President Trump has Given Us a Path to a Balanced Budget – It’s Pro-Worker, Pro-Family and Pro-Growth

It includes $4.6 trillion in deficit savings over the next 10 years. Pelosi and her party never produced a budget when they regained control of the House, because the radical left-wing views of the Democrat Party today would terrify voters.

Trump has Given Us a Path to a Balanced Budget – It’s Pro-Worker, Pro-Family and Pro-Growth

“In 2017, Speaker Pelosi famously cajoled House Republicans to produce a budget, warning ‘show me your budget, show me your values.’ She was understood to mean that you can learn about someone’s deepest convictions judging the way in which they spend their money,” Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) writes for Fox News.

By FOX News, February 11, 2020:

“Ironically, she and her party never produced a budget when they regained control of the House in 2019 . . . In contrast, President Trump is not afraid to put his cards on the table.” His new proposed budget is a stark departure from Beltway “business as usual,” putting the Federal ledger on a path back to surpluses in just 15 years.

Like the budget we produced at the Republican Study Committee, the president presents a path to balance the budget.

The president’s budget would put the federal ledger in the black in just 15 years. It includes $4.6 trillion in deficit savings over the next 10 years.

This is major progress from the “business as usual” Washington that has produced $23.2 trillion in national debt and faces annual $1 trillion deficits over the next decade. And it’s definitely not a surprise from an administration that has recommended more budget cuts than any other administration in modern history.

To achieve fiscal responsibility, President Trump is recommending deep cuts to bloated bureaucracies in D.C. and discontinuing programs that are no longer needed or should be handled by state governments.

Of those included cuts is a 26 percent cut to the Environmental Protection Agency, which is music to Hoosier farmers’ ears.

The budget also encourages reforms to eliminate the infamous year-end spending sprees. Federal agencies often empty their accounts at the end of the fiscal year to justify getting the same dollar amount in next year’s budget.

The PBR also addresses the money the federal government pays to dead people. Openthebooks.com found there are six million active Social Security numbers that belong to people aged 112 and older, which is 5,999,960 more than the 40 people who are actually aged 112 (and over) and alive today.

The president’s budget addresses this issue by introducing new strategies to reduce monetary loss, reasoning that “protecting taxpayer money and making sure it is serving its intended purpose is a fundamental responsibility.”

Additionally, the president’s budget provides a blueprint for additional oversight to ensure the federal government learns the “Art of the Deal,” by negotiating better contracts with private contractors.

But it does not cut vital programs. For example, the president’s budget keeps much-needed defense spending, keeping his promise to continue rebuilding the military and it even proposes funding for 1,000 miles of the border wall.

It also proposes a big jump in funding for artificial intelligence and quantum information sciences — both vital to our global power competition with China.

Finally, it promotes a 13 percent funding boost for our veterans, ensuring our nation’s finest get the care they deserve.

On page 16 of the chapter on stopping wasteful and unnecessary spending, there is a section that summarizes the philosophy undergirding the president’s budget: “This agenda is focused on new strategies to reduce monetary loss because protecting taxpayer money and making sure it is serving its intended purpose is a fundamental responsibility.” I could not agree more.

The president has set down his marker for his stance on fiscal responsibility. This is a quantum leap in the right direction. And better yet—it’s a far cry from the radical proposals made by left-wing Democrats like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Senators Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren.

Pro America but at the cost of arming Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Nigeria & other Muhammadist tyrannies.
We need a pro-health direction.
How do we define pro-worker-/family-/growth?
-Pro-worker should be to automize automizable work, care for healthy sleep & healthy dietary solutions & adapt to talents & ambitions of the worker.
-Pro-family should be to facilitate healthy dietary & sleep solutions.
-Pro-growth should be to cultivate global ecological best-quality basics standards balanced with support for self realization.

6MM over 112 … that’s a new one on me … not that I’m surprised ..

I already know 45% of SSDI checks are going to illegals in a certain Metro-area whose initials are DFW …

but I digress.

Collecting grannies benefit check is a common scam all over the world – and the reason the Japanese were well on their way to living to 122 or so when the Japs realized they had to shut it down.

But … that alone is about $70 billion a year … imagine what would happen if anyone – maybe Trump – could get just half of this sort of fraud cut out of just the entitlements. Who cares about the fraud on the defense side or the domestic socialist agency side … the results would be incredible – at least until the Demokkkrats could reimpose the fraud.

The President’s budget is obviously DOA, but I hope he will not sign another Omnibust-our-wallets bill.

We cannot wave a magic wand and undo all the Left and Fake Right damage at once, but we have to trim the sails somewhere or the fall will be Biblical.

In my undergraduate years, there was an economics professor who made the statement that you could never convince the average American that the government can never be run like a household budget.

Trump just shot that leftist diatribe right in the a**.

He has renegotiated one-sided trade fiascoes with China and attached conditions to foreign aid pacts instead of just pouring money down a rat hole, as had become an article of faith.

Trump 2020!

Good move, but it’s all in the future and subject to every whim of every politician who inhabits the swamp. Immigration is the key to balancing not just the federal budget but the budgets of every state and, city and county in the USA. We can have a balanced budget next year or certainly in the next 4 years with a near-total relief from onerous taxes on all levels. Texas Gov. Abbott and Lt. Gov. Patrick know the true cost of illegal and immigrants and refugees is far greater than any official estimates and amounts to over $50,000 each annually in costs considering welfare, housing, crime, medical, education and that the true numbers are 50 million illegals and their children. The total cost is TWO TRILLION 500 BILLION A YEAR and that’s why we have a national debt, huge student loans, and low pensions. These unwelcome immigrants are strangling the middle class, destroying our infrastructure, depressing wages, and spreading crime, disease, and poverty wherever they are settled.

If Trump was serious about balancing the budget, he would, for starters
1.) Get us out of Afghanistan and all other foreign countries where our troops have no business being, bring all of our troops home, and stop fighting all these endless, pointless, extremely expensive, forever wars that only benefit the American Military Industrial Complex.
2.) Close down ALL of our approximately ONE HUNDRED foreign military bases.
3.) Stop ALL foreign aid.
4.) Get us out of the U.N. immediately and permanently.
5.) Close all of our embassies in Muslim countries that only give our Muslim enemies a ready supply of hostages to feed on.
6.) Arrest and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law all politicians who have stolen and/or grossly wasted our money along with having committed many other serious crimes and misdemeanors including treason and murder.comment image

Like it or not we ~Must~ get the Federal Budget under control.
To continue on the current spending spree is to guarantee a catastrophic federal bankruptcy in the future.
Part of that bankruptcy will be a Default on Social Security, whose major Trust Fund runs out of money in 2035, if not sooner.
No Government In History has ever successfully recovered from the level of National Debt that the USA is currently carrying. DJT is truly our Last Hope to avoid the sort of National Disaster that will see the nation reduced from a World Power to near third world status.
