“Community spread” is a problem, because you don’t know where a patient got their disease. So far, in most cases, it was possible to trace the patient’s contacts, to find out where it came from. For example, they found the person at CPAC who had Covid-19, and they could follow up with all his contacts. Then the contacts can be isolated. If we don’t know where it came from, we don’t know who to isolate.

This means that community spread infections have broken out of quarantine. When China had this problem, they quarantined whole cities. Trump will probably talk about this tonight at 9:00 EDT.

Most need to take holidays for a month if not in essential services and limit travel, events, clubs, partying etc. Prevent a lock down as China, Italy. If cannot stop it lock downs will come

It’s truly unbelievable but like the EU, the DEMS still want OPEN BORDERS and
MASS IMMGRATION and no travel bans unless Congress is consulted first…

Coronavirus: Trump Bans Travel from Europe, Democrats Seek Open Borders
JOHN BINDER 11 Mar 2020

The legislation would mandate Trump “only issue a restriction when required to address a compelling government interest,” although that interest is not defined. Before imposing a travel ban, Trump would have to “consult with Congress,” the legislation dictates.

Likewise, Democrat Senators Christopher Murphy (D-CT), Christopher Coons (D-DE), Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) have introduced legislation to stop Trump’s recent expansion of a travel ban on some legal immigration from Burma, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria, Tanzania, and Sudan, along with Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen.

The Only people that need to be very concerned and who should isolate themselves as much as possible are those with impaired immune systems and the elderly.
