Abortion activists want to ban Pro-life student group as “terrorists”

Firstly you’re wrong about a fetus being an unborn child. This is because none of you understand biology or fetal development. There is no child until 8 or 9 months. So you’re not defending anything but a clump of cells that have no developed brain, feelings, nor ability to be self-sustaining.

Secondly when you feel you have to defend that belief (“life is sacred”), you do realize it puts you in direct conflict with those who have different beliefs. So what makes you think you get to impose your beliefs on non-believers, which you share this world with? That is the essence of Fascism.

Thirdly people have very good reasons to abort fetuses. What if it was a pre-teen child who was raped by a family member or an outsider, should a child be forced to have unwanted kids?

What about normal teens with no job getting pregnant and the boy leaves her? What about broken condoms? There are countless other reasons where unintended pregnancies can happen.

It’s one thing to have morals. If it makes you feel good to believe life is precious that’s fine, but when you consider it a universal value at the expense of all other valid claims, then you are no better than the Muslims. They think Sharia law, stoning for instance is good and they want to force “Allah’s law” on the rest of us.

So who is right? You point to your Bible they point to the Quran and Atheists point to Science/Humanism. Should we determine the outcome by warfare or we can reason this through like grown adults?

Incidentally 60% of women seeking abortion are Christian, so you’re only shooting yourself in the foot if you oppose abortion. One other important consider we’re ignoring is the life of the mother. It is her body and therefore her decision, not yours to carry a child.

What else would you call it when you said it is your duty to uphold your belief? What does that mean other than to force non-Christian women to have kids they don’t want?

But you don’t need to be a philosopher or hold a PhD to understand that babies don’t instantly pop into existence the second a sperm fertilizes an egg, it takes 9 months for it to develop.

So you have plenty of time to terminate that pregnancy without cause any significant harm to anyone. Pencils have erasers because we make mistakes. Our legal system offers pardons for the same reason. The same logic goes for Abortions.

Sure in an ideal world there would be no abortions, but that would mean no rapes, broken condoms, or other issues either. But this is why we need it in the real world.

A baby isn’t a trivial matter, it is a lifelong punishment for any woman who is not ready to have one. The child has needs/wants, requires a continuous flow of money to support. How can that happen if a girl has no family to support her, no job, etc?

Christians treat it as a trivial matter, follow our rule, have a baby you don’t want and we’ll leave you alone, otherwise face our wrath. And then they wonder why they get called terrorists.

Pro-abortion extremists, by definition, consider life to be fundamentally cheap, hugely expendable, a dime a dozen, highly disposable, utterly worthless and of absolutely no value whatsoever, and could be easily eliminated if they were to pose so much as the slightest inconvenience to those around them. They believe in the ultimate “fairy tales” in the form of the likes of Bigfoot, extraterrestrials, UFO’s, and the Loch Ness Monster – and thus have the nerve to justify their hatred of Christians.

The message to women that pro-abortion extremists give is likewise highly corrosive and destructive: That pregnancy is akin to a catastrophic illness and tantamount to a death sentence; that motherhood is a form of punishment, to be resented; and that children are an unwanted, unwelcome, undue burden that hugely narrows and constricts a woman’s life, puts a massive crimp in her lifestyle, and takes years off her life that she’ll never get back. Plus, to women themselves, that they don’t have to rearrange their outlook on life or their priorities of what’s important, that they can remain selfish, irresponsible you-know-whats, living basically for themselves in the moment, spending most of their times club-hopping and partying all night, and then the rest of their waking hours whether they look their best in Jimmy Choos, Manolo Blahniks, Birkenstocks, Kate Spades, Michael Kors’, Calvin Kleins, Marc Jacobs’, Vera Wangs, or other name designer clothing and accessories. Many who have gotten married have spoken about how this brought about many changes in the way they view life and what’s most important therein, and having children solidified such changes and locked in a concern for the future.

There are universal truths that have always existed and paramount among them is the right to life of every human being. and that begins at the moment of conception. A fertilized egg has the potential to become a human being and to kill it is to deny that potential.

You are hopelessly committed to perpetrating and defending an existential evil that has already caused the deaths of 40 million innocents and climbing. I am very sorry for you and pray you will one day repent.

I too used to wonder how people would react if one was able to go back in time, say just 20yrs, and tell the average person what society would like only a few years hence. Many would flat out laugh at the absurdity of what has transpired and say it could never happen.

Its an amusing bit of self entertainment to think of those reactions, but it is the reality we are living. Do we say its too bad or that its a shame it is as it is, or would we say it is finally here…the end is truly near?

When Jesus began revealing to the disciples what must happen to Him when He enters Jerusalem, (Math.16:21-23) Peter pulls Him aside saying, “Far be it from you, Lord ; this shall not happen to You!”. You no doubt recall what Jesus’ reply was, yet Peter’s outburst seemed to be a human response to something terrible that was to befall someone that he loved.

It is little different today. We see these terrible things happening all around us, more and more, and we wish it wasn’t so, or that we could ‘fix’ it and return things to ‘normal’.(Except ‘normal’ has changed so dramatically, that just on the subject of abortion, America has become a nation that not only kills the unborn… we then sell those baby parts to the highest bidder).

What is there left to save? How far back would things have to return to before we would hit ‘normal’ again, and just picture the secular outcry at any attempt to do something because we say God wants it so (a little further down the postings, I’m called a “Christian Nazi for opposing abortion).

Did Peter want Jesus to be killed? Did he know what the scriptures said would happen? Do we want Jesus’ kingdom or do we want to continue on here? Do we know what the scriptures say about the end? I recognize that the season of His return is upon us and that it is the will of God that it is so, and that all this and more must come about before the end comes. Shall we oppose it like Peter tried to do, or shall we say, “Lord, thy will be done”?
