The Supreme Court unanimously upheld a federal statute that forbids encouraging illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. unlawfully.
The Supreme Court justices voided an earlier decision by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which had ruled that a federal anti-harboring statute was unconstitutional on the grounds that it violated the First Amendment by restricting free speech. The ruling by the nation’s highest court Thursday upholds the law.
The Supreme Court not only vacated the appeals court’s decision, but also criticized the judges for “drastically” straying from judicial norms.
Liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (May she lives until 120 but resign now from the Supreme court) wrote the high court’s opinion.

“The appeals panel departed so drastically from the principle of party presentation as to constitute an abuse of discretion,” Ginsburg wrote, that “a court is not hidebound by the precise arguments of counsel, but the Ninth Circuit’s radical transformation of this case goes well beyond the pale.”
This conservative decision is about a court battle that lasted roughly 10 years. The case is now to be sent back to the Ninth Circuit “for reconsideration … bearing a fair resemblance to the case shaped by parties.”

I watch traitors die fat and happy of old age. The traitors sing and dance as if they are trying to make us happy while they murder and rob and betray us. In this particular case, it has been 10 years of ruin and betrayal before it goes back to square one, and no one has been held accountable for anything.

“Sent back to the Ninth Circuit “for reconsideration?” It’s an obvious no brainer that encouraging illegals to stay here is illegal. It encourages law braking. I wonder if this will ever have a final decision in my life time. The system has turned into a dog and pony show.

We have a supreme that is THE LIVING DEAD.
I can’t imagine her living through a second term of President Trump….in fact, I’m praying and counting on it.
Just imagine the Jubilation on our side if President Trump gets to replace her. I feel very sorry for the poor soul who accepts the nomination from Trump…they need to have b&alls of steel.

For consideration – thats pretty damned good – consider what ? How they can continue to weasel out of it? To just ignore it ? Still i am amazed the SC was unanimous in something the liberal nutbags that infest the 9th circuits general landmass have held so dear for so long – i would not have thought some of the resident SC BSC liberal judges on the bench would’ve ruled in favor with this – Illegal workers destroy wages – you think the employers that take advantage give a rats ass?

The most shocking thing about this is that Ginsburg voted to vacate. The second shocking thing about this is that the Supreme Court sent this back to the Ninth Circuit Court, which will find another reason to uphold its decision. And the back again to the Supreme Court to again vacate the judgement.
Round and round it goes, and nobody knows when it will stop.

The latest round of stimulus or HEROES ACT includes $1.2 Trillion for the states and cities. I pray all aid to states and cities providing sanctuary to illegals is withheld until they comply with federal law. With 35 million Americans out of work it is imperative we use this opportunity to remove illegals and replace them with American workers on all levels. These illegals are a burden on the taxpayers and cost each and every one of them up to $50,000 a year including education of their children and lost wages to American workers.

…more than that if you count the law enforcement costs and the schooling of their kids…I did my research. Since President Reagan was tricked into signing the first Amnesty by the Democrats…..the costs have been in the TRILLIONS…and climbing.
Imagine what that money would have done for our kids in education, our military in capabilities….imagine how less costly our medical would have been…..many people don’t know that the illegals get free medical care…..ergo the medical community astronomically raising their costs so they can recoup more from the tax payers.
