Grenell releases list of officials who sought to ‘unmask’ Flynn: Biden, Comey, Obama intel chiefs among them

Story continues below advertisementActing Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell has released a list of names of Obama administration officials who purportedly requested to “unmask” the identity of Michael Flynn during the presidential transition period.
The list features top figures including then-Vice President Joe Biden, then-FBI Director James Comey and intelligence chiefs John Brennan and James Clapper. It also included Obama’s then-chief of staff.
“I declassified the enclosed document, which I am providing to you for your situational awareness,” Grenell wrote to GOP senators in sending along the list.
Former Vice President Joe Biden and other top Obama officials received information in response to “unmasking” requests targeting retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn in the final weeks of the previous administration, according to a memo declassified by acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell.
The list, obtained by the Washington Examiner on Wednesday, shows Biden received information at least once in response to such an unmasking request on Jan. 12, 2017, but it is not clear whether he made the request or even looked at the information. Biden is now the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee in the 2020 contest for the White House.
The newly declassified records show that 16 individuals made unmasking requests related to the incoming Trump national security adviser, and the list shows which officials received that sensitive information. It was not immediately clear which individuals made the requests, but those who received the unmasking information were laid out chronologically.
Former United Nations Ambassador Samantha Power, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former CIA Director John Brennan, and former FBI Director James Comey are all on the list. (more at the Washington Examiner)

Judge Emmet Sullivan’s decision to allow third parties to submit amicus curiae (“friend of the court”) briefs in former national security adviser Michael Flynn’s case after the Justice Department moved to dismiss it has struck legal experts as “unusual,” if not “outrageous,” while Flynn’s own counsel argues that it should not be allowed in the first place.The DOJ agreed to drop the charges against Flynn last week, but Sullivan has to sign off on it in order for the case to go away. Sullivan’s order Tuesday shows he is not ready to do this just yet.
“This is an outrageous decision by a judge who’s now placed himself into that, you know, awful category of an activist who’s willing to set aside rules, set aside ethics, set aside precedent, and just go in a direction because he is politically motivated to do so,” former Utah U.S. Attorney Brett Tolman told “Fox & Friends” Wednesday morning.
Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell wrote in a court filing following Sullivan’s order that there is no local rule allowing for amicus briefs in criminal cases.

“A criminal case is a dispute between the United States and a criminal defendant. There is no place for third parties to meddle in the dispute, and certainly not to usurp the role of the government’s counsel,” Powell wrote.Powell pointed out to Fox News that when Obama administration Attorney General Eric Holder asked Sullivan to dismiss the case against then-Senator Ted Stevens, R-Alaska, and vacate the conviction, Sullivan not only acceded, but he criticized the DOJ for prosecutorial misconduct.

Judge Sullivan himself acknowledged that the local criminal procedure rules do not provide for third parties to file amicus briefs in criminal matters, but he claimed that the local rules governing civil cases — which do allow for amicus briefs — “govern all proceedings in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.”

DOJ spokesperson Kerri Kupec told Fox News Tuesday that the department’s decision to move for dismissal was motivated by “a duty to correct” past wrongs.“Knowing what we now know, we believe this case should never have been brought,” Kupec said.

Prior to that, Sullivan was nominated to the District of Columbia Court of Appeals in 1992 by former President George H.W. Bush. In 1984, he was nominated to the Superior Court of the District of Columbia by former President Ronald Reagan.

The DOJ spox said yesterday that their case is closed finished, kaput, finito. So judge Sullivan will sit alone on the next court date. That is, there is NO effective prosecution, or prosecuting attorneys, or even a valid claim that Flynn broke the law. Evey court case requires a predicate, where the purpose of the court is to figure out if the accused is actually guilty of something, in this case, perjury. BUT THERE IS NO PREDICATE, no perjury charge, nothing. So why sit there in court?

5/12/20(CNSNews) — The World Health Organization (WHO), for which the Trump administration has halted U.S. funding pending a review, advises that in the sex education programs in Europe children age four and under be given information about “early childhood masturbation” and the “right to explore gender identities.”
In addition, for children ages four to six, the WHO recommends they be given information “about friendship and love towards people of the same sex” and “same-sex relationships,” and be guided to develop “an open, non-judgmental attitude.”

“Children have sexual feelings even in early infancy,” states the WHO. “Between the second and third year of their lives, they discover the physical differences between men and women. I believe the people are tired of hearing what they are going to do when they are re-elected. 3 years agoThe main difference between Watergate and Obamagate is that the Nixon gang was attempting to gauge the opposition party’s campaign methods plus pull a few dirty tricks to sway an election. The Obama crew was seeking to change an election’s very outcome by subversion and sedition.
The last time I checked, treason is still punishable by death.

First,there was no Nixon gang,but a group of Cuban exiles who were convinced the Commiecrats were being financed by Cuba and the USSR and were looking for evidence of that finance. If they had found it it would have been released, but they did not. Second, Nixon was unaware of the burglary but then attempted to cover it up.That’s the whole damn story of Watergate in a nutshell. Obamagate is about an attempt to depose a lawfully elected President using the full powers of the DOJ, FBI and the US intelligence agencies..

Its not allowed by the FRcrP and is nothing but a rear guard action Sullivan has been ordered to fight by the Deep State. This frivolous action focuses attention on the deep seated corruption that exists within the federal judiciary which is fundamentally lawless.
