This is the Left in the United States. They are not pro-peace. They are anti-Semitic, and anti-American, and pro-jihad. They have also taken over the Democrat Party.

WATCH: ‘Anti-War’ Protests In New York City, Washington Quickly Turned Anti-Semitic, Anti-U.S.

By Daily Wire, January 5, 2019:

Story continues below advertisement

ANSWER Coalition (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism), a partner of the World Worker’s Party, organized and held several large “anti-war” rallies Saturday in a handful of major cities, including New York City and Washington, D.C., and dozens of smaller rallies in at least 70 locations across the United States.

But what began, ostensibly, as a march to prevent further action against Iran quickly — and predictably — evolved into a group tirade against one of ANSWER’s perennial bogeymen, the state of Israel.

Around 250 people marched on Times Square in New York City and a similar-sized group appeared on the lawn across the street from the White House (and in front of the Trump International hotel), carrying signs that read, “US out of Iraq,” and “No War in Iran” and chanted slogans like, “No justice, no peace. U.S. out of the Middle East,” and “Donald J. how many kids have you killed today?”, a re-hashed anti-Vietnam war chant.

In Los Angeles, the gathered group accused President Donald Trump of unspecified “war crimes.”

One protester even carried a memorial to slain Iranian general Qasem Soleimani.

The amassed group in Washington, D.C., was treated to a eulogy for Soleimani, whom one speaker described as a “hero” to the region because he opposed “US imperial aggression.”

Judith Miller, New York Times top international reporter, decades covering the Middle East, Pulitzer Prize winner, lead-story by-line on aluminum tubes, has this to contribute to the tempest in a teapot over the life of some bloody, evil Iranian General: “Why now?”
Actually the question is: What good are you?

World War Zero
The Democrats and MSM are vastly over-reacting, because they are ignorant of Trump’s gradualist policies regarding Iran. Iran’s economy began melting down in 2014, and it now has an economy similar to Austria [Iran pop.= approx. 80 million, Austria pop.= approx. 8 million].
US military budget = $738 billion,
Iran military budget = $16 billion.
Iran is now exporting a tiny 200,000 barrels of oil per day, down from 2.5 million bbl/day. Thus, Trump’s ‘maximum pressure’ is working, and hence, Iran’s internal political upheavals will grow worse. When threatened, tyrants always become more aggressive, and thus, Iran exports more terror, more aggressively, as they wane. Therefore, Iran’s growing external aggression is a sign of progress, as they run out of money. Trump’s goal is to prevent Iran from getting nukes, and that is working.

Suppose a large oil tanker ship was sunk by a anonymous missile while docked and everyone denied launching it. How long would it take to clear the dock and port??

Kharg Island in the Gulf is Iran’s main oil terminal. Bomb it, and game over for Iran oil exports. But Trump has already squeezed Iran down to a tiny 200,000 barrels per day. That’s why the Mullahs are panicking.

I’d bet Iran has less money than that. Also note Iran never recovered from when the destruction of their oil refineries. They still pump oil out of the ground but do not refine it and sell it as is. With the U.S. exporting refined oil, Iran’s oil is worth even less. You can starve a country into submission or bomb the shiiiit out of them and have our men and women killed and a HUGE bill for it. I’d rather starve them financially. I reject John Bolton’s tiresome mindset. So far Trump is defeating them without the old establishment mindset of endless meaningless wars.

Yes, Bolton is not as nuanced as Trump. Starving the Mullahs and their terrorism exports is OK, because the people never got that money anyway.

Anti-war = Pro-Islamic fascism. These people are traitors, the enemy within. The Left is dancing with the Devil, the Muslims have co-opted their peacenik movement to serve their jihad against the US/Israel. Classic useful idiots.

this has been going on since vietnam. it took trump to get them to finally rip their masks off and show the world who they really are…..enemies of america. these “protests”, and those of the 60’s, are and were organized and funded by people who hate us

Viet Nam was different. Hippies were NOT unpatriotic. Sure they were anti-war but they didn’t hate our country like the left does today. I don’t care if they are against something but this level of HATE for decency and down right promoting evil is very different.

I grew up in the 60’s and well remember the hippies. I disagree with you. Those ignorant goofballs were stooges used by hidden evil hands to destroy marriage and the family, to turn their backs on God, to burn and spit on the flag, to give aid and comfort to a brutal enemy while our boys were being killed, and to essentially defecate on everything the WW2 generation handed to them on platter while filling their bodies with drugs. They acted like gentle pacifists, but when challenged were as mean and hate filled towards America as this Antifa bunch is today. As a teenager, I clearly saw them then for what they really were, and won’t allow your comment sugarcoating them to go unchallenged.

We have different memories of hippies
They weren’t violent. It was all about free love, sex, pacifism and drugs.
Hippies were nothing like Antifa. No need to sugarcoat hippies….

Everyone is entitled to protest and register their opinion. Fortunately, not everyone is dealing with false assumptions and incorrect data that they use to formulate their reasons for their protest. In the case of those referred to in the article, their notions as to what and how Israel treats its citizens are false and their protests are generally based of false notions. Therefore, us right thinking and reasonable people can rightfully conclude that they are blowing wind into the air and their protests should be ignored.

Just like the 60’s – The N.Vietnamese considered the anti-war movement another front and a vital ally – But they stayed in Vietnam .. and did’nt want to destroy our country –

Hmmm! The woman with the picture of Soleimani even looks like an insect …… no wonder she exhibits such “hive mentality” …… not an original thought – just ‘hive action’.

Years ago during the left’s marching against the US having nuclear missiles and attacking the war in Vietnam started by the democrat John Kennedy I remarked how we never saw a march against the Soviet Union’s missiles. As Yuri Bezmenov explained, as the Soviet KGB propaganda agent, the left was easy to convince to attack their own countries and once the democrat regime is defeated they are shot! This was done in Iran, Vietnam, Cambodia, China etc.
