Shelter in place means finding a safe location indoors and staying there until you are given an “all clear” or told to evacuate. You may be asked to shelter in place because of an active shooter; tornado; or chemical, radiological, or other hazard.
At this point, I’d rather get Coronavirus.
It’s like they’re competing for which Democrat can institute marital law the fastest.

It must be great having a mansion to live in. Sheltering there should be easy, especially with kitchen staff whipping up something new and exotic every day.
He likes taking a helicopter to work, and then a limo drive to the gym. If you look at him, you would never know he works out. Imagine what he would be like if he didn’t go out and sweat. Will he still be hitting the gym, or does he have what he needs at home?
The more drastic the Dem mayors and governors act, the more they will try to blame Trump. After all, Trump is “incompetent” and didn’t do enough to stop the Wuhan Flu.

Violators of shelter in place laws can be arrested without warrant, if they are infections they can be considered dangerous and Police can neutralize them – for a misdemeanor of violating an order.
None of this bodes well for cities where leftist administrations are actually inciting fear. History tells us that the citizenry in such cities will ensure those incitement style administrators never get to repeat their actions.,

I had the sickening feeling when this hysteria began that it was headed in the direction of a police state. I’m more worried about packs of 20 yr old part-time soldiers with loaded rifles dispatched by the half-wit governor Cuomo than I am about the Chinese virus.
