Make no mistake: Voter fraud is real. Democrats, the anti-Trump news media and the so-called public interest groups on the political left will tell you otherwise, but they are either lying or totally ignorant.
Voter fraud is a threat to the integrity of our elections, the heart of our democracy. Democrats want to make the problem worse with their new voting laws.
I believe this issue is incredibly important, now more than ever. So, as part of my ongoing Election 2020 podcast series, I decided to examine voter fraud in depth in this week’s episode of my podcast “Newt’s World.”
My guest is Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation and manager of the think tank’s Election Law Reform Initiative. He is one of the preeminent experts on election law and election fraud and explains how Democrats are pushing proposals that will clearly make fraud more prevalent.
Anyone who denies the existence of voter fraud in the U.S. needs to go to Heritage’s online database, where they will find 1,285 proven instances of it – including 1,110 criminal convictions.
Some of the stories are quite striking.
In 2016, for example, Elbert Melton, the former mayor of Gordon, Ala., illegally notarized two ballots, without witnesses present, while running for reelection. Melton won the race by only 16 votes. Many local and state races are decided by such small margins. He was convicted of absentee ballot fraud, removed from office, and sentenced to one year in prison.
he biggest way to expand voter fraud is to expand voting by mail. And Democrats want to impose universal vote-by-mail across the country.
Traditionally, voters have long been able to request that an absentee ballot be mailed to them if they have a valid excuse for not being able to go to their local polling place – the physically disabled or sick, and of course our troops stationed abroad and their families. This is still the case in most states, but some – such as Oregon – simply mail an absentee ballot to every single registered voter.
The problem with mailing ballots like this is that the lists of registered voters across the country are in terrible shape, and states do a poor job of cleaning their voter rolls. In fact, most states have given up on doing so. Every time they try, well-funded liberal groups accuse them of purging active, eligible voters from the rolls to suppress voting.
As a result, ballots get mailed out to people who no longer live at the same addresses because they have moved or died.

The real crime is the RHINOS allowed the Commiecrats to get away with this fraud elections after election until they now believe they can commit massive fraud without any consequences. You can be absolutely certain the Commiecrats are ginning up for a massive voter fraud in 2020 and are prepared to send their mobs into the street to secure these fraudulent elections.

What did it matter who you voted for in Stalin’s USSR? All the candidates you could vote for were pre-selected members of the Communist party. It’s not as if there was an opposition party in the USSR. In the last senatorial election in Californication you could vote for anyone for senator — as long as they were a member of the Dem0nratic party.

More than 16M mail-in ballots went missing

Roughly 16 million mail-in ballots ended up missing in the 2016 and 2018 elections, according to federal data.
Data from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission and the Election Administration and Voting Surveys for both the 2016 and 2018 elections show that 16.4 million ballots that were sent to registered voters by mail went missing, according to Breitbart News.
In the 2018 election, about 42.4 million ballots were mailed to registered voters. Of those mailed, more than 1 million were undeliverable, more than 430,000 were rejected, and nearly 10.5 million went missing.
“Putting the election in the hands of the United States Postal Service would be a catastrophe,” J. Christian Adams, president of the Public Interest Legal Foundation, said. “In 2018 and 2016, there were 16 million missing and misdirected ballots.”
“These represent 16 million opportunities for someone to cheat,” Adams said. “Absentee ballot fraud is the most common, the most expensive to investigate, and can never be reversed after an election. The status quo was already bad for mail balloting. The proposed emergency fix is worse.”
The problem was especially bad in California, where 1.4 million mail-in ballots went missing in Los Angeles County alone during the 2018 election. In Orange County, the number was 374,000. The California counties of San Diego, Sacramento, Riverside, San Bernardino, Alameda, and Santa Clara combined for 1.6 million missing ballots.
Several states are debating whether to hold primary elections in person or to switch to an all mail-in ballot system to quell the spread of the coronavirus.
Earlier this month, the Public Interest Legal Foundation determined that there are thousands of ineligible voters, including many dead people, on the voter rolls in New Mexico who could receive mail-in ballots.
President Trump warned against mail-in voting earlier this week, saying, “Republicans should fight very hard when it comes to statewide mail-in voting. Democrats are clamoring for it. Tremendous potential for voter fraud, and for whatever reason, doesn’t work out well for Republicans.”
The Heritage Foundation recently compiled a list of over 1,000 documented cases of voter fraud over the last few years.

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously slapped down a federal judge’s ruling forcing Texas to allow all its residents to vote by mail on the theory that doing so would prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, a Republican, indicated he was satisfied with the decision.
“Allowing universal mail-in ballots, which are particularly vulnerable to fraud, would only lead to greater election fraud and disenfranchise lawful voters,” Paxton said in a statement to the media. “The unanimous Fifth Circuit ruling puts a stop to this blatant violation of Texas law.”

Dead people and illegal aliens will get their votes counted for democrats. Liberal college students will each cast 2 votes for democrats (one in person where they are in college and one mail-in using their parents address). Republican mail-in votes will get trashed. All as planned by democrats who deliberately infest polling stations for just that purpose. This is how Hitlery got so many votes. This is how democrats win ANY election they win.

I do wish these idiots would stop referring to the United States as a “democracy”. We are NOT a “democracy”. We are a Constitutional Republic. You won’t find the word “democracy” anywhere in the U.S. Constitution. You WILL find the word “Republican” though:
The U.S. Constitution Article IV Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a REPUBLICAN form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.
