Abdel Moneim El-Gahhawy, affiliated with Ansar Al-Sharia, was killed in Libya yesterday. He was one of those who attacked the US embassy in Benghazi in 2014.
The Libyan National Army (LNA) reportedly killed this infamous terrorist after a series of clashes around the capital city, Tripoli.
According to reports, the Libyan National Army killed ‘Abdel-Moneim El-Gahhawy, who is affiliated with the terrorist group Ansar Al-Sharia, inside Tripoli. He was one of the terrorists that attacked the U.S. embassy in Benghazi in 2014. Before his death, Gahhawy was a member of the Turkish-backed Government of National Accord (GNA) forces, which are fighting the Libyan National Army in Tripoli.

The book written about the Benghazi terrorist attack on the diplomatic compound and CIA annex and the response of the US mercenaries assigned to protect it is fascinating. At one point, one of the mercs said their “ally” was talking on his cellphone to the leader of the muslum attackers on the diplomatic compound. Isn’t it strange that your muslum “ally” would have the phone number of the leader of the muslum terrorist attackers on speed dial? The US mercs thought that either an actual Libyan LEO or a muslum terrorist disguised as one walked off the distance to the CIA annex in order to give that information to a mortar team later employed by the muslum attackers in the attack against the CIA annex.
