12

Amazon should stop selling items from China. Now. We received this from a GR reader:

So look at this! I ordered n95 masks and I didn’t realize they were coming from China. A few days later they cancelled my order due to covid contamination. Can you believe it. Look at what the seller sent me.

Actually, that’s sounds like some downright righteous action. Hard to believe the Chinese would actually be that forthright.

“Made in China” to be avoided at all costs.

These are probably the same crappy ones that Spain sent back. And most of the crap for sale on eBay and Amazon comes from China or some other sweat shop country.

Just last week I ordered a antiviral mask and filters from eBay. Source was supposed to be the UK – three day lead time. Not cheap. Image looked professional. Got a response from some Chink stating that the order was now on the way – from China – lead time weeks. He sent a tracking code.Checked tracking code – nothing. Then got a message from eBay that the items had been withdrawn. Seller responded by saying that this was because the image used was breaking copyright. Checked tracking again – nothing. Then I got a message from eBay saying that the seller’s account had been terminated. Checked tracking again – nothing. Got a full refund from eBay. Scamming Chinks.

China at what point sold poison dog and cat food. Recently there was recall on all ranitidine pharmaceuticals — are those made in the PRC too?

In other words Amazon is NOT selling the masks, they stepped in to stop sales. The commodities were destroyed by Chinese govt. order. I am not a great fan of Amazon but this sort of ‘fake news’ ie. Amazon is selling this item should not be supported here

I have always avoided buying anything from China, however, this information is not always given on line or on package. The point of origin should be shown on everything for sale.

I saw that while searching and no way would I buy anything that is China made, and beware that China runs most of the manufacturing in Italy and other Countries, China buys up hurting companies and imports their people to work them.

Go through your house, and see how many items are made in China. Throw all those away, and stare at your bare walls.
I’m impressed that they destroyed the contaminated items.

I don’t have to throw anything away. I haven’t bought anything from China in years. I even stopped shopping at Kroger/Fred Meyer when they chose to sell a new brand and post BANNERS all over the store with the name of their trashy Chinese clothing “DIP”. When I saw that about a year ago, it was the last time I shopped there.
