DOJ WON’T PURSUE CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST ANDREW MCCABE

23

What? Plotting several schemes against Trump during the election, leaking information to the press, bought and paid for by Hillary Clinton and Democrats. McCabe is also thought to have been the key point of contact to the former British spy, Christopher Steele. He’s the guy who created the fake news, anti-Trump dossier that was bought and paid for by Hillary Clinton and the DNC. FURTHER, McCabe’s wife, Jill McCabe, ran for state Senate in Virginia and took donations from the state Democratic Party and then-Gov. Terry McAuliffe, a Clinton ally.

ANTI-TRUMP Text messages between FBI lawyer Lisa Page and FBI agent Peter Strzok showed that they had conversations in McCabe’s office about an “insurance policy” in case Trump won. According to people familiar with the situation, the phrase “insurance policy” referred to the secret plot of manufacturing  “Russian collusion” between the Trump campaign and Russia in case he won the election.

DOJ won’t pursue criminal charges against McCabe

The DOJ will not pursue criminal charges against former FBI Acting Director Andrew McCabe, who an Inspector General’s report accused of ‘lacking candor’ when questioned about leaking to the media.

A.G. Barr where are you?
Could you please DO YOUR DAM JOB?
I didn’t know Barr was so fragile and insecure….or is he CORRUPT too?

Gregg Jarrett: Barr shouldn’t criticize Trump’s Roger Stone tweet – AG should clean up Justice Department mess
Gregg Jarrett By Gregg Jarrett | Fox News 2/14/20
…..
Democrats and the mainstream media are in the grips of mass hysteria – again. This time, their psychogenic illness was triggered by a presidential tweet. Even Attorney General William Barr seems to have been affected.

Exercising his First Amendment right of free expression, President Trump used his thumbs to tweet late Monday night and state the obvious: it was “horrible and very unfair” for federal prosecutors to seek a seven- to nine-year prison sentence for Roger Stone.

Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz filed criminal referrals against former FBI Director James Comey and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. Yet, no action has been taken against them.

The inspector general determined that officials at the FBI and Justice Department deceived the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and obtained illegal warrants without probable cause in order to spy on a Trump campaign associate. So far, no one has been held accountable.

Former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper were never prosecuted for allegedly lying under oath. And lest we forget, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton mishandled classified material and destroyed documents without any criminal consequence.

Selective prosecution and unequal application of law is a disgraceful legacy for the Justice Department. Instead of complaining about Trump’s tweets, Attorney General Barr should clean up the shameful mess wrought by his predecessors and rogue prosecutors.

Barr can begin by agreeing with defense attorneys that Stone deserves a new trial. If Barr cares so deeply about the rule of law, as he claims, then he must petition the court to set aside Stone’s convictions based on jury bias and/or misconduct.

As reported by Fox News, there is substantial new evidence that the foreperson of the jury (also a lawyer) that convicted Stone has a “history of Democratic activism and a string of anti-Trump, left-wing social media posts.”

Before she was ever picked as a juror, Tomeka Hart posted comments about the Stone case and mocked those who argued that his arrest was an example of excessive force. She praised the Mueller investigation and suggested that Trump and his supporters were racists.

Trump was right when he called the Stone prosecution “a miscarriage of justice.” That is a tweet to which Barr should pay attention.

Barr is as dirty as they come. I wish people would stop making excuses for him. President Trump was as controlled as he could be, under the circumstances, when he issued his statement through his press secretary. For Barr to go to ABC of all the lame stream media propaganda outlets and criticize his boss as if Trump were a 15 year old, admonishing him not to tweet his opinions. It isn’t Trump that is making it difficult to do his job. Hey, AG Barr! You’re the one making it difficult.

Judge for yourself. Start with Ruby Ridge perhaps, then go from there to looking into the his entire history. And ask yourself why Flynn and Stone were charged based on lies and deceit and yet the Senior FBI, CIA, NSA and DoJ Management get at “Get off scott free card.” The evidence against all of the them is overwhelming.

So let’s get this straight – Barr is
upset with Trumps tweet because they interfere Barr says with his ability to do
his DOJ job.

Barr also says that Trump never
tells him what to do.
So who tells Barr what to do?
Because right now it is obvious that
Barr came out of retirement to;

1. make sure Flynn is convicted of process Crimes for cooperating with the FBI/DOJ?

2. Barr came out of retirement to make sure Stone is convicted of process crimes for cooperating wit the FBI/DOJ

And the DOJ FBI were investigating them for the fraudulent Russian investigation?

3. Barr came out of retirement to make sure that Andrew McCabe wasn’t charged criminally regarding the criminal
activity and perjury McCabe committed in the IG Audit of the the FBI DOJ.
This is the same McCabe who made sure Flynn and Stone were charged with process crimes and who McCabe personally wanted imprisoned for being Trumps friends.(that’s on record)

Q. So just what was it for that Barr
came out of retirement???

A. To clean up Mueller’s loose ends
and ensure conviction of Trumps friends and to finish off anyone else with Durham’s
investigations ? So it seems,

The conclusion is inescapable: Barr came out of retirement to protect, defend and preserve the swamp.

Confusing post . . .
Didn’t Barr just appoint a Prosecutor from Missouri to investigate the Flynn case?
Didn’t Barr just drive 4 partisan prosecutors off the Stone case which he is now looking at?
Isn’t the Durham investigation about to end soon . . .

And you are getting all excited about 3 charges for lyin . . . which according to some legal experts might go either way if it went to trial.

You aren’t looking at the Big Picture . . .

Basically McCabe is a prisoner swap. If Trump is going to pardon Stone, then they will preemptively pardon McCabe. Another freudian guilt crumb of a conspiracy to “revise or extend” aka abort, the results of the 2016 election. If you say it’s not a president, it’s not a president. Just like abortion you say it’s not a baby it’s not a baby. Democrats have perfected the art of mumbo jumbo in concert with self delusion. They have become ideologically speaking, as adept as Islam at altering realty. Then being willing to die on that hill defending the illogic, figuratively speaking.

The fix is now exposed.Barr came out of retirement to defend, protect and preserve the Swamp’s control of our country. There can be no other logical conclusion from the actions that have taken place and now this unprecedented decision. What you, I and the entire world are witnessing is the complete corruption of the DOJ laid out in the stark hypocrisy of the decision to not prosecute McCabe. Anything and everything that the DOJ has its hands in must be called into question not just in this case but in everything they touch. McCabe did not just lie about POTUS and this single investigation but gained his position by fabricating evidence against hundreds of defendants throughout his career. That is the true reason the DOJ declined to prosecute as they would then be forced to review every case this POS has touched.

Precisely, well and truly said. The DoJ, NSA, FBI and the CIA are the laughing stock of the entire planet. You should check out some of the media outlet commentaries in Europe particularly. The US is the laughing stock of the world with respect to any Law Enforcement Agencies.

Part of it is the shadow government seeks to heal. AG Barr has done more than most but the George Soros-ian globalist banking clique operates a global org within so many States that it is very difficult! I’ll give AG Barr the benefit of the doubt that he is doing all he can do!
Roger Stone is a good soldier and at least Pres. Trump isn’t abandoning him! Roger Stone needs to keep appealing until after the election then Pres. Trump should give him a pardon like he did the retired Sheriff in AZ who exposed The Obama’s fake birth certificate, Joe Arpaio!

BARR = Deep State. He is so far into the Deep State all one can see are the soles of his feet. I have said this from day 1. Just take 30 minutes and look into his past. Even his father was as Deep State and a LibDem. His father was a Director at a University, he hired Epstein. Then Epstein’s pedophilia was exposed, Epstein was fired and Barr’s father had to resign because of his involvement. Just research it for yourselves. And then a cursory look at Barr the AG will instantly reveal his absolute support of the left and his Deep State history. WTF is wrong with the POTUS, taking the advice and recommendations of the degenerates in his Cabinet?

There is no justice. This man admitted to lying to federal agents. He confessed and yet there is still no action on even that small portion of the crimes he has committed. Barr appears to have zero control over the DOJ or else he is corrupt. Barr has the power to clean up the DOJ so where is he? Does he not realize that his inaction is removing any chance the DOJ has to gain back the honor they once held and has convinced the American people that the system is corrupt beyond repair? Barr is doing more harm than good unless he pulls a rabbit out of his hat very quickly. We the people have been strung along for far too long.

For those that are wringing their hands over the McCabe lying thing . . . take a breath !
As the Durham probe into the corruption at CIA, FBI & other branches comes to a close . . . McCabe & others will have many more legal issues and charges to deal with. Hopefully a bunch will go to jail . . .

This news is very disheartening, to say the least. I remember when Barr took over. Everybody was saying that he will get to the bottom of this traitorous conspiracy. I had my doubts. Sad to say my fears were just confirmed. Good men, Trump associates, are serving unjust sentences for trumped up charges and all the real criminals are walking free and making book deals. This coup CANNOT go unpunished or it is the end of our justice system.

Gee, I guess they concluded they didn’t have a case for prosecution.
I suppose that since they reached a conclusion Trump and Barr don’t like, Trump and Barr will now launch another investigation of the investigators…
