The criminalization of hate crimes has been one of the headaches for the Spanish State Prosecutor’s Office.
The term covers a broad spectrum of crimes, including those motivated by factors such as xenophobia, anti-Semitism or, among others, homophobia, all of which are crimes committed with discriminatory motives.
Now, according to a report by the Prosecutor’s Office, incitement to hatred of the Nazis is also considered a crime.

In Circular 7/2019, on guidelines for interpreting hate crimes under article 510 of the Criminal Code, the body states that:
“The origin of the hate crime is related to the protection of disadvantaged groups” but dissociates the “vulnerability” of a group as an “element of the criminal type that needs to be accredited”, clarifying that it is the legislator who “by including it in the criminal type, takes that vulnerability as a starting point.”
The document points out that “an aggression against a person of Nazi ideology, or the incitement to hatred towards such a group, may be included in this type of crime”.
In a letter to Spanish Prime Minister, Pedro Sanchez, the Simon Wiesenthal Centre Director for International Relations, Dr. Shimon Samuels, expressed shock “to learn about a brief prepared by the State Prosecutor (Circular 7/2019 on the Signs to Recognize Hate Crime…). This claims that ‘incitement to hatred against Nazis’ can be considered as ‘a hate crime’.”
The Prosecution argued: “The origin of the hate crime is related to the protection of vulnerable communities”… “An aggression against a person of Nazi ideology or incitement to hatred towards such a group can be included in this type of crime.”
Comments included on the web:
– “Would it be a crime to incite to hatred of… ISIS or ETA… or those whose ideology supports the murder of ‘inferior races’?”
Samuels questioned: “Should we expect the imprisonment of Auschwitz survivors for having incited hatred of the Nazis?”
The Centre urged the Prime Minister “to take appropriate measures, on this International Holocaust Commemoration Day, against those who would desecrate memory and banalize Nazi atrocities.”

This is how crazy the left has become and now trying to push this insanity on the rest of us to have compliant human robots.
In K-12 they have social emtional learning where they instruct kids on how to REACT EMOTIONALLY to situations. No one seems to be writing about that……

Nothing surprising here. Naziism is dominating military & cultural elites & is well understood in these circles as Muhammadist expression & artform.
That’s also the reason why simple ethical values like health, american english, ecology, justice, truth, kindness & global imperialism are being miraculously suppressed.

People are making it illegal to hate so Nazi’s are included. When hating becomes illegal you will lose the freedom of speech also because freedom includes love and hate speech. Without expressing extreme dislike for something no negative views will be heard.

Remove the EMOTIONS. Emotions are the last thing you should use as a standard because they are arbitrary and subjective. It is destroying the application of equal justice for all.

Dare I say, people should not be punished for hating a person or a group or saying hateful things. This is ridiculous because you would be punishing somebody for a THOUGHT CRIME. And WHO is to decide what a Thought Crime IS??? Now if their hatred led to a hateful ACTION against somebody else, then yes that should be punished, since that’s a criminal action. IF we are to live in society of freedom, we must defend the right of anybody to have any THOUGHT or speech they want, even if it’s repugnant.
For the record, the Freedom of Speech Amendment in America was not meant to protect popular speech which most people agree with, because that by definition would not need protection, since most people agree with it. Freedom of Speech was meant to protect extremist thought and extremist speech. The Supreme Court to this day and on multiple occasions has supported the freedom of speech of extremist and unpopular views. I agree with the Supreme court.
