Witness Murdered After New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s (D) Jailbreak Law Revealed His Identity in MS-13 Trial

New York is spiraling quickly. Rivers of blood on Gov. Andrew Cuomo hands.

Witness Murdered After New York Law Revealed His Identity in MS-13 Trial

Breitbart, February 8, 2020:

A violent crime victim ready to testify against MS-13 Gang members in Long Island, New York, has been murdered after Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s (D) latest jailbreak law forced witness names to be revealed to the defense in the criminal case.

Wilmer Maldonado Rodriguez, 36-years-old, who was set to testify against MS-13 Gang members who had allegedly beaten and stabbed him in October 2018, was found bludgeoned to death after Cuomo’s law forced his identity to be released to the defense in the ongoing pre-trial stage, according to Newsday.

Story continues below advertisement

“This courageous man was prepared to testify against his alleged assailants at an upcoming trial, but he was brutally beaten to death before he could,” Nassau County District Attorney Madeline Singas said in a statement to the media.

“This case underscores the importance of safeguarding the identities of witnesses and victims of crime and our hearts are with Mr. Maldonado’s family and friends as we grieve his loss,” Singas said.

Originally, Rodriguez’s identity was protected as a witness against the MS-13 Gang members in the alleged 2018 attack. As Breitbart News warned in December 2019, though, Rodriguez’s identity was released to the defense after elected New York Democrats and Cuomo passed a jailbreak law that mandates witnesses for the prosecution be turned over to the defense in criminal trials no later than 15 days after the defendants’ arraignment.

The judge in the trial told the defense not to reveal Rodriguez’s identity to their clients until the trial started. In interviews with Newsday, defense attorneys representing the two accused MS-13 Gang members said they did not disclose Rodriguez’s name to their clients:

“I never gave him the name of those people. And he never asked me for it,” Greg Madey said Wednesday, the defense attorney for one of the defendants, Denis Pineda, 20. “I’m offended by the allegation that Denis Pineda had something to do with orchestrating this murder,” he added of Rodriguez’s slaying. [Emphasis added]

Justin Feinman, the defense attorney for Elian Ramos Velasquez, 19, said that the suggestion “at this point to say that it was a defense attorney that leaked without more information is completely inappropriate.” [Emphasis added]

The New York law, which went into effect this January, ensures that suspects accused of crimes deemed “non-violent” are not jailed before their trial dates and do not have to post bail. Instead, these suspects are released directly back into the public and expected to show up for their court dates.

Those so-called non-violent crimes include second-degree manslaughter, aggravated vehicular assault, promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, criminally negligent homicide, and aggravated vehicular homicide.

Likewise, if suspects show up to their court dates after their release, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio has started a program to gift them with prizes like Mets tickets, movie passes, and gift cards.

I am part of an email group of about 15 people all of whom are atheists and all of whom support President Trump. None of us has ever been accused of a crime, of initiating violence or committing fraud against our fellow human beings. We recognize that we have certain inalienable rights as rational beings — and that everyone else has the same rights. We do not need fictional invisible beings living in “the sky” to dictate that to us. But religious believers will continue to insult us, even as the “faithful” around them continue to commit crimes — and then beg their gods for forgiveness. Shame on you.

ASSUMPTION IS THE LOWEST FORM OF INTELLIGENCE. Assumption IS NOT TRUTH.

Stop grouping people and you might just end up a WISE person.

Matthew 7:21
“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.”

This simply means that JUST BECAUSE YOU SAY YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN, does not MAKE YOU A CHRISTIAN. I call those people CINOs (Christians in name only). I have known quite a few, those who claim to be Christian, yet continue on in their sinful nature doing whatever they want. Therefore, there are some people who are good people but do bad things, just like there are good atheists who do bad things. LOOK UP THE WORD ‘MORAL’. That word BEGAN WITH GOD, so when YOU, the atheist uses it, you are actually acknowledging GOD even tho’ you do not know it. The manuscripts that gave us the Holy Bible are the OLDEST IN THE WORLD KNOWN TO MAN. All other ideologies and religions CAME AFTER THAT, so I would rather believe GOD’S WORDS, which actually don’t force anyone into anything, than others who do force you to follow THEIR WILL.

I was an agnostic at one time. I am now a FOLLOWER OF CHRIST because the word CHRISTIAN has been watered down so much, so tainted, it just does not describe my true heart and soul towards Jesus Christ. MISTAKES? We all make them and we always will. It is WHAT YOU DO AFTER YOU MAKE THAT MISTAKE that will define who you REALLY are!

As long as Satan is alive and living on planet earth along with his demons, mankind WILL ALWAYS ERR, MAKE MISTAKES, AND EXCUSES AS WELL. So, when you do make those mistakes that are IMMORAL or bad, what do you do about them? IF you say you are sorry to the person you have wronged and/or you seek their forgiveness, then you are more enlightened than most. However, it will do you no good if you do not ask Jesus HIS forgiveness, because HE DIED ON THE CROSS FOR PEOPLE JUST LIKE YOU because no sin can enter Heaven. NONE. But, it is the Holy Spirit, living inside a born again person who will enter Heaven at their passing BECAUSE that Holy Spirit is teaching them, guiding them in every way that they SHOULD go on their path to righteousness.

No matter how MORAL you claim to be or try to be, IT WILL NEVER GET YOU ANYWHERE EVER. That stain is still on your soul. Jesus takes away those IMMORAL stains forever. You just have to ask Him to. He forces NO ONE.

Remember: IT IS WHAT YOU DO AFTER YOU MAKE THOSE MISTAKES THAT DEFINES WHO YOU REALLY ARE. Me, I try to follow the 10 commandments and I have a personal relationship with Jesus, and I am filled with the Holy Spirit. So, IT DOES NOT MAKE ME PERFECT. JUST FORGIVEN.

Someone (not the big bang) put us all on this earth. WE WILL ALL ANSWER TO HIM AFTER OUR PASSING. If you don’t seek that truth NOW, you will always be lost and never know the most wonderful relationship with the Father of our universe that you will ever have. I have been a Follower of Christ for over 30 years now and I have seen the most supernatural things that are hard to explain to a non-believer. I have seen angels. I have seen demons. I have seen so many miracles, I can never share them all, so I will just say this: YOU ARE MISSING OUT ON THE BEST ADVENTURE WITH GOD YOU WILL EVER SEE IN YOUR LIFETIME. And, it’s all because Satan does not want you to. FREE WILL. It is yours. Makes it count.

All communists are atheists too….and life doesn’t matter to them. According to Oceanfloor1, we should believe that Communists don’t commit crimes – LOL!
She is shamefully dishonest.

Our God threatens all 15 of her little email friends and that is why they and she also feels the need to denounce God. Without exception, atheists are bitter immature people. Something set her off and like a toddler, she threw down her toys and stomped off in a huff.

Have you noticed other non hard core atheists objecting to the hard core atheists Their group, Freedom from Religion is constantly erasing Christianity. How about LBGTQ+ folks objecting to hard core LBGTQ+?

Look how the LBGTQ+ crowd has affected the rights of Christians. Now they openly oppose that as a Supreme Court Justice pick. Remember Kavenaugh and questions to him? Atheists don’t want him in there for similiar reasons.

This caught my attention –

BTW Graham was banned from SEVEN VENUES. So they are scrambling to see if they can find seven other ones for him to be received. Don’t think atheists are tolerant. They really aren’t. Their reasons maybe different than the LBGTQ+ crowd but they reject it just the same. I used to have your view on atheists but that has been changing. It is prophetic times and that is part of it.
Of course we can agree to disagree.

The cancellation of Franklin Graham’s tour events is a seminal moment for the UK
David Robertson
Fri 31 Jan 2020 12:27 GMT

A seminal moment is when a new idea or concept is sowed and results in the growth of that concept in the future. So why is the Graham ban a seminal moment?

All of the above has been all too common in the UK today – and in other Western countries and churches. The big difference this time – and one that has almost slipped by unnoticed – is the reason given by Glasgow City Council for it’s demand that Graham not be permitted to speak at the SEC (the Council is the major ‘stakeholder’).

Susan Aitken, the SNP Council leader stated that the Mission should not go ahead because it could be breaking the law. She stated that permitting Franklin Graham to speak at the SEC could “fundamentally breach the council’s statutory equalities duties.”

Let’s unpack the code language being used here. When Ms Aitken speaks about ‘equality’, she does not mean economic or financial equality. Last year, she defended Glasgow’s Lord Provost who had spent over £8,000 in two years on personal expenses for her civic duties – including 23 pairs of shoes. There are children in Glasgow who can’t afford shoes. No equality there.

Nor is she speaking about religious equality. One of the charges against Franklin Graham is that he has criticised Islam. Yet there are stand up comedians in Glasgow whose acts have a significant percentage of anti-Christian mockery. No equality there.
No, the issue here is that of the equality demanded by identitarian politics, those who claim victim status the most.

When same-sex marriage was being debated several years ago, we warned that a time would come when it would be illegal to be opposed to it. The resultant ridicule and abuse was equal in its vehemence. Now Ms Aitken is saying that because of ‘equality’ someone who holds a view, which is (for the moment) still legal, they can be banned on the basis that it would be breaking the law to have him speak. Given that the Catholic church, the Church of England and most evangelical churches hold the view that sex outside marriage is wrong (and marriage is between a man and a woman), does this mean that the churches are against the law?

This is a new and sinister development. Law is now being made on the basis of which ‘victim’ group can claim priority. Would Glasgow City Council permit a billboard which stated “Woman = Adult Biological Female”? I doubt it – trans ‘rights’ trumps women’s rights. I doubt that our progressive politicians could even tell us what a woman is!
That is why all of this is so important. Many of our civic institutions have been taken over by an ideology which is fundamentally anti-democratic, anti-factual and intolerant – in the name of tolerance. The State, having replaced God, has become the source of all morality and values. If you don’t agree with those values you are not one of ‘the people’. You are untermenschen. You are out.

And don’t take false comfort that this is a one off. Once the mob gets a scent of blood, they always want more. So I’ve just read in The Times that Larry Stockstill, a Louisiana evangelist, has been banned from speaking at the Usher hall in Edinburgh this June.

Why? Because he described same-sex relationships as “deeply grievous” and abortion as “demonic”. He was coming to speak at an event arranged by Destiny Church (which The Times calls a ‘sect’). It’s interesting to note that the event was only cancelled after “complaints were received”. It seems a somewhat different standard to when some Christians complained about Jerry Springer!
It’s not just controversial American preachers who will get banned; it’s lesser mortals too. The Times in their report about the Edinburgh ban also stated “Gavin Calver, the chief executive of the UK Evangelical Alliance, was also due to speak. He refused to preach at a same-sex wedding.”
So now, if you refuse to preach at a same-sex wedding, you cannot use State premises? The implications of this are profound. If you are a church that actually believes the Bible and follows Jesus, the progressive mob will ensure that you are hounded out of any public premises. And it won’t end there. The Test Acts are back. If you don’t hold to the State doctrine, you will not be allowed to hold public office.

Charities will lose their charitable status if they do not sign up to the discriminatory ‘equalities duties’. If you insist that your children should be taught biological reality rather than Queer theory fantasies, you could be charged with child neglect. Already governments in the UK are proposing that all children must be ‘educated’ into the current sexual philosophy with no opt outs permitted. Parents will be compelled to hand their children over for ‘re-education’ in the ‘right’ values. Christians will be barred from certain jobs. Will a day come when all preachers will need to be State certified? Will our sermons have to be approved to make sure they match ‘equalities’ criteria?

You say this is fanciful. If I had told you a few years ago that Billy Graham’s son would be banned from preaching at the Glasgow SEC because it could be breaking the law, you would have said the same thing. And yet here we are. It is a seminal moment.

At this point….I’d say the UK is a lost cause…because while we still have the 2nd Amendment…..their self protection was taken from them decades ago….same as Germany and other countries…..they are sitting ducks.
We need to be sharp…..Northam and the Dimms are working day and night to stop the 2nd Amendment and eradicate as many unborn children as they can. As our birth rate goes down the enemies of America from Governors to Mayors are calling for more “foreigners” to be brought in…..

Another GREAT “comment”, little one. TOO funny, I will spend the entirety of this week laughing AT you.
Such a pathetic little thing. There are websites for ALL types of evangelizing, such as you do. You might feel safe and warm at those sites. Terms such as “butt hurt” are SO common among your ilk.
Quoting any book is not evangelizing. Quote any text to your little heart’s content. Quoting a text, of any kind, is not evangelizing. Quoting a Buddhist sutra is not evangelizing. Quoting Bertrand Russell is not evangelizing. Quoting the bible is not evangelizing.
However, having that fiery zeal …. and, with such, deriding others .. now THAT’S evangelizing.
You, little one, have that fiery zeal.
PLEASE keep “commenting, little one. You are SO much fun to laugh AT. Keep evangelizing. Your religion expects such of you.

Ah so you defy reality and consider yourself a PERFECT mortal having a monoply on wisedom. Of course atheists never commit crimes! LOL!!!! The problem with atheists is they don’t have the capacity for remorse so there is no need to ” beg God for forgiveness”. I changed your “gods” to God since Christians and Jews only have ONE God. You seem to also lack the capacity to tell the truth and have no shame in lying.

Your posting is the most humorous reply here and sadly it wasn’t meant to be humorous. We don’t need to “insult” you. You unwittingly do that yourself with your proclamations of foolishness. You are spiritually discerned. Truth and facts know no emotion.

To believe atheists are harmless is laughable. Atheists have murdered more people globally than any other group in history, believing they were wise. Some may beleive Muslims murdered more. Ieave that up for debate.

To be an atheist is nothing to be proud of. You can’t see that. You fall into the bucket of people not being able to get past your own over sized ego and learn…from the mistakes of others.

ALL communists are atheists and it is easy to understand why. Their actions and worldview is contrary to God and they always LOSE. They have the exact same vain mindset as you, Oceanfloor1.

Rom.1:22
[22] Professing themselves to be wise,
they became fools,

Prov.15:2
[2] The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness.

Good luck!

As a born again Christian who knows Jesus is the real deal I recognize that there are atheists are who moral people. I pray that God would open their eyes even to the historical and well proven truth that Jesus was resurrected from the dead and appeared after His crucifixion to many. It was not a small deal by any means. Non Christians wrote about it at the time. Christianity spread to the known world. Naturally there were those within who corrupted the truth with man made philosophies. That is a reflection on man’s sin not Jesus, the Christ. Most Christians sincerely want you saved, are not speaking out against you unless you are persecuting Christians or throwing up barriers to people hearing the Gospel.

As for fictional; there is more known and provable about Jesus than anyone who ever lived on earth. You could consider reading “Evidence That Demands A Verdict” by the late Josh McDowell. Real Christians do fall into sin sometimes and can ask for forgiveness. Intentionally walking in sin is rebellion. For instance; I cannot as a Christian rob a convenience store thinking I can then go to some little “god” as you call it and beg for forgiveness. God would let me get caught and learn a lesson that would hopefully teach me to line up my thought life and actions with His nature as He teaches in the Word. What is it precisely about the character of Jesus that offends you?

Hello, movingwaters. When one encounters evangelists, such as oceanfloor1, it’s unwise to answer back, other than to be polite, listen and, if face-to-face, politely debate. When the Jehovah’s Witnesses come by (in my case rather frequently), I always ask them in and listen. When even the young Mormon “elders” knock upon my door, I politely ask them in, offer them food and drink (no coffee as they’ll refuse such), but they will dine with you. I listen. I’ve even read The Book of Mormon. They’ll tell me that the way that it’s written, it HAS to be divinely inspired, right down to the wording. If they’re polite, I have no problem. Neither of those attack another’s belief system. They’re always exceedingly polite.
On the other hand, those evangelizing for the Religion of Atheism, are always self-righteous and insulting. Talking about some “sky god” and the like. The evangelists, from the Religion of Atheism, are simply rude.
Best to simply shake off the dust, wiping your feet, and move on.

You are probably right. I have been genuinely abused on the internet by those from the Religion of Atheism many times. And they are very self righteous and condescending. In real life I have known some outwardly moral and decent people who do a lot of good, but are in unbelief towards the work Jesus did to provide for them to choose being restored to relationship with the Father. Some of these are Japanese acquaintances who grew up in Japan but have lived her for many decades. They worship the Japanese culture, dead relatives, and such as that. I pray for them. That is all I can do. They have a pride thing going on. Pride will get you to hell. Atheism is monumental pride.

Well you guys are exceptions to the rule then, cause most atheists I’ve met participate in FAR MORE illegal activities before they smarten up.

And in large groups, they commit as much whole sale slaughter as everybody else, more so I’d say in the century of Communism.

If atheists are so level headed, why hauling everybody into court, demanding kids can’t even privately say Grace over a school meal?

And why don’t Atheists go after Muslims like they do Christians?

Can’t recall ANY court cases of a Christian person suing an atheist for saying “God doesn’t exist.”

Could it be because you’re terrified of a Muslim reaction?

And what’s with the “Shame on you.” anyways?

“Shame” is a religious thing concept cause most Atheists tend to run on a “If it feels good, do it.” mentality.

Every atheist I’ve seen clean up their act, only seems to do so after figuring out it COSTS them too much to keep screwing up.

Clean up your own nest first.

Oh and quit preaching.

…perhaps you calling their belief system “fictional invisible beings living in “the sky” is part of why they react to you that way.

I can’t see the air either, but I know it’s there because I’m still breathing.

I personally don’t care what you do or do not believe in….I am only responsible for myself, my actions, and how I interact with others. If you sin, I don’t get punished for it….if I sin, you don’t get punished for it. “Sin” defined here as crimes and other horrible things.

I applaud you and your group for caring about our country and taking action.

Cuomo’s callous disregard for real Americans – plus anybody else who follows the law and plays by the rules (think that murdered witness) – knows no bounds. Think also of his program where he’s refused to allow the state DMV to share criminal records of drivers’ license holders with Customs and ICE – and now suing the Trump administration because they realize he’s deliberately endangering the safety of Americans with his actions. Don Andrew claims that Trump is engaging in “political payback” by banning his state from the “trusted traveler” program – as if he himself is NOT engaging in “political payback” by making and enforcing policies (namely, making his state and select cities “sanctuaries” for illegal alien lawbreakers) solely out of spite that Americans chose “The Donald” over Hillary in 2016?

I wonder how the old New York billionaire Michael Bloomberg feels about this insanity … oops, he is a democrat and they “toe” the line. Cuomo, DeBlasio and every democrat in New York who supported this murderous bill should be removed from office. We have already seen how Bloomberg is lying to further his campaign … remember the dictatorial edicts reference drink sizes … It can hardly be denied that this “democrat” doesn’t support this bill. After all, democrats across the nation are in favor of illegals over citizens, in favor of releasing criminals back to the streets to commit further crimes. I am sure that there is a democrat “somewhere” in the U.S worthy of support … however it’s like looking for a needle in a haystack!

New Yorkers always elect incompetent leaders like Cuomo, DeBlasio, and Bloomberg, Pataki Sucked, and David Dinkins.
Only Giuliani was the best mayor/ leader New York has ever had.

We knew it would only be a matter of time … guess about 39 days was about the time …

1. The law needs to be changed, but

To effect real change in our legal system – chock full of Lefties who hate Americans –

2. All – ALL – of the lawyers, paralegals, and everyone else in the system with the victims’ name

NEED TO BE CHARGED AS ACCESSORIES BEFORE THE FACT TO FIRST DEGREE MURDER
