Dr. Deborah Birx Shreds Media For Salacious Claims: ‘We Don’t Have Evidence Of That’

Story continues below advertisementDr. Deborah Birx, who serves as the White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator, unloaded on the mainstream media during a press conference on Thursday for their COVID-19 reporting that is not backed up by factual realities.
Birx began by highlighting the study in the U.K. that dramatically revised its projections of the total number of deaths projected in the U.K. from “half a million to 20,000.”
“So, when people start talking about 20% of a population getting infected,” Birx later added. “It’s very scary, but we don’t have data that matches that based on the experience.”
Birx then unloaded on the media for its claims that there were few, if any, ventilators in New York and that doctors may have to soon make decisions about who lives and who dies.
“We were reassured after meeting with colleagues in New York there are still ICU beds remaining and there’s still significant, over a thousand or 2,000 ventilators that have not been used yet,” Birx said. “Please, for the reassurance of people around the world, to wake up this morning and look at people talking about creating DNR situations, do not resuscitate situations for patients, there is no situation in the United States right now that warrants that kind of discussion.”
“You could be thinking about it in a hospital, certainly many hospitals talk about it … on a daily basis,” Birx continued. “But to say that to the American people, to make the implication that when they need a hospital bed it’s not going be there or when they need that ventilator it won’t be there, we don’t have evidence of that right now.”
“There’s no … reality on the ground where we can see that 60-70% of Americans are going to get infected in the next 8-12 weeks,” Birx concluded. “I just want to be clear about that.”

Cuomo issued an executive order that forbids use of hydrochorochine and chlorocine unless it is part of a clinical trial yesterday. He apparently was afraid his “crisis” might go away

Did you see the ridiculous interview between the 2 Cuomo brothers. CNN’s,Chris Cuomo had Gov. Andrew Cuomo on his segment. Entertaining, yes, but not much news. However, the Gov. did say that ventilators were an issue (Chris interrupts him to remind him of his ‘engineering’ skills to get more out what machines he has).
So the Gov. says, “We have a bit of a shortage”, but deep stated Birx says, “We got plenty”. Poor, poor CNN, been reporting fakery for so long that even when they don’t make it up, they still get creamed.
I was starting to wonder in my conspiracy rotted brain, if they were a little too successful in their scheme, that perhaps its all moving faster than they wanted it to (kinda like the supposed CIA or FBI agent making a deathbed confession about 911. They were gleeful at first at bringing down B7, but quickly realized it was too successful a demolition – looked suspicious).

Trump’s got Fauci and Birx on his team??? He’s praised the WHO??? Not only is Tedros steeped in corruption but his inaction as head of the WHO, is directly responsible for the terrible toll this thing is wreaking on the world. Tedros should be hung not praised.
Don’t get me wrong, I still support him, but what the heck is going on. He’s surrounded by deep staters. He’s praising deep staters.
He shut flights down when it was ‘un-PC’ to do, and good on him for being proactive. But this economy thing is going to kill us with either of the two directions on the table. Shut it down – boom. Inflate it like mad – a tad later, boom.
Do a ‘Trump Twitter’. Call on Americans everywhere to make masks. Repurpose whatever textile industry there is, to make masks. Get the workforce masked, practice some distancing, but keep the businesses open and provide some assistance on a limited basis as needed.
Put the twitter call out daily, like the ‘fire-side’ chats of days yonder, call on patriots to give of themselves for their country, but don’t inflate and don’t shutdown – they both lead to collapse.

And that’s by design. Remember that an open Commiecrat is running the city – into the ground. They WANT high rates as part of their “Orange Man Bad” obsession. It should also be noted that over a month ago, the city held celebrations for the Chinese New Year which played a part in those high rates. So put it in part on the “woke” PC politicians’ doorstep. Back then, they cared far more about “diversity” and not seeming to appear “xenophobic” than about the health of the populace. While Trump was issuing his travel ban, NYC’s affirmative-action health commissioner was parroting CCP talking points in pooh-pooing the risk from Coronavirus.

I think the governor’s response should be noted, and recorded.
Hydrochloroquine is essentially being used on a compassionate usage basis.
Why governor Cuomo would want to restrict that is astounding.

This could be DEMS last chance to take Trump down if they can’t get at Trump’s taxes from years ago! That’s on hold in the courts.

You knew it was going to happen… The U.S. Chamber of Commerce (President Tom Donohue) begins having apoplectic fits at the thought of even stronger Trump administration policies that might undercut their Chinese manufacturing investments.
The U.S. CoC is the biggest stakeholder of U.S. multinational companies doing business in China. The Trump administration has been warning them for years to put America First in their business plans; and now with the Chinese Pandemic showing just how dangerous it is for critical manufacturing to be made in the U.S.A, chamber President Tom Donohue is pleading to keep the U.S. dependent on China.

The problem is not doing business with the Chinese. The issue is solely doing business with a country that is controlled by the evil CCP regime. All trade must be suspended with China and China blockaded until they allow free elections in China. We Cannot allow this wholly evil regime to continue to threaten our lives and livelihood.

One is deemed racist by daring to call the so-called Coronavirus for what it is, the Wuhan virus. It’s not so scary when you realize that the majority of those who contract the virus have few, if any, serious symptoms … and when you realize that the mortality rate among those who have the virus and have serious symptoms (the only ones that are known are those with serious symptoms) is about 1.2% in the US and about 4% worldwide (including muslim countries)

Governor Cuomo is the MSM’s poster boy for the propagandizing the Covid-19. It echoes the propagandist agenda of PRAVDA, or more so, the Goebbel’s School of Journalism. The Democrats, of course, were fear-mongering, hate-mongering before this pandemic; it has become another narrative in which they can propagate fear to terrorize the gullible viewers or readers.
Cuomo’s motivation is purely political, to criticize Trump, his and the Democrats’ deep-seated obsession. It seems the majority of Americans are savvy to the MSM’s or Cuomo’s hyperbole, at least for the moment. The media is in the back pocket of the Democrats and will abide by its unscrupulous, self-driven demands.
