Apparently this black man thought his life mattered and he exercised his 2nd amendment rights.
Los Angeles County DA’s husband pulls gun on Black Lives Matter protestors at his home

Well this isn’t going to play well in liberal la-la land. On Monday morning, a group of Black Lives Matter protesters showed up in the pre-dawn hours at the home of Los Angeles County’s district attorney Jackie Lacey, reportedly for some type of demonstration.
Story continues below advertisementWhat they were met with was Lacey’s husband pointing a gun at them when he answered the door.
Protesters showed up at 5:40 a.m. and rang the front doorbell. Lacey’s husband, David opened the door and that was when he pointed the gun at the group, according to Melina Abdullah, a professor of Pan-African studies at Cal State Los Angeles, and protest organizer Justin Marks.
In a video of the encounter, Abdullah rang the bell, and Lacy opened the door.
“Good morning!” Abdullah could be seen saying on the video.
“Get off my porch!” said the man who answered the door, later identified as David Lacey.
“Are you going to shoot me?” Abdullah asked.
“I will shoot you! Get off my porch!” Lacey said in an angry tone. “We’re calling the police right now!”

You have to put yourself in David Lacey’s position. The black supremacist group, Black Lives Matter, is noted for posting snipers at their riots. Although, Mr. Lacey is of African descent, he didn’t know if this time … the sniper was given orders to only shoot those of European descent, such as in Dallas. Or, the BLM sniper(s) might have figured that any race was fair game for gunning down.
Considering BLM, and their penchant for using snipers, I cannot really blame Mr. Lacey for his actions.

To be true: It was the only “hyperphallic erection” David ever had, it began just as dramatically as always, but ended with a damp squib as all other of his attempts to withstand concentrated “girl power”. How humiliating.
As always, alcohol does not seem to have played an insignificant role. Alcohol is the best friend of all losers, it warms from within. Now, thanks to Miss “Abdullah’s” Smarthphone, he became even the immortal antistar of his own daily one-man-“gangsta show”.

David’s ingenious quantum physicist brain had previously calculated exactly the power that a real projectile develops when penetrating several women’s bodies. But the deadly bullet did not want to come loose, his finger had a sudden paralysis at the trigger.
A voodoo voice in his head commanded: “You can neither satisfy a woman nor kill her! Give it up, go to bed and sleep it off!” The next day became a nightmare, but at least he didn’t make a real BLM splatter movie.

Legally, he could have been charged with ” “assault with a deadly weapon WITHOUT INTENT but he wasn’t and won’t be. Because the law works differently for some people depending on their circumstances. Of course, for being alarmed before dawn, at the “wrong” people he is “obviously” politically in the “wrong.” Fortunately, he was not arrested- yet.

What was that beating of the drum in the background sound? That would be the correct thing to do when some bunch of bozos banging a drum at 5:30 a.m on my porch in the morning with out bringing the party pizza. Waking me up from sleep, the protestors needed some holes in them to just shut them the friggen up.

Word got around in my neighborhood, not to mess with that old guy.. you might be blown away… No further Unwanted Visitors at early morning hours… My Life Matters to ME. California doesn’t have “castle doctrine” outside the home so if invaders come onto your property you can be prosecuted for defending yourself …give California some more time and they will prosecute victims for obstructing the attackers right to commmit a crime.

Actually the Democrats did change their party into a threatening tool which is a danger for the whole civilized world, especially for the US citizens.

Brandishing a weapon. Not justified. He should have called the police, you can’t pull a gun on someone outside of your home. He escalated the confrontation. He should have been arrested, but he is a democrat, so no law was broken. Case closed.
