson’s racism was significant and consequential even by the standards of his own time,” added Eisgruber. “He segregated the federal civil service after it had been racially integrated for decades, thereby taking America backward in its pursuit of justice.”
The board voted on Friday to change the names of both the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and Wilson College.
The Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs will now be named “The Princeton School of Public and International Affairs.”
(Christopher Ludwig Eisgruber has served as Princeton University’s 20th president since July 2013. He served previously as Princeton’s provost for nine years, beginning in 2004, after joining the Princeton faculty in 2001. Eisgruber identifies as a nontheist Jew – whatever that is…)
As for Wilson College, Eisgruber claimed that the university was already planning on closing the college, but now the school will instead “accelerate retirement of the name” so that students won’t have to “identify with the name of a racist president for the next two years.”
Now, Wilson College will instead be called “First College.”
“When a university names a school of public policy for a political leader, it inevitably suggests that the honoree is a model for students who study at the school,” continued the university president.
“This searing moment in American history has made clear that Wilson’s racism disqualifies him from that role,” added Eisgruber of the former Democrat president.

“Princeton is part of an America that has too often disregarded, ignored, or excused racism, allowing the persistence of systems that discriminate against Black people,” said Eisgruber.
“When Derek Chauvin knelt for nearly nine minutes on George Floyd’s neck while bystanders recorded his cruelty, he might have assumed that the system would disregard, ignore, or excuse his conduct, as it had done in response to past complaints against him,” he added.
In 2015 Princeton University held firm in keeping the name. One by one companies, lower and higher education try to appease the hyper sensitive haters believing that will be enough. It will never be enough! Until all white people are dead and their property and material things redistributed, it will never be enough! Besides that you can’t erase history for better or worse!

Something makes NO sense, regarding this article.

ebay does not allow the posting of any firearms and most firearms accessories. Moreover, to purchase a suppressor, you need a Treasury Stamp. In addition, any Federal Firearms Licensee would require Form 4473 and submit it to federal authorities for approval of sale.

When there is a statement, that could NOT be true, what does that say about those giving information to reporters?
You haven’t been able to list firearms, or many firearm accessories, on ebay for a very, very long time.
It’s a difficult task to acquire a suppressor. Similar to my boom stick, the requisite Treasury Stamp takes a long time to secure.
When a lie that blatant and easily proven (as a lie), is front and center, what does that say about anything dealing with this terrorist?

Just wait, part of his defence will be that he is mentally unstable, gets put in a cushy mental institution, then released with a pat on the head and possibly with a Witness Protection identity.

Why did this article not mention what Muhammed Momtaz Al-Azhari’s sentence/punishment would be?
If this sub-human savage is just sentenced to a certain number of years in prison, I’m going to SCREAM so loudly that they will hear it in Iran!!
He should be chained up so that he can’t move, and “disassembled” using a dull pair of hedge shears and a bolt cutter, starting from the lower extremities and working upward from there, and this whole execution should be video taped and shown on prime tine TV!
And before this punishment is begun, he should be told, in whatever language he understands, that after he is dead what’s left of him will be put in a box and filled with a mixture of pig blood, pig urine, and pig excrement.
That should wipe that stupid, cocky, arrogant smile off of his face.
