DEMOCRAT RULE: Philly Police Violently Drag Man From Bus for Not Wearing a Face Mask

The Democrats are exploiting disease and death to finally impose left-wing authoritarian measures like their CCP, Stalinist, Nazi counterparts.

Philly Police Drag Man From Bus for Not Wearing a Face Mask

By Chas Danner, New York magazine, April 11, 2020:

The below video, shared on social media on Friday, shows multiple police officers in Philadelphia forcibly removing a man from a public bus for enforcing what was — apparently as a result of this incident — an exceptionally short-lived mandate requiring riders to wear face masks:

https://twitter.com/phillyTRU/status/1248656214642262016

Under a new coronavirus-prompted policy, which went into effect Thursday under the name “Lifeline Service Schedule,” the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority announced service cuts and said it was “now asking all riders to wear masks or other facial coverings, consistent with new CDC guidelines, to protect both riders and operators.” This was apparently not a request, however, as riders soon began reporting instances of people not being allowed on public transit vehicles if they weren’t wearing a mask:

In a statement to WHYY on Friday, a SEPTA spokesperson confirmed that masks were indeed a requirement for customers, emphasizing that the agency was looking to avoid arresting anyone for violating the policy, and that “the covering can be as simple as a shirt, bandana or anything else someone can grab at home before they head out.” WHYY also reports that transit police were informed of the mandate on Wednesday in an emailed directive from the SEPTA police chief. It’s not clear if or how well this mandate was actually communicated to riders, however, or how widely it was enforced — or if it was even legal.

After the video of the rider’s violent ejection went viral, SEPTA officials said the policy was being reviewed and police said they were investigating the incident. SEPTA later rescinded the policy.

According to CBSN Philly, SEPTA operators briefly had the right to refuse service to customers who weren’t wearing masks, which is reportedly what happened on Friday:

During Friday’s press conference, Philadelphia Managing Director Brian Abernathy says the bus driver initially asked the man to get off the bus since he wasn’t wearing a mask. The bus driver then pulled over and called police after the man refused to leave.

“Police were not responding to the social distancing complaint, police were responding to the fact the person was asked to leave the bus and refused,” Abernathy said.

This is why I write about people’s humanity and dignity having been stolen from them over all this, and why those so caged will end up concluding there’s nothing left to live for.

I’m not suggesting that state governments should do nothing in response to the coronavirus. I am suggesting that they shouldn’t have the power to do whatever the hell they want, for whatever reason they want, to whatever extent they want, for however long they want, with whatever penalty they want. Which is what is happening now all across the country. Governments can and should act justly and prudently to respond to threats that endanger their citizens lives. But there is little in the way of justice and prudence in these measures.

The ONLY way that the “State” has the power is if WE THE PEOPLE allow it to them by doing NOTHING.

https://constitution.org/uslaw/defunlaw.htm

“Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking
an arresting officer’s life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136
Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in
the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated:
“Where the officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally
accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted, the law looks with very
different eyes upon the transaction, when the officer had the right to make the
arrest, from what it does if the officer had no right. What may be murder in
the first case might be nothing more than manslaughter in the other, or the
facts might show that no offense had been committed.”

“An arrest made with a defective warrant, or one issued without
affidavit, or one that fails to allege a crime is within jurisdiction, and one
who is being arrested, may resist arrest and break away. lf the arresting
officer is killed by one who is so resisting, the killing will be no more than
an involuntary manslaughter.” Housh v. People, 75 111. 491;
reaffirmed and quoted in State v. Leach, 7 Conn. 452; State v. Gleason, 32 Kan.
245; Ballard v. State, 43 Ohio 349; State v Rousseau, 241 P. 2d 447; State v.
Spaulding, 34 Minn. 3621.

“When a person, being without fault, is in a place where he has a
right to be, is violently assaulted, he may, without retreating, repel by
force, and if, in the reasonable exercise of his right of self defense, his
assailant is killed, he is justified.” Runyan v. State, 57 Ind. 80;
Miller v. State, 74 Ind. 1.

“These principles apply as well to an officer attempting to make an
arrest, who abuses his authority and transcends the bounds thereof by the use
of unnecessary force and violence, as they do to a private individual who
unlawfully uses such force and violence.” Jones v. State, 26 Tex.
App. I; Beaverts v. State, 4 Tex. App. 1 75; Skidmore v. State, 43 Tex. 93,
903.

Comrades, LISTEN UP!

Spot Someone Not Wearing a Mask?
Snitching on Your Neighbors?
Now There’s an APP For That…

Posted on April 10, 2020 by sundance

Comrades, the ministry of coronavirus compliance is making it easy to be a good state citizen. If you spot a non-compliant citizen participating in life without adhering to the dictates of the state, there’s now mobile APP’s for quick snitching.

Comrade citizens are now able to take a picture of the non-compliant behavior (citizen spotted outdoors, not wearing a mask, unauthorized gatherings etc), upload the picture to the state ministry, and the state compliance division will dispatch local enforcement teams to correct the non-compliant behavior, or remove the citizen.

( “Hacken zusammenschlagen”, (banging heels together), AT EASE! Seriously this is going way too far…Trump stated masks are voluntary…..Does state policy trump that?)

Just showing off his believed superior intelligence compared to everyone else. I guess the mask didn’t come with a fully illustrated manual.

Maybe he is practicing covering his big mouth so he won’t be saying something stupid or lying?

Uneducated, barely-literate psychos become cops because that’s all they can get with their low IQs and personality disorders.. Normal, regular employment is off limits to them. The one thing cops have in common is their need to lord it over others . It makes them feel tingly all over to be able to push people, especially innocent ones, around at will. Being a dirty, POS cop is their dream job. They are scum!

I assume he was asked to leave and refused then resisted arrest. If he had left peacefully there would have been no dragging. Plus of course he had to be bl**k. One of the reasons I am hearing that COVID is more seriously affecting the bl**k community is that they are not conforming to the social distancing rules. Maybe because they are white man’s rules or some such nonsense. Also worth mentioning is that the police were in very close contact with the man while arresting him, which makes nonsense of the social distancing anyway

It is idiotic that the driver didn’t wear a mask, isn’t it ?!
However he was 100% right!
The procedure of pulling the passenger out was not less idiotic – in case he is infected, at least 4 police officers etc. may have got infected too…

It is 100% proved that transmission of COVID-19 happens airborne by droplet infection, mostly by respiratory air which is always a bit damp.

If the passenger did not want to wear a mask, he should not have used public transportation. BASTA !

I just saw a video with Bill Maher, where he said things I agreed with about the “rules.” Simply stated, you should not punish rule-breakers for breaking a brand new rule. Now the question remains whether the government has a legal right to quarantine healthy people. Can they do away with Constitutional Rights, such as Freedom to Assemble? Is that legal in America? We are not supposed to be a “Police State,” despite Fauci warning that we may need to show proof we are healthy. Really, Fauci? Tell me Bill and Melinda Gates do not financially support both the U.N. and WHO. Both are in the hands of America’s enemies. We need to look at who is making a profit. (Follow the money). America does not want Globalism, and we should not support it in any way. And, speaking of Gates, (not to mention Bloomberg, or Soros), isn’t the wealth they wield a bit obscene? If you have so many billions in the bank, you must have ripped off somebody, and that would make you a poor ethics role-model. So, why listen to you? One man, (or woman), one vote. Anybody caught buying or selling a vote should lose the privilege and pay a hefty fine.
