The Pennsylvania state senate on Wednesday sent a bill that would partially lift the lockdown on most of the state’s businesses to Gov. Tom Wolf’s (D) desk. The little tyrant ain’t having it.

Some Pennsylvanians plan to protest against lockdown restrictions being extended beyond May 1

Democratic Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf is expected to veto a bill to reopen many of the state’s businesses amid the coronavirus pandemic.

“As the administration has stated many times, irresponsibly going against the direction of the secretary of health and reopening businesses too early will only extend the length of the economic hardships created by the pandemic,” Wolf spokesperson Lyndsay Kensinger told The Philadelphia Inquirer in an email.

The bill passed the state’s Senate along party lines on Wednesday, but Republican state legislators do not have enough votes to override Wolf’s veto.

The state has the sixth-highest number of coronavirus cases in the U.S. at more than 26,000.

Wolf’s office did not provide FOX Business with a comment at the time of publication.

The Pennsylvania Medical Society praised Wolf’s decision to extend a statewide stay-at-home order earlier this month.

“The Pennsylvania Medical Society (PAMED) strongly supports guidelines that call for increased social distancing and isolation as the only means to effectively mitigate the impact of COVID-19,” PAMED President Dr. Lawrence John said in a statement. “Physicians, nurses and health care workers are saving lives by staying at work. We ask you to save lives by staying at home.”

Some Pennsylvanians plan to protest on Monday in front of the State Capitol building in Harrisburg against lockdown restrictions being extended beyond May 1.

Others are taking legal action.

“If you’re going to have closures like this, the government has to be transparent about the way it’s doing this,” Jonathan Goldstein, chairman of Pennsylvania handbell manufacturer Schulmerich Bells, told FOX Business.

Goldstein is suing Wolf on behalf of the company and workers after he had to shutter his business and lay off nine people, he said. He argues that the governor cannnot “seize” jobs without just compensation under the Fifth Amendment.

The government “has to have the authority to manage health crisis,” Goldstein said. “What the government can’t do is expect certain private parties to bear the cost for public benefit.”

The Roman Republic became the Principate because of emergency powers. When the Republic was in peril, they would allow a general, ‘imperator’ in Latin, to become a temporary dictator. Once it was over, the imperator would lay aside his dictatorial powers and the republic could resume. Caesar managed to make having a dictatorial imperator permanent. Of course, the Democrats today would like to make their dictatorial emergency powers permanent. They’re all going to say, “Only I can say when the emergency is over.”

When have the Democrats been democratic? Its been a long, long time. Once they gain power its like a dictatorship of their ideas. No real compromises.

Certainly those that haven’t risen up against this tyranny – and publicly so, as in Michigan – can qualify as stupid. But I’m sure you will all agree that this is what you get when one elects Democrats to anything. How chummy would Wolf and his ilk be with the ChiComs? With the UN? With the WHO? With the One World globalist elites in general?

Lift all lockdowns immediately. This is nothing but foolish nonsense which at this point is tyrannical. The purpose of the temporary lockdown was to avoid a hospital surge. Hospital surge is nonexistent. Lift the damn lockdowns. NOW! They are probably unconstitutional in the first place. We did this only to preserve the health system, not to avoid deaths, which will happen anyway.

Wolf is another power hungry Democrat. He talks about lock downs. Mean while the state lines are still open. Allowing people from NY City to go to Hazleton. And Hazleton in Luzerne County is the epicenter for virus patients and deaths. He also turned down a request to have the National Guard be placed in Hazleton to enforce that cities quarantine. Today he just told everyone to wear a mask in public.

This highlights how evil and corrupt the medical elites have become. It hasn’t been “do no harm” for a long time. They happily perform abortions and gender change operations. They know better. Medical employees are working so why should they care about others? Will the national American Medical Association be chiming in too in agreement?

DEMS have an opportunity to collapse their economy and create a depression like we have never see before, all to get Trump out! Suicides will go up and so will illegal drug use too. Pa had it’s districts redrawn to favor DEMS so Wolf is doing his part. This is all politically driven with the hope of voter fraud and desperate people. Biden or who ever replaces him will promise people the world to get the vote.

Yes, Wolf also decided to “protect prisoners” from the corona virus by releasing them from prison here in Pa. There are almost no cases (I checked Camp Hill and has -0-, for example) of the virus in Pa prisons but that is of no consequence. One guy who was released committed a murder the day after his release and was rearrested. This guy is a pox on Pa!
