“Cuomo Has Failed Us” billboards go up in Buffalo

By: Paul Ross, WKBW, May 18, 2020

Story continues below advertisement

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Large billboards with criticizing Gov. Andrew Cuomo, Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul, and Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz are set to be displayed in Buffalo.

The billboards which ask to ‘Re-Open New York’ will be displayed on the 190 outbound, and the 33 inbound.

“Businesses are dying, landlords can’t pay their bills, and people are making more money staying at home than most ever have in a week before and aren’t required to pay their rents,” said Tim Walton, who organized the effort. “What people don’t understand is this isn’t close your business and maybe you’re out a little bit of money. This is people who have gone through hell, worked 80 hours a week, sacrificed their life savings, housing, and years of their life to build something that they are being told ‘you may have to close’. To some, that is like taking away their life.”

The billboards were funded through a GoFundMe page.

I would bet that if you polled 100 random NYC residents, most would not know that Buffalo is a city in New York State. To truly comprehend NYC elitism, you have to have to have grown up there.

Connecticut is the same, very provincial. The only place that exists is where I live attitude This is a tiny state yet an old friend got in touch with me recently and had no clue where we reside, about 50 miles from her.

More NYC BS courtesy of Commie De Blasio. Recently he flashed a picture of a “packed” Coney Island to justify why you can’t go in the water. WTF???
First of all, that picture was very dated. I recently lived in Brighton Beach for two years and was on the beach 3-5 days a week in season. On a typical summer weekend Coney Island and Brighton Beach do not attract big crowds. The hip crowd hasn’t gone there in years. They’re all in the Hamptons. It’s mostly locals who live on the CI peninsula. On the beach, people distance naturally and they would certainly do so now. As for keeping people out of the water, its a pointless restriction. No one goes in until 3rd or 4th week of June because water is too cold.
De Blasio is so out of touch with his own city. His entire life consists of being chauffered around and taking direction from his political handlers. I’ll bet De Blasio hasn’t hung out on the beach in Coney Island ever!!! What a loser.

Unreal. I’m beginning to wonder what that love letter Fauci wrote to Hillary was really about.

Off topic – I wonder if NY state is doing this too… They are taxing Samaritan’s Purse for their help, that was requested by Mount Sinai hospital, to help out with the Chinese virus, why not do this too?

Nursing homes swindling residents out of their coronavirus stimulus checks,
FTC warns

By Danielle Wallace 5/20/20

The Federal Trade Commission has warned that nursing homes in Iowa, as well as other states, have been coercing residents on Medicaid to hand over their coronavirus stimulus checks.

“We’ve been hearing that some facilities are trying to take the stimulus payments intended for their residents on Medicaid,” FTC Elder Justice Coordinator Lois Greisman said. “Then they’re requiring those people to sign over those funds to the facility.”

“This is not just a horror story making the rounds. These are actual reports that our friends in the Iowa Attorney General’s Office have been getting — and handling. Other states have seen the same,” she said.

“When Congress calls these payments ‘tax credits’ in the CARES Act, that means the government can’t seize them. Which means nursing homes and assisted living facilities can’t take that money from their residents just because they’re on Medicaid,” she wrote.

Understand nursing homes or “care homes” are notorious for ABUSE.

The Democrats are here to ruin this nation. They don’t want to share prosperity here, they want to murder it. They have absolutely no good intentions for the nation or the people in it. They are traitors and mass murderers. I can’t believe how long this con game has gone on. I knew that before President Trump was elected. I knew why the “good guys” were invisible. I knew what President Trump was here to do, and I said so. I knew that a lot of good guys were painted as bad guys and a lot of bad guys were painted as good guys. I didn’t, and couldn’t, know a lot of details that I know now.

What the Democrats are and what they want to do and what they tried to do should all be exposed over the next couple months.

It has been frustrating watching this from the bottom. Sometimes that frustration looks like friendly fire, and I get the impression that it probably has recently. To avoid any more misinterpreted comments, I think I’ll step aside and become a spectator. That will be a lot easier than what I’ve been trying to do in this arena where almost everyone else should be far more effective than I am. Maybe this virus situation will be the slap in the face that wakes people up.

Let’s never forget for a minute the damage was the direct result of the deliberate CCP attack on the USA and the world. They launched an attack far more devastating than PeralHaror and to date have suffered no consequences. They may well be prepared to launch another attack. Why not? They got away with the first! To date, damages are estimated at about 50 TRILLION dollars to the US alone. The CCP must pay and it will. That’s $150,000 for every man, woman, and child in the USA. I figure it’s time to start collecting on the damages.

I wish New Yorkers had the conversations between Bill de Blazio and Cuomo. I’m sure in their minds their is some electoral advantage to all this; wrecked economy, unemployment and they can claim “Trump caused it”. NO! The Democrats helped create a monster through non-cooperation.
