Coronavirus is teaching Americans a great many things they never saw coming. Coronavirus should be an eye-opener to Americans about what the Democrats are really about. They will gleefully destroy the economy, wiping out hardworking Americans in order to achieve their diabolical goals.
Virginia Health Commissioner Says Schools Could Remain Closed For Two Years
Virginia Democratic Gov. Ralph Northam’s office said Friday that Phase One of reopening the state under federal guidelines could last as long as two years as the state battles the novel Wuhan coronavirus.
“I personally think Phase One will be a two year affair,” said State Health Commissioner Norman Oliver, according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch. “There are a lot of people working on this, and I hope they prove me wrong, but I don’t see it happening in less than two years.”
Phase One under federal recommendations feature a limited reopening of some businesses with strict safety restrictions, social distancing requirements remaining in place, continued teleworking encouraged and face masks suggested in public. Nowhere do the guidelines mention reopening schools that will already remain closed for the rest of the academic year.
Story continues below advertisementThe Virginia health department tried to clarify Oliver’s comments on Saturday, saying the health commissioner misspoke when speculating that Phase One of recovery would last 24 months.
“Dr. Oliver intended to say that the Commonwealth will likely be dealing with COVID-19 in some form until a vaccine is produced, not that Phase One itself would take two years,” a department spokesperson told Newsradio WRVA.
As of Saturday morning, the state has reported more than 12,000 cases and nearly 2,000 hospitalizations with more than 400 deaths from the virus, according to the Virginia Department of Health. In order for the state to enter Phase One, Virginia must report a sustained decline of new cases over a 14-day period. New cases however, have continued on an upward trajectory though at a slower pace than previous weeks.
Several states this week and in the coming days have begun to lift restrictions either on their own without abiding by the nonbinding federal guidelines or have entered Phase One of the White House rubric including Alaska, Colorado, Georgia, Minnesota, Montana, Mississippi, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Vermont.

The American Left has come to a sobering realization. Despite their best efforts, legal and illegal, they are not achieving the societal takeover of America that they fantasize about. They don’t control the SCOTUS, WH, Senate, and majority of state governorships.
While they do control a handful of major states, MSM and Big Tech, it’s not nearly enough to move the needle. In the end, they are confronted with the same problem that Leftists have historically faced. Their ideas lack merit and cannot survive the scrutiny of an open debate. They will never convince, coerce or induce enough people to back the movement.
This is why Leftists always resort to violence and intimidation to gain and maintain a stranglehold on power. Thew recent protests in Hong Kong were an abberation. Communist China rules their mainland and 1.5 billion people with an iron fist. Dissent is punished and crushed.
Every time you hear a Leftist (like AOC) speak about “Revolution”, that’s code for using force. Infringing civil liberties and arresting innocent citizens for violating state-imposed civil liberty infringements is a precursor to the use of force.

DEMS are tageting the required GOP battle ground states – Ohio, Texas and Florida. Texas is teetering… Hopefully even the dumbest liberal may be waking up. We won’t know till the votes are counted in the general. If they managemail invoting, and more online voting we are finished. I have no idea why Texas is allowing online voting……

After conducting a video conference hearing in a lawsuit filed by state Democrats and civic organizations, Judge Tim Sulak told the attorneys he will issue a temporary injunction allowing all voters who risk exposure to the coronavirus if they vote in person to ask for a mail-in ballot under a portion of the Texas election code allowing absentee ballots for voters who cite a disability. His ruling, which is almost certain to be appealed by the state, could greatly expand the number of voters casting ballots by mail in the upcoming July primary runoff elections.
(Sulak signed the official order on Friday to allow voters to request a mail-in ballot during the coronavirus pandemic by citing the disability qualification allowed in the Texas election code.)

Here’s an example why the dems want mail in voting. In WA we use the mail in system. In 2004 Republican Dino Rossi won the governor’s race by 261 votes against Christine Gregoire (D). 2.1 million votes were cast in that election. A machine recount gave Rossi a win by 42 votes. Suddenly, King County’s canvassing board came forward with 732 “rejected ballots” and magically Gregoire won by 130. King County includes Seattle where the two richest men in the world reside. We have been deep blue ever since.

I would bet the Gov opposes expanding vote by mail but judges have a lot of power over election rules. This fight about expanding mail-in voting between Republicans (against) and Democrats (for) is going to happen in many states over the next few months. Judges are going to decide this.

This is coming from people like Dr Fauci who has said we should stay quarantined until there is a vaccine. Well, remember Fauci was involved in the AIDS epidemic when he endorsed a treatment worse than the disease, AZT. And, there is still no vaccine for HIV.

Gates resigned his board seat 2 months ago to focus on his Foundation. Noteworthy that he partnered with J. Hopkins Ctr for Health Security, and with World Economic Forum that focused on a pandemic tabletop exercise re: pandemic preparedness. It was held on Oct 18, 2019, 6 weeks before the 1st case in Wuhan. Look up “Event 201” for details. He wants to be more than the vaccine king. A must read: “The True Story of the Bilderberg Group” by Dan Estulin. FYI: Gates is a member of the group. If Trump fails to win in 2020, our country is finished.

Children and teens are rarely seriously affected. Its like a mild flu to them.
Two years? So today’s children will be hindered by not having education in a timely manner. The younger you are, the more like a sponge your mind for learning. So Virgina will become the backward state.
That is one smart governor you have there! Too bad he can’t remember whether he is the one in the pointy white hood or the one with black shoe polish on his face. And yet he was elected. Maybe Virgina is the backward state after all.

While children are rarely injured by the CCP Virus they can become carriers and bring it home to parents, grandparents, and others who are vulnerable. This man was bought and paid for. He now enjoys a degree of protection he does not deserve, but his constituents don’t remove him or his cronies. There are “Elites” with money who will pay his election bills, and pay to have people look the other way. He is “in tight” with Mike Bloomberg, who left at least $3 Million behind to ensure some laws were passed that were not in the interests of ordinary Americans. If I can manage to “accept” men dressing up as women, I guess I would be inconsistent in complaining about “blackface.” It is the same thing. One insults all healthy people’s intelligence, but the other insults all black people. Neither idea should be palatable to most people.
