Michael Avenatti is guilty on all counts and is looking at 40 years in jail just for these charges.

Avenatti will be on trial next month for stealing 300k from Stormy Daniels and then he will face additional charges in California.

He will never get out of prison. Inner City Press is reporting from inside the court:

“Well that’s it – Avenatti has been found guilty on all counts. Sentencing June 17, 4 pm AUSA Podolsky says, we know he has other cases, we’ll keep the court informed. Judge Gardephe: We are adjourned.

Prosecutors maintained Avenatti — the lawyer who gained fame representing porn star Stormy Daniels in lawsuits against President Donald Trump — threatened to use his fame to stage a news conference and deliver claims that Nike executives were corrupting college basketball by funding payments to elite young players and their families, unless he was paid millions of dollars to conduct the internal probe.

At the time, prosecutors say, Avenatti faced at least $11 million in debts. His former law firm office manager testified that finances were so desperate last March that his several employees had been evicted from their $50,000-a-month offices and were working from their homes.

This is blow by blow action from a court reporter: “Judge Gardephe: They ask, “Can we have examples of when ‘there are times when inferences.’” Judge sighs. “Different inferences may be drawn from the evidence” is the phrase. They want examples.”

“Judge Gardephe: “The question, ‘Can we have examples’ – no, I cannot give them examples… They have to decide what inferences can be drawn. I don’t know what more I can say to them. I don’t know what they want with respect to March 21.”

“Judge Gardephe: And they ask, does a lawsuit have to be filed to enter into a settlement agreement? Judge Gardephe: I’m not aware of any evidence on this. Then they ask, Can we draw inferences from state of mind documents? Or only exhibits admitted for evidence?”

Based on his complaints about the conditions – he is reportedly in El Chapo’s cell, Mike will not do well in prison.

From CNN:

He is being held in New York’s Metropolitan Correction Center (MCC). According to his attorneys’ letter to US District Judge Paul G. Gardephe, Avenatti “has been locked down for 24 hours a day, in solitary confinement, except for attorney visits and two medical exams.”

“He is in a cell reportedly once occupied by El Chapo, on a floor that houses individuals charged with terrorism offenses,” the letter reads.

“The temperature in his cell feels like it is in the mid-40s. He is forced to sleep with three blankets. Not surprisingly, he has been having great difficulty functioning.”

The attorneys also say they were required to meet with him during a non-contact visit — separated by a partition– which made it difficult for him to review documents in the case, without help from guards transporting documents into his section.

“Although the officers allowed Mr. Avenatti to review a document at our request at the beginning of our visit, if we wanted him to review any additional documents, it would have required us to disturb the busy officers and have them repeatedly transfer documents back and forth,” the letter reads.

The attorneys are asking for Avenatti to be moved to the general inmate population of the jail, where he would have the same ability to confer with counsel. The current situation, they say, “is truly hampering our ability to prepare for trial.”

Well that's it – Avenatti has been found guilty on all counts.

Great news!
McCabe had his charges dropped today by the DOJ, for lying to the FBI and leaking secrets to the media. Let’s hope McCabe gets busted by Durham later, for bigger crimes. With this precedent in mind, Flynn, Stone, Manafort, etc., must be innocent too.

Remember above else that this sleaze ball was being touted by CNN as a legitimate presidential candidate .

CNN had their head so far up this creep’s rectum that if he made a sudden turn it would have broken CNN’s neck.

One thing to keep in mind is that this is serious business as far as Avenatti’s legal woes are concerned. This is not some gray area one-off case. It is a 36 count indictment.

It will be quite some time before he breathes free air again.

It is appropriate that Avenatti ripped off Stomy Daniels though, she ripped off Pres Trump and he basically ripped her off more! He is a scumbag & sometimes evil has its own reward!
