Trump Campaign Slams California’s Vote-by-Mail Order: ‘Wide-Open Opportunity for Fraud’

President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign blasted California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D-CA) executive order allowing registered voters in the state to vote by mail in the November election, calling it a “thinly-veiled political tactic” aimed at undermining election security.
Trump campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh said in a statement to CNN:
This is a thinly-veiled political tactic by Gov. Newsom to undermine election security. There’s a vast difference between people voting absentee by mail because they can’t be at the poll on Election Day versus mailing everyone a ballot – even those who didn’t request one – is a wide open opportunity for fraud.
California has a bad record on ensuring that people on the voter rolls still live at the same address, still reside in California, or are even still alive. Everyone is concerned about the safety of voters, but jeopardizing election security is the wrong way to go about it.

Earlier Friday, Newsom approved voting by mail, citing health concerns stemming from the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.
“I signed an executive order that will allow every registered voter in California to receive a mail-in ballot,” Newsom said in a press conference. “That mail-in ballot is important, but it’s not an exclusive substitute to physical locations.”
“People that are otherwise not familiar with mail-in ballots, are uncomfortable with them, may have disabilities, may have other issues that may preclude that as an appropriate option, we still want to have the appropriate number of physical sites for people to vote as well,” added the governor.

Remember how magically more ballots kept apppearing for Al Franken till he “won”!
Democrats are “Pro’s at cheating in elections” as seen when Al Franken was LOSING to Coleman in MN. but “miraculously 10,000 votes were ‘FOUND’ in the trunk of a car….for Franken! IF Dems don’t cheat in elections, they wouldn’t win. It will be an Al Franken repeat on a bigger, organized scale.

OH Good! Fraudulent mail means that everyone in India can vote in California elections. We can just send them prepaid envelopes with pre-marked ballots:
Election night, November 2020: “OK, folks, now we go to California, where the results are just coming in…. uh, hm…. uh, well for some reason, the data shows that Trump and all the California Republicans have won all races by a margin of 500 million votes… hm….”

I do not believe the President can “delay” a Federal vote. However, I believe the President can NEGATE a States’ votes when it can be proven FRAUD HAS BEEN COMMITTED. How can FRAUD be proven? FRAUD is provable when votes EXCEED the REGISTERED VOTERS IN THAT VOTING DISTRICT/AREA. IE: 100 People registered and 150 votes counted for that area. THIS IS FRAUD !!!!!

Democrats wanted voting by mail across the nation. That didn’t work so now they want voting by mail in key states. They helped spread this virus across the USA…it didn’t spread all by itself. Facebook names members of oversight board that can overrule Zuckerberg

Facebook this week announced the members of its content oversight board, which will have power to overrule Mark Zuckerberg on what content to censor.
The independent body, which has been dubbed Facebook’s “Supreme Court,” includes a former prime minister, a Nobel Peace Prize laureate and a number of constitutional law experts among its 20 members, the social network said Wednesday.
The oversight board will focus on content like hate speech and harassment. Facebook has endured withering criticism for its high-profile moderation issues, ranging from removing a famous Vietnam War-era photo of a naked girl fleeing a napalm attack — after classifying it as child pornography — to failing to combat hate speech in Myanmar against the Rohingya and other Muslims.
The board’s members have lived in 27 countries and speak at least 29 languages, according to Facebook. Two of the four co-chairs are American.
The co-chairs, who helped Facebook execs select the other members, are religious freedom expert and former US federal Circuit Judge Michael McConnell, constitutional law expert Jamal Greene, Colombian attorney Catalina Botero-Marino and former Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt.
Among the first group of members are former European Court of Human Rights judge András Sajó, Yemeni activist and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman and former Guardian editor Alan Rusbridger.
Zoom’s success story probably won’t include a Facebook takeover Nick Clegg, Facebook’s head of global affairs, told Reuters the board’s composition was important but that its credibility would be earned over time.
“I don’t expect people to say, ‘Oh hallelujah, these are great people, this is going to be a great success’ — there’s no reason anyone should believe that this is going to be a great success until it really starts hearing difficult cases in the months and indeed years to come,” he said.
The board will start work immediately and Clegg said it would begin hearing cases this summer.

Earlier this week, Facebook revealed the first 20 members of its new oversight board, which has responsibility for content enforcement and governance on its platforms. The board includes Pamela Karlan, a Stanford University law professor, who supported the legitimacy of impeachment charges against Mr. Trump during House impeachment hearings last year.
“It’s disappointing to see Pamela Karlan – someone who has displayed her clear anti-Trump bias – appointed to what should be a non-partisan role on Facebook’s Oversight Board,” said Sarah Matthews, Trump campaign spokesperson, in a statement. “Not to mention 75% of Facebook’s new censorship police are not American. Will this majority foreign board make decisions regarding U.S. election content?”

The board will make “final and binding decisions” on whether to permit content on Facebook and Instagram, per the board’s website. Approximately one-quarter of the board calls North America home, and Facebook says the 20-member board will soon double in size. The board is organized as a limited liability company separate from Facebook with a $130 million trust fund provided by Facebook.
The oversight board’s website details the steps the board will take to adjudicate cases in a manner it deems impartial. Appeals of Facebook and Instagram content policy decisions must be submitted to the board within 15 days of those company’s final decisions. The board estimates its reviews will take approximately 90 days to resolve a given case it chooses to examine.

They have already done it in Pennsylvania. The state is sending requests for mail in ballots. All you need to do is say yes and they’ll send you a ballot you can mail in. They are starting it for a local election here in June. These Democrats need to be stopped.

As an alternate election judge in Texas, Trump is spot-on in his assessment of the liability of fraud and abuse. Besides using a “junk mail” approach with zero ID requirements, poll watchers from each of the political parties involved to ensure integrity are completely left out of the equation.
California is the windy state, there is a blow on every corner.

Correct me if I am wrong. The USPS is NOT OWNED by the Federal Government the almost the same way the Federal Reserve is NOT OWNED by the Federal Government. The USPS and the Fed. Reserve are only CONTROLLED, to a degree, by the Federal Government. Both of these organizations OPERATE under the COLOR of the Federal Government.

Just ballots going to deceased persons will be grossly fraudulent.
My mother who passed away in Nov. 2019 but got a PPP check. US Treasury didn’t check w/ Social Security about who might be deceased. We’re sending the check back…it might be a little hard however for someone to cash a check from the Government at a bank w/o proper ID.
Doubt the dirty Dems sending out mail-in ballots will check if a person has moved or is deceased.
