NYPD chief of department speaks out, ‘outraged’ at Gov. Andrew Cuomo

Like Mayor Bill de Blasio, Governor Cuomo’s policies support criminals. That is because they represent votes for him. President Trump and the Republican Party must make a concerted effort to find candidates who can rescue the state of New York and New York City from the Left.

NYPD chief of department speaks out, ‘outraged’ at Gov. Andrew Cuomo

By New York Post, June 6, 2020

The NYPD’s top uniformed cop talked to The Post in an exclusive interview Tuesday about how his cops have been “giving their blood” as they’ve responded to protests that have become increasingly violent over the past five days and raged against Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s criticism of his department.

Chief Terence Monahan said he had slept for only three hours since the fifth night of protests and that all his guys are “cut up” from struggling with troublemakers in the city.

“Our guys are tired, they’re bleeding,” Monahan said. “I think everyone you’re going to see is walking around cut up. But they’re out there again tonight. They’re out there giving their blood to keep this city safe.”

Despite the cops’ efforts, “just about all” of those arrested will be back out on the streets because of bail reform, Monahan said, noting that some people arrested for guns might remain behind bars.

“But when it comes to a burglary, which is a commercial store, which is looting, they’re back out,” he said. “Because of bail reform, you’re back out on the street the next day. You cannot be held on any sort of bail. I spoke to (Manhattan District Attorney) Cy Vance about that. He told me there was nothing he could do.”

Asked about Cuomo’s comments that the NYPD wasn’t doing its job, Monahan, who joined the department 38 years ago, said he was “extremely outraged.”

“I’m watching my men and women out there dealing with stuff that no cop should ever have to deal with, bricks, bottles, rocks,” he said. “Hit in the face with bottles and continuing to go forward to make an arrest.”

Monahan praised the NYPD leadership for being out in the street with their men.

“This leadership team from every angle of this department is out on the streets, working side by side with their men, and for a governor to be sitting in his office saying that we’re not doing a good job — I’m outraged,” he charged.

I’m not a huge fan of the police, in general. However, these are BRAVE men and women standing at the lines. They are being criminally charged when they simply defend themselves or a fellow officer. They are not soldiers. They are peace officers.

Just like when the irish were looting, burning, raping and murdering during their Civil War riots …. they were met with military force. They were warned to leave the area. When they didn’t, the irish rioters were shot. Organized ,,, load, present, fire. Next line.

We have militarized our police, in many areas. However, they have been trained to be PEACE officers … with severe punishment if they so much as utilize a baton, while being attacked by bricks. The militarization has simply been a change in their wardrobes..

This is a military matter and should be treated as such. Should have been, following Day II, of these vile apes perpetrating what they have.

Under CDC guidelines, doesn’t that mean that they will HAVE to list Covid-19 as the cause of death.

How’s that gonna play into the criminal charges?

Well I think it will certainly complicate the cause of death, And since murder is all about deliberately causing death, then they will have have to assign several contributing causes, and weigh each of them.

My dear King: Yes, and Ellison will try to assign 150% blame to the cops. But what will the judge and jury do?

Well those Rodney King cops in LA were all acquitted by a mixed jury.

That video will look a lot different now. Lloyd was sick as a dog, and didn’t fully realize that until he exerted himself in resisting arrest. The cops didn’t know either, then something happened, and he died. In China lots of people just drop dead on the street.
Maybe the cop was smiling [or grimacing] because he was so surprised how this big guy could be so weak.

When ‘Common Sense’ was banned from our Lawful Defensive Toolbox
‘indiscretion’ Naturally replaced it.
Then The ‘Civilized’ Individual, was replaced with the ‘Lower Standards’ of diversification.
And the Devolution of Proper Local Police Leadership, was strangled.
It Started with clinton, and was ignored by bush,Then warped and made Law by barry.
The ‘Lawmakers; are too Cowardly to reign it in
The only thing to do, is what the NYPD chief of department Is Doing
Bring it To EVERYBODY’S Attention LOUDLY,again and again, and make the PPL answer the question, they wanna ignore
‘What will you do, if the L.E., becomes a Neutered moot point ?
When the L.E. becomes nothing more than a Corporate Logo,
Just like the Penal system is already.
WHO YA GONNA CALL ?

MOST ALL UNIONS ARE DEMOCRAT-RUN and therein lies the bigger problem, as you said.

In fact, there is NO NEED for unions anymore as we have enough Federal laws on the books to take care of those breaking the laws. UNIONS now just want your DUES so they can give those dues to the Democrat Party. THERE NEEDS TO BE A RIGHT-TO-WORK LAW FOR EVERY STATE. RIGHT NOW, THERE ARE ONLY LESS THAN HALF OF THE 50 STATES THAT HAVE THIS RIGHT-TO-WORK LAW IN THEIR STATES:

https://www.nrtw.org/right-to-work-states/

I am retired now, but I actually turned down several jobs BECAUSE they were unionized. I didn’t know at the time they were Democrat-run unions. I turned them down because I had kids to raise, was single and needed that money. I am college-educated and yes, some companies allow white-collar workers into their unions. So, I chose NON-UNION COMPANIES TO WORK FOR.

THAT IS WHAT YOU DO IF YOU WANT TO DECIDE WHERE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY! STOP GIVING IT TO UNIONS! Unions AID AND ABET lazy workers.

Female: Yes, well AT LEAST this forces the NY cops to reconsider their blind allegiance to the Democrat Party.

The people are the ones who need to make the changes. They elected the politicians who encourage, enable, protect, and reward the rioters who are burning down the town, beating up citizens, and murdering citizens. They can remove the traitors from office. Cops are citizens too. When the police and the rest of the citizens decide they have lost enough, and they’re bloody enough, they’ll realize how powerful they are together….

Enemy Identification Class has been in session since 2016 because the people have been voting for traitors.

Exposure before arrest and prosecution is necessary so the press won’t convince the people to defend the traitors.

If the military steps in it should be to temporarily replace the government that is betraying the citizens. Civilian law enforcement can take care of thugs if they are allowed to do their job.

If the professional murderers come into play, let them meet the Marine Corps. The Marines would actually be fighting to defend their own country instead of some shithole on the other side of the earth.

The only way to stop the rioting is for the police to get off the streets and let urban warfare take its course. When it is over, and it will over quickly, the police can return to their duties and maybe, just maybe, the citizenry will be convinced that the police are needed and vote out the communists.

Last year NYPD officers were not allowed to defend themselves. People (scum?) were throwing things at them, pouring liquids on them, and hitting them knowing that the mayor forbade the police to react or arrest. What is now happening in NYC is a direct result of that.

Across the US other cities have shown lax enforcement of crime and essentially mayors and governors handcuffing the police from doing their job. What we see nation wide is the result of the knee capping of the police.

One bad cop, three stupid cops, and one dead black man and the country is on fire. If it were one bad thug, three stupid accomplices, and one dead white (or black) officer the result is maybe the wringing of hands by politicians, two minutes on the news and then “lets move on”.

Shameful.

They can hold all the news conferences they want and bemoan how they are all ‘outraged’ and that their officers are ‘cut up’ etc. But, none of that will change until the police crack down and crack down hard on those bent on destruction. So far, the looters believe (and with good reason) they can get away with literally any destruction they cause. Turning this around may require some unorthodox methods to send a message to the vile thugs. What good does an arrest do if the criminal is out in a matter of hours, only to continue to committ the same crime? Does that make any sense. Why bother even arresting any of them at all if the police are just going to subject themselves to injury and possibly death, if that person is able to come back for revenge in a few hours.

When you are in a dirty war, sometimes you have to play dirty.

Try defunding the police as long as the Second Amendment is in place and we will be back in the days of the early “wild west” in no time.

Think I’m wrong? Try buying a new firearm or ammo for your personal protection. Practically everything on the market is backordered or “out of stock” , meaning it ain’t gonna happen.

It took some effort and a lot of patience but I got my stimulus check back in circulation by buying that new Ruger AR 556 I’ve been wanting. Do an online search for one and report back to us.

Try defunding the police in today’s rancid environment with the Second Amendment still in force and we will be back to living the days of the wild and wooly west in no time.

Everything on the market for weapons and ammo is either backordered or “out of stock”, which means it ain’t gonna happen.

I finally got most of my stimulus check back in circulation by buying that new Ruger AR 556 I’ve been wanting. It took some effort an patience, though.

Go online and try finding one and let us know how you fare.
