After the third election in one year, this time the prime minister will succeed in forming a government.

Israelis Head to Polls, Highest Turnout in 20 Years May Prove Decisive

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu succeeded in winning 60 seats for his bloc of right-wing and religious parties, one less than he needed for a majority in the Knesset in Monday’s election, according to exit polls on the three television networks.
Exit polls published by Channel 12 predict that the Likud Party stands at 37 seats while Blue and White is on 33 seats. The Joint List, according to the poll, has 14 seats. A total of 9 seats are predicted for Shas and 7 for UTJ, while another 7 seats are for Yamina. Otzma Yehudit will not pass the threshold. Labor-Gesher-Meretz are predicted to receive 7 seats, meaning the right-wing bloc stands at 60 seats altogether whilst the center-left stands at 40, with Yisrael Beytenu on 6.

More detail here: “Netanyahu, Rightwing Parties, Regain Control of the Knesset with 60 Mandates”

“The real results should be available Tuesday morning. Likud representatives hinted at a 61st seat that might be coming their way after all the votes are counted, especially from the IDF. But even if the rightwing bloc would only receive 60, or even 59, they should be able to lure two MKs in exchange for a ministerial portfolio or a committee chairmanship.”

“Blue & White representatives pointed out that their bloc, too, has 60 mandates, but that, of course, includes Liberman and the Arabs, who will not sit together, ever.”

To my eyes, inscrutable Byzantine system. Mr. Levin claims, that Israel’s political set-up was established by the Nation’s socialist inclined founders, as David Ben-Gurion. Obvious of recent, when you have treacherous characters like Benjamin Gantz, political system weaknesses exposed. Israel too has its sinister Deep State, at war with the current conservative leader.

Personally I was disappointed that Netanyahu reached out to the muslum tyrant that runs the Sudanese muslum slave state.

Excellent news! Remember when Obama mistreated him during that interview? I have never forgotten that. I kept thinking throughout that interview that I would rather have Bibi in the WH than Obama. He was such a gentleman and though about his responses carefully even though it was clear he heard every insulting childish remark by Obama.I’ve loved Bibi ever since that day. I wish he and his family, and Israel well.

The MSM is keen to present this as a fail, saying Bibi has no majority and not mentioning that his party has the largest vote.
“Mr Netanyahu hailed a “huge victory”. But the results show that Israel
remains deeply divided about the future and his controversial, populist
leadership.”

MSM bogus polls aside. Odd how such a small country has so many divisive political parties.

Yes, it just shows how even with Hamas rockets raining down there are those who seem to think it possible to survive with disunity.
