Trump’s great Alice Johnson Super Bowl ad reminds us he deserves major credit for criminal justice reform

I have to unload on this.You’re supposed to be DUMB and not know this. Nothing like rubbing salt into a wound. I beg to differ on this. Alice was rightly convicted. Her sentence was high. In those days we actually punished people for a crime. She was a conduit for drug dealers. She didn’t discriminate on who the buyers were…. Already liberal judges are letting out rapists and other violent people.

Thanks to idiot, numb nuts, Jared, we will have a 1970’s repeat without updated Clint Eastwood Dirty Harry movies. Jared took offense to his father who was rightly convicted for embezzlement and he got a LIGHT sentence in a cushy federal prison.

WAKE UP PEOPLE! This was an asinine move. This is nothing to be pleased about and another reason WHY nepotism should NEVER be allowed under ANY circumstances. I don’t care about them NOT being paid. First Step is about as wonderful as FEDERAL medical leave that Trump had to EO for Ivanka – a total BIMBO! Do people realize how easy federal employees have it? Contractors do the work – not the federal employees. The federal employees over see them with their feet up. They have lavish benefits, lots of vacation time, and of course any federal holiday you can think of. With family leave they will have even less of a reason to show up. I am unclear if it is only limited to pregnancy. Will dad be breast feeding too? Does your spouse get three months off in the private sector? Imagine the disruption to a business. Never mind. They work for the FEDERAL government. They won’t be missed. Either way both mom and dad, if they are federal employees, get 12 weeks, or 3 months off and YOU are paying for it. Did I mention the LAVISH PENSIONS YOU are paying for? Federal employees don’t contribute to it – YOU GET THE BILL FOR IT.

Let’s talk pensions YOU are funding. Keep in mind it is nearly impossible to fire them. Federal employees with few exceptions have a job for life. Do you have a job for life? Don’t tell me that “Ivanka is brilliant with numbers.” Javanka needs to go! Working for the federal government is a COUNTRY CLUB at YOUR EXPENSE.

And even if he loses that, as someone who is covered by the Federal Employees Retirement System, he’ll still get a pension. It’ll just be smaller than his FBI pension, and he’ll have to wait until 60 to collect it, but it will be generous nonetheless.

Please remember, McCabe was fired on recommendation of the FBI’s own Office of Professional Responsibility. It wasn’t vindictiveness. (Fired for LYING)

The real scandal is that government bureaucrats like McCabe have gamed the system for years to get platinum retirement and benefits packages, all paid for by the hardworking, taxpaying “deplorables” these same bureaucrats despise.

As one of the federal government’s 2.2 million employees, McCabe’s pension is subsidized, insured and mostly guaranteed by taxpayers, part of a generous benefits package — covering health insurance, paid leave and, of course, retirement — available to all federal workers.

Along with having 401(k)-type pensions with a generous “employer” match, federal workers also get a defined-benefit pension, to which they contribute less than 1% of their pay. Oh, and they also receive health coverage when they retire. And Social Security.

Are you still impressed with how generous Ivanka is with YOUR TAX DOLLARS? Private sector workers get nothing comparable and YOU PAY FOR IT through YOUR TAXES!

A Congressional Budget Office study last year noted that “Average benefits were 52% higher for federal employees whose highest level of education was a bachelor’s degree than for similar private-sector employees.”

As for those federal employees with just a high school diploma, benefits are 93% higher — no, that’s not a misprint — than for those with equivalent education in the private sector.

According to data the Bureau of Economic Analysis, which is part of the federal government, in 2016 the average federal employee earned $127,259 in total compensation, compared to $70,764 for the private sector. Meanwhile, federal workers enjoyed average annual benefits of $38,450, compared to average benefits in the private sector of just $11,306.

Yes I will be voting for Trump this year but I can’t praise these two IMBECILES! I am hopeful that BOTH will move on and this was their “victory” . Both are FAILURES!
