HARRISBURG, PA — Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf has vetoed three coronavirus-related bills that he says “go against the administration’s measured plan for reopening the state safely.”

Gov. Wolf on Tuesday vetoed Senate Bill 327, House Bill 2388, and House Bill 2412.

Senate Bill 327 would have permitted counties to develop and implement their own mitigation plans and decide when businesses within their county could reopen during the pandemic.

House Bill 2388 would have allowed certain industries to reopen statewide. Under the legislation, car dealers, garden centers, salons, barbershops, messenger and agent services, animal grooming services and manufacturing operations would have reopened.

House Bill 2412 would have permitted legal services and real estate sales to resume.

However, Gov. Wolf said the real estate industry can now conduct limited business-related activities, and provided this guidance for the industry to operate in red and yellow phase counties.

“Since the beginning of this month, my administration has been gradually transitioning counties from the restrictive red phase to an intermediate yellow phase,” Wolf wrote in his veto message. “The decisions to move counties from the red phase to the yellow phase are based on the advice of expert epidemiologists. These decisions are not based just on the number of cases of COVID-19, but are also based on other critical factors, such as how community members interact, the county’s number of potential transmission points, a county’s geographic location, the capacity to undertake contact tracing, and testing availability.”

Not surprisingly, Republicans in Harrisburg expressed outrage.

Senate Republican leaders issued a statement condemning his decision. “With his veto pen, Gov. Wolf has struck down much-needed clarity and consistency that allows communities to continue to reopen safely within the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and state Department of Health to protect lives and livelihoods,” the Senate Republican leaders said.

The House Republican Caucus, in its own statement, said “Wolf has determined and proved that he alone shall have the ultimate power over our state’s future.”

They called the governor unsupportive of alternative plans to restart the economy. “While millions of Pennsylvanians watch their livelihoods evaporate, the governor continues to arbitrarily choose who can thrive, and who will fail,” the House Republicans said.

It is time for the people to tell all levels of government that they are no longer going to comply. A hundred million in the streets will sort this out real fast. The medium is available to organize civil disobedience, use it.

I agree, but people fear for the their jobs by getting arrested. However, if they don’t have any jobs to go back to, that is another story.

As I said thousand or even a million will not be arrested. Even less possibility of that if they exercise their second amendment rights while out and about.

The Democrats, and all their comrades across the pond, went nuts when a treasonous, criminally insane sadist lost the 2016 election. Why? What kind of job did they have in mind for such a person? What kind of stage was set for her by the Obama regime? These people are out to murder this nation. They have no intention of sharing power with free people, here or across the globe.

They were planning on getting rid of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. They were planning on putting 1-2 more alt left judges on SCOTUS(who don’t think the Constitution should exist) and putting everything thru by executive order. they were going to bring in hundreds of millions of Illegal Criminal Invaders and making them citizens immediately with the right to vote. They would have left the borders wide open and gotten rid of the border patrol and ICE. All DACA would have been made Citizens. How is that for starters?

“They were planning on getting rid of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.”

Absolutely. Murdering the people who would defend it was the next tick on the clock. The slow game was over. They had to accelerate their plans. War was on the menu, waiting for Hillary.

All the blue states will be in big trouble in the coming months. Especially the ones with democratic governors, mayors, etc. President Trump has told all of them that there won’t be any bailouts. They all need to file bankruptcy. Unless the democratic scum steal the election, they are all screwed. They will all go broke. There will be riots and possibly worse. Stay Tuned.

Well, the far left wack job in Pa is on his 2nd term and can’t be re-elected. Can’t wait for him to be gone! In my home town the far left rules also, and they are all for continued lockdown for as long as possible “if it just saves one life”! Idiots. The “good news” is the abortion clinics are still open! If I never hear the words “social distancing” again it’ll be too soon.
