More lies and more perfidy from fake news CNN. This time from Fredo. In a just world Chris Cuomo would be held accountable for making this false statement on television.

‘Just say it’: CNN’s Chris Cuomo says Trump OK with elderly dying to protect economy

CNN host Chris Cuomo said President Trump is content with allowing the elderly to die to restore the U.S. economy.
Cuomo said the rhetoric and actions of Trump are a reason why the United States reportedly has the most confirmed coronavirus cases of any other country.
“We have the most cases in the world. Why? Because we have a big population, there’s lots of density in places, and we have major foreign travel hubs. But also because we’ve done the least to stop the spread. And in large part, that’s on Trump. He slept on this. He lied about it. And now, he is not doing enough.”
“The president should say himself what his fringe friends are saying. Have you heard it? They’re OK with a certain number of the frail and the greatest generation dying off to make the economy come back sooner. Just say it. Because they’re saying it for you, and your actions show the same inclination.”
n early 2020, members of the U.S. intelligence community informed Trump that China, the place of origin for the coronavirus, was lying about the seriousness of COVID-19, which has since infected over 585,000 people on every continent but Antarctica.
A report issued by the Washington Poston Friday says that officials informed the president that China “appeared to be minimizing the severity of the outbreak” and “were not being candid about the true scale of the crisis.”
Well-documented evidence indicates that China also misled the World Health Organization about the severity of COVID-19 to prevent investigations in Wuhan, where the first case of the coronavirus was reported. One study indicated that, if China did not mislead the world about the virus’s severity, the spread of the coronavirus would be significantly less.

The way this should work is:
elderly and immuno supressed stay at home, unless they test to have c-19 antigen
everyone else go back to normal activity and wear masks, etc.
await effective anti-viral and eventual vaccine

I hate to say this….and don’t mean it for every single voter in that state and city…..but I’m afraid that the Cuomo family reflects those who vote for them.

Guess he thinks that the elderly can deal with a depression, loss of finances and retirement funds, and being kicked out of their homes better than having a functioning economy that can supply the needed resources.
So who is it that wants to take destructive action, like driving us into a deep economic depression that makes it hard to impossible to make ends meet, or having the economy pick up again so that those resources to help are available?
Cuomo is a projecting dickhead who cares not one whit for anyone but his own worthless slimy self.
I’m seventy and I look at DJT as the only reasonable hope we have of getting out of this relatively unscathed, as he does what he was born to do and has done his entire life…make lemonade out of lemons. NO ONE else I can think of could come close to handling this problem, virus, China, the Cuomos of the world, and all.

Sorry to say it’s beginning to look like all is lost. People are too happy to allow illegals tax payer goodies. Give them sanctuary, free schooling, housing and medical care. Until there is a major push back we will continue to see America decline.

Trump is elderly. If he doesn’t care about the elderly that means he doesn’t care about himself. If there is one thing that both Republicans and Democrats agree on it’s that Trump cares about himself. So the accusation of Trump not caring about whether the elderly die of Corona virus or not is just a lie to demonize Trump. Also he stopped travel into this country early on to stop the virus and it was the Democrats who criticized him for doing so.

This article is not a refutation of what DT has actually said and how it is being distorted. The elderly and that includes myself,
I was kid in WW2 so the great generation who fought in WW2 are in their nineties at least. Old people die sooner rather than later. We need to accept that nobody lives for ever and most of them would not be alive still if not for advances in medical science.

I’m still trying to figure what he was trying to accomplish with that statement. Is he trying to panic the elderly and make them feel worse and scared? Does he think that all of us can’t see and hear what is happening under President Trump? Does he think he raises his profile with the public in a good way? If so, he’s more idiotic than we thought.
He should be fired for trying to panic the public and make things worse on the health and law enforcement workers.

Any reputable news organization would fire a presenter for making such outrageous and unverified claims. The ultimate responsibility for these repeated outrages is AT&T who owns CNN and is in control of its finances. Not only is AT&T responsible for CNN’s serial, uninterrupted outrageous lies but it is responsible for financing this money-losing monstrosity whose rating is now 0 now that the airports and hotel lobbies are deserted. If you are using any AT&T service you are indirectly supporting Cuomo and CNN.

Oh, please. Stop pretending you all don’t know WHO the “unnamed sources” are that Trump claimed CNN’s Cuomo was “making up,” who you think don’t exist. How about Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick (R), for example? That is LITERALLY what he said — he is okay with OLD PEOPLE DYING if it will help get the economy re-started sooner. The only people making stuff up are those who deny this.
